Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The room was very small and completely different from what was shown in the photos. The receptionist was a young man who was very rude and unhelpful. Although I had booked a different room, he gave me a much smaller and worse room, and I felt that this was done intentionally. He was not cooperative when I raised the issue. The air conditioning was also not working properly; it was only barely acceptable.
The worst part was the receptionist’s rude and unprofessional behavior. He was like discriminating people. I also felt that he deliberately manipulated the room allocation by giving me a much smaller and worse room as it was not with all facilities shown in the photos. Bed, furniture and all other things were very poor and worst conditions

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Персоналът е много услужлив, говори достатъчно английски. Стаята е малка, но уютна, има всичко нужно. Удобен транспорт от центъра, магазини на 5мин пешеходно разстояние.
Кварталът е малко подозрителен. Ние избягвахме да седим до късно навън. Не сме имали никакви проблеми.

Struttura un po’ datata, il mantenimento non è il massimo. Soprattutto nel bagno il phon andava a intermittenza, nella doccia il coperchio dello scarico si staccava.

Hotel un peu loin du centre mais bien desservi par les transport. Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et pas intime. Prévoir un brise vue pour la terrasse. Pas de chaînes de télévision française. Télécommande tv très sale, nous avons dû la désinfecter. Une petit frigo sans thermostat à peine froid Dans l'annonce, il est indiqué petit déjeuner italien, or, ce n'était pas du tout le cas...biscuits et gâteaux achetés en supérette..pas de fruits et jus de fruits en boîte.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Ho soggiornato in una camera singola, piccola ma curata e dotata di un comodo letto a una piazza e mezza. Il bagno era piccolo ma fornito di tutti gli accessori essenziali. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è nettamente vantaggioso: una soluzione ottima per soggiorni brevi. Tornerò sicuramente.
Unica pecca il rumore della ventola del condizionatore che è davvero invadente. Niente di insopportabile, ma è giusto segnalarlo.

Everything clean, friendly service, they even helped us to order a taxi, nearby there is a bar, restaurant and market, as well as a very good street fair. Air conditioning worked well, only the minibar didn't work, but nothing too much. We asked not to have the room cleaned, but there was anyway. Good balcony, quiet place. I would come back. I recommend it as long as your expectation is not to enjoy the hotel itself, or something luxurious, but only to sleep and enjoy the city.

Algum bolor na casa de banho, que pode facilmente ser limpo. O pequeno almoço, apesar de 5€ por pessoa, era composto por alimentos empacotados e nada de produtos frescos.

Hotel muito fraco. Sem elevador (quarto num segundo piso), as fotografias não correspondem nada à realidade. Tudo velho, estragado, má iluminação. Cheiro a mofo e humidade assim que abrimos a porta do quarto. Casa de banho medonha.

Le confort du lit est à améliorer car le matelas était un peu abîmé. Malgré que la chambre était propre j'ai pu constaté un manquement de nettoyage à niveau du conduits extraction d'air dans la salle de bain qui était bien visible à l'œil. A revoir...

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Lokalizacja na mega plus - bardzo blisko metra, którym w kilkanaście minut można dotrzeć do centrum czy na dworzec. Cena adekwatna do jakości, hotel bardzo fajny na typowe zwiedzanie, by wieczorem wrócić, wziąć prysznic, przekimać i rano ruszyć dalej;)

Utilizó mis datos personales para ofrecerme coche hasta el aeropuerto y luego dejó clara su intención “personal”. Tengo pruebas. Además, parece ser que también cogió los datos para seguirme y escribirme por redes sociales. Sinceramente MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA y más viajando sola. Pasé miedo y no creo que vuelva a confiar en booking después de esta experiencia.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Нам дуже спродобались люди, які нас зустрічали та проводжали. Всі були дуже ввічливі, привітні. Неочікуваністю було наявність балкончику. ЩОДНЯ міняли рушники та застеляли ліжко, цього ми точно не очікували від двозіркового готелю. І навіть за 5 євро можна було б поснідати, дізнались про це коли вже виїжджали, класно було б якби готель це прокомунікував на початку, але дуже приємна новина:)
Нас дуже покусали постільні клопи. У мене щоночі зʼявлялися нові і нові укуси і після 4 ночей на своєму тілі нарахувала 89 укусів які дуже чешуться і виглядають жахливо. У чоловіка менше, але також близько 25-30

Reviewed May 22, 2026Äusserst unfreundlicher Emfpang. Bad nicht sauber. Ferner gibt es - nicht wie beworben - Hotelparkplätze. Man kann kostenlos vor dem Hotel parken, falls ein Parkplatz zufällig frei sein sollte (quasi unmöglich) oder gegen eine Gebühr von lazut Hotel 25€ in einem Parkhaus nebenan, in dem ein nicht-Englisch-sprechender Herr 30€ pro Nacht verlangt. Jenes Parkhaus macht keinen seiösen Eindruck, sodass wir uns auf Parkplatzsuche in der weiteren Umgebung machten. Würden nicht wieder in dieses "Hotel" gehen.
