The apartment was neat, clean and provided everything you need for a pleasant stay

The pillows were too soft (a personal issue really)

I needed something close to the train station, and simewhere to leave luggage while I went to Stonehenge, so this place was perfect. I didn't use much of what the studio had to offer as I only stayed for one night. Is perfect for a few days.

De appartementen liggen op een geweldige locatie, naast het station van Salisbury en op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Er was, in deze rustige periode voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het appartement. De inrichting was prima voor elkaar. Er is de mogelijkheid om het appartement dagelijks schoon te laten maken.

Dat er voor parkeren 5 pond per dag moest worden betaald. De appartementen zijn wat gehorig, op z’n zelf geen probleem, alleen als een andere bewoner om 6 uur de deur hard dicht doet en geen rekening houdt met andere bewoners.

Another wonderful stay at Peartree. Well appointed and spacious apartment. The card and chocolates for my daughters birthday were a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Would highly recommend to others.

Todo muy limpio. Con servicio de lavandería gratuito. A un paseo del centro y de la catedral de Salisbury. Se encuentra al lado de la estación de tren y de la primera parada del Stonehenge Tour. Viajando con un bebé se agradece la buena logística.

Tuvimos un problema con el booking, ya que el sistema de check in no acepta los acentos en los apellidos, pero nos lo solucionaron en un momento contactando con la recepción a un golpe de teléfono. Todo genial.

Struttura pulitissima, comoda e dotata di ogni necessità. A circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con un comodo parcheggio. C’era praticamente tutto ciò che può servire per un buon soggiorno. Stra consigliata!

This is the smoothest hotel stay we have ever had. The location is magnificent and the staff very helpful. Our room had air conditioning which really helped in the heat. It’s a lovely walk down Mill Street to the Cathedral and restaurant - you will enjoy it too I am sure!

I wish I could give 50 stars. The Peartree was absolutely phenomenal. Clean, close to the train, right around the corner actually, so many choices for breakfast in your room that they have provided, air conditioning, amazing staff. I could go on and on. Right down to a chocolate on your pillow. It’s a MUST stay if you are visiting Salisbury. Even close to everything. You will not be disappointed!!

Lage

Excellent location to walk from the train station with luggage. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was nice and quiet. The staff is so friendly! Apartment was clean with plenty of towels and adorable breakfast. Only suggestion is to provide some sort of written directions for the washing and drying machines in the laundry room. Coming from the US it was not clear how to operate them. Wish we had more days built into our schedule to stay at Peartree. I highly recommend staying here!

Although we were able to park our car, it was a concern that there would not be a space. I feel that if you pay for parking you should have a permanent space

I stayed here by myself in late July 2026 for just one night. Great location adjacent to the train station - maybe a 60 second walk! Check-in at the kiosk was very easy. Unfortunately, my room was on the second floor (as Americans would call it) and there was no elevator, so I had to lug my very heavy suitcase upstairs by myself. The room itself was exactly what I needed - spotlessly clean, spacious for 1-2 people. The room was stuffy when I arrived so I fiddled with the wall thermostat for a while before realizing there was an air conditioning unit mounted on the bedroom wall. I turned it on with the remote control and it started cooling the room immediately. I later realized that the radiator under the window in the kitchen/living room was on, which was making the room hotter. The hot water kettle had a lot of white residue on the inside that floated when I filled the kettle with water. So instead I just heated a mug of water in the microwave in order to make some tea. I heard some footsteps and doors closing but in general the building was very quiet and I slept well. The next morning, the ladies at the front desk very kindly offered to hold my suitcase for me after I checked out, so I could easily tour the cathedral and walk around town. When I was finished, it was very easy to come back to Peartree to pick up my suitcase and cross the street to the train station. This hotel met my needs perfectly and I recommend it to travelers who are coming or leaving by train, or who want additional amenities such as a kitchenette in the unit and a shared laundry room.

The laundry was expected but a pleasant surprise. Extremely well equipped with three washers, 3 driers, a variety of laundry products, airers and spare stuff for our unit. Our unit was extremely clean and very well equipped.

De locatie naast het station is geweldig en er is ook ruimte om te parkeren. Het appartement is volledig voorzien van alles, fijne bedden, goede airco, volledige toiletartikelen en keukenbenodigdheden. Zelfs aan een welkomst-ontbijt is gedacht, zeer gastvrij! De opstap voor de Stonehenge Tour is om de hoek.

We have been staying here at Peartree for around 10 years each time we visit my Mother in Salisbury. The location is brilliant, the atmosphere is calm and inviting. The rooms are always so well maintained and clean, with lovely fluffy towels, beautiful white sheets and soft pillows. We usually get a room facing the street, but with the windows closed it doesn't bother us. Parking can be a bit tight, but I never had any issues, and I book directly so free parking. My daughter arrived by train for a weekend and it is so close and manageable with luggage. The best part is we don't need to bring too much in clothing as we can use the washers and dryers whenever we need to. The apartments themselves are really well stocked and making your own meals is a piece of cake. However, there are so many wonderful restaurants and super markets close by. A walk to the Cathedral is about 15 minutes. The Peartree can be a bit pricy, but for us, knowing we are going to be looked after well and we have all the amenities right there is worth the extra few Pounds, and can probably work out cheaper in the end. The added bonus this summer (heatwave) trip was the installation of Air Conditioners! Aaron, we cannot thank you enough for this! And Cathy was really helpful when we changed to a bigger room part way through our stay.

