Tutto perfetto, hotel molto bello, curato e pulito. Colazione molto varia (anche da "asporto" per l'alba), posizione comoda per raggiungere tutto, ottima zona. Staff gentilissimo, ha ascoltato le nostre richieste e ha sempre cercato di esaudirle. Camera spaziosissima, letto comodo. Bagno bello spazioso.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. We really enjoyed our stay

Very clean and spacious room. Location is good for Angkor Wat or Pub Street. Bed is comfortable too. Would stay again!

Air con was not very cold and didn’t keep the room cold. Pool and restaurant were having works done. Can still use the pool but did not see restaurant open.

La habitación es como en las fotos, cama cómoda, ducha separada con mampara. Llegamos temprano y nos dejaron acceder a la habitación. El desayuno está bien.

El balcón de la habitación, la nuestra era en un segundo piso y cuando salías fuera parecía una cárcel con una alambrada en el muro. Aunque la zona es tranquila, tienes unos 15-20 minutos caminando al centro. La zona de la piscina no tiene mucho espacio. El café del desayuno es malísimo y si quieres uno bueno tienes que pagarlo.

The rooms was clean and spacious. Just few minutes away from everything. A very peaceful neighborhood and the stuff was friendly.

Piscina muy rica, necesario para el calor de Siem Reap. Desyauno bastante completo, tenía harta variedad. La habitación era realmente espectacular, muy grande, con una gran limpieza. Además, fuimos por luna de miel y nos adornaron la pieza de muy linda forma. Muy servicial todo el personal. Llegamos alrededor de las 23:30 horas, y al día siguiente partimos a las 4:45 am al Angkor Wat, y el personal nos preparó una bolsita con desayuno para llevar, dado que el horario de desayuno partía depsues. Bien ubicado, se puede llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Realmente muy recomendado, 10/10

Krásné ubytování. Bazén super, snídaně chutné, personál vždy milý a nápomocený. Naproti ubytování skvělá restaurace. Ubytování bych si vybrala znovu.

Uredan objekt, vanjski bazen, usluga i osoblje su vrhunski i dragi. Pozitivno iskustvo za sve, ugodno iznenađenje za Kambođu.

Loved my stay here. Huge comfortable clean room, enormous bed. Great balcony, great aircon, cable tv so I could watch premier league football too. Pool was amazing, staff very helpful and polite, provided a very cheap and very good laundry service too. Feel like I must owe them more money for the price I paid to stay there. Exceptional value.

If I had to find a negative it’s that the WiFi wasn’t always reliable but not too often

Not much to like - staff is super friendly and nice but it doesn’t compensate the awful setup, amenities and dirtiness of the place. This does not deserve even 2 stars.

Uncomfortable beds, dirty room and worn off equipment, trashed gym, spider nets in the toilets, dirty water… old mattresses in the corridor not much to like really it was an awful experience and it can hardly deserve anything good except the staff - key cards don’t work more than 3 days, they can’t make a copy of them.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well cleaned every day. The breakfast was good.

In spite of all the positive points, the open-plan design of the room was not well thought out. If you had to go to the bathroom during the night you had to use the main room lights and disturb the person in the other bed. Also there was a lack of privacy when using the shower.

The bed has to be the hardest bed we have ever slept on. For this reason only I would not return, everything else was fine .

Le service était chaleureux avec un personnel souriant, discret et efficace. La chambre était correcte. L’emplacement ok.

C’est dommage que l’établissement ne met pas plus d’effort dans l’entretient du bâtiment et des chambres… car elles sont belles mais elles méritent un bon rafraîchissement (peintures notamment).

Big room, great helpful staff, modern. My flight wasn't till midnight, Kept my suitcase after booking out at 12 noon. Even gave me a place to shower before catching my flight

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, big and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage with them after check out the whole day since we had a night bus in the evening. The pool was very nice and clean and fresh towels were provided the whole time. The location is very quiet but still close to a lot of very good restaurants and of course Angkor Wat

Tout ! Les chambres très confortables et propres, la piscine très agréable avec des serviettes à disposition, le petit déjeuner excellent, le personnel toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour, 5 nuits au total dans ce superbe hôtel !

The hotel was quiet and far enough away from the hubbub to have some peace in the evenings, but was only 10 minute walk away from the major central locations. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was also very decent.

The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, as if after a long day at Angkor Wat you wanted to be reminded of the stone walkways so decided to sleep on an uneven, lumpy slab without any spring whatsoever. I asked to swap rooms and tried 2 other beds which were identical. My back is sore after 4 nights here. I also cannot fathom how this is a 5 star hotel.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional, rooms were lovely, big and clean, good variety of food for breakfast, staff were so nice we checked out early for the temples and we didn’t take as long and they gave us our room back to get some sleep and freshen up, was really nice

Breakfast wasnt great, added it upon booking as a backup, went there on the 1st day, then ate elsewhere after that Everything nearby is cheap however even though they have their own currency, USD is mostly used (and for and Aussie, the rate isnt great) but thats nothing to do with the hotel

Algunas cosas pueden lucir anticuadas pero las mantienen muy limpias y funcionales, nos hacían la habitación todos los días y había minibar con costo en la habitación, muy conveniente si te antojas de algo frío. El jardín de la entrada con un réplica de Ankor wat…hermoso!!!

La ubicación está bien, en realidad está cerca de pub street y de Nigth market, pero caminando si uno no está acostumbrado al calor se hace eterno😆, nada que un Grab no pueda solucionar

The room was large and clean. Location was very good and the staff very helpfull. Shower was hot.

The bed wasn't very comfortable.Buffet breakfast only at weekend otherwise limited. Only instant coffee. Difficult to evaluate the hotel as it poured with torrential rain my whole stay

The rooms were very tired and the beds were very hard. The breakfast was limited
