The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the breakfast location in the Sloane Hotel. There were no cups or milk in the room. I am disabled and there was steps to 1st floor as the lift were not working. We were not offered the ground floor unit which was unoccupied. The apartment steps to the bathroom and steps to a kitchen which was very inconsiderate when a guest is disabled. We were not told that there was no weekend service during check in and found it on sheet of paper given a conditions. There is a £50 charge for service on weekend

It would be wonderful if we get bottle of water every day and teabags .I stay in the lower floor apartment, which is nice, but the entrance of my apartment was a place for the garbage cans it would be nicer if they remove the garbage cans from the entrance and put plants and maintain it. The extra bed was not comfortable at all. And we have to pay for it . But everything else was very good.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde geliefert durch sehr freundliches Personal. Das Quartier ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es war sehr sauber, viel Platz, genügend Zimmer, eine Küche, etc. Kann es nur empfehlen.
Leider keine Möglichkeit im Restaurant zu frühstücken. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Sonst alles gut.

The couch and sitting chair in the living room were not very comfortable, but they were fine.

Sloane Station is 1 min walk away and Chelsea is a beautiful part of London. The air conditioning was very much appreciated during a London heatwave. Our family of 4 needed a place to get over jet lag (from Australia) and the Sloane Apartments were the perfect place for us.

Mattress in the main bedroom was unacceptable. We complained and they tried to fix it by putting planks of wood under the mattress. Both bedrooms need black out curtains as sunrise is at 4.35 am

Need clear information on where to check in. Its in the Sloane club at the end of the street and not in the building itself.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Location was excellent - close to the tube station. The decor was fantastic and the whole apartment was more spacious than expected. It was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable and roomy. Customer service was brilliant - our bags were taken and returned to the apartment from the reception, and stored safely until we returned.
No things included e.g. coffee in the morning. All food to be ordered was overpriced.

The style of the rooms are not that modern and the floor is carpet covered (albeit it looked and felt extra clean)

The 2 bedroom flat is smaller than expected, there is a modem of sorts behind the bed in the main bedroom which flashes all night. Besides these 2 points, I really enjoyed the flat during my stay.