Appartement dans résidence avec parking reservable avec plaque d'immatriculation pour 5 livres. On récupère la clé avec un système informatique. Climatisation, endroit propre et confortable. Il y a de quoi faire un petit déjeuner avec du lait, yaourts dans le frigo et des céréales, croissants fourrés, pommes, eau à disposition. Grille pain, micro-onde et lave vaisselle. Les deux chambres sont en enfilade. Ventilateur dans une des chambres. Pas loin du centre ville et de la cathédrale.

Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the train station but quiet. Had AC and a fan which was appreciated due to a heat wave. The staff is excellent and always helpful.

It’s clean and has everything you need. It’s very close to the train station but at the same time is quiet. It had AC and a fan which in the summer heat became very useful. Complementary milk and breakfast was provided. Just perfect.

Peartree Apartment is a well located and perfect place for visiting Salisbury. The apartment we stayed is clean, comfortable, self-contained and quiet. The check-in and -out services are efficient and staff responsive and polite. There is onsite parking which is a huge advantage in the city. Highly recommended, and will stay there again for sure.

I chose Peartree for its proximity to the train station. I did not have a car and had a large suitcase with me. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the walk is. It is also not too far to the town centre. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

It was easy for an overnight and steps from the train station. Had overnight parking. Allows dogs. 10 minutes tops walk to the very busy downtown shops and Salisbury Church. Good for workers who need an inexpensive place, but still want to feel comfortable.

It is just near the edge of some seedier town conditions—but it is a very self-contained property.

Quiet and well located for rail and Stonehenge bus.

Above and beyond Everything was clean As described and so much more Really enjoyed our stay Me, my teenage son, 5month old son and a dog. Quite the range and we all loved it I rang the reception while I was in the room ans asked for a travel cot. Literally took minutes to get to me and even offered to set it up. Wonderful

Fabulous apartment, gave us the space and all the things you need for a short stay. Overtime we have found we like more space when away from home and more amenities than you find with a hotel room. Whilst only there for 1 night for a concert, we enjoyed the local area as well. Although an England game was in full swing at a local pub there no noise noticeable from inside the apartment. Well appointed and quiet.

Kind helpfull staff The check in room at the entrance was a bit of a sauna caused by sunny weather and the glas roof. Better to have some sun screen outside in stead of inside because it keeps the heat out. For the rest perfect

The apartments are close to the station, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Some breakfast items, a pint of milk and some bottled water is provided. Some tea and coffee is also provided. Cooking facilities are good. The bed is comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful.

The tap water is horrible. It leaves a thick film on tea. A simple water filter system would be appreciated. The handwash and bathroom items are heavily scented, musky, masculine and overpowering. A neutral unisex fragrance or unfragranced would be much better. The cost of the apartment is really high. However, Salisbury is an expensive place to stay generally speaking.

We liked everything. We stayed in a self catering apartment and could not believe the thoughtfulness of the details. Everything was provided including oil and spices for cooking. We only stayed one night but wish we could stay a week. Parking out front (which we paid 5 pound extra for), easy walk into beautiful Salisbury town. A very comfortable bed and most importantly for us a quiet room. There was self checkin which was very easy and we could choose to have two keys to the room.

That we could not stay longer. We wish other accomodation places followed your guidance on standards.

I cannot fault Peartree. Tremendous. We felt guilty for staying only 1 night, as its an apartment. Hey, you lot, if you visit Salisbury, by train, its 100 mts away, by car, it has parking unlike most hotels in town. Lovey place.. p.s. my photo shows my car parked right outside our apartment.

Sehr gut durchorganisiertes Hotel. Gute Lage. Top sauberes Appartement. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Frühstückskörbchen zum ersten Morgen gratis. Großes Bett. Ausgesprochen tolle (dick, weich, trocknend) Handtücher.

Teilweise Fotos im Weitwinkelformat, welche die Räume größer erscheinen lassen, als sie sind. Blick aus Fenster auf knapp 2 Meter entfernte Mauer mit wenig Licht. Keine Dusche, nur schmale Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.

Very impressed with this place. Very modern, easy to live and extremely thoughtful well appointed rooms. Couldn’t fault it and the value for money is very good and fair. The location is perfect to get parking (at extra cost only £5) walking distance to all amenities as the main parts of the town arnt far.

Apartment was close to train station and the centre, it was lovely and clean, a nice little selection of breakfast, tea coffee milk. When the lady found out we were there for my friends 50th we came back to a box of chocolates left for her. Would 100% recommend.

The apartment was just perfect for what we needed. The milk in the fridge was such a nice touch after a long travel i was desperate for a brew! Bed was super comfy and we had all we needed within the apartment. Easy to find, easy to park, pleasant walk to the cathedral, would surely use again

This is probably the BEST place I have stayed at in a long while. It’s set up like a self service hotel, but it has small apartments that were perfect for my husband and I, his parents, and our adult daughter. There were steps to climb, but not many. The location across from the train station and 10 minutes into the center of Salisbury meant we could leave our car and walk everywhere. Plus my daughter could arrive/leave by train. The facilities were modern and included an A/C unit in the bedrooms. This was a lifesaver as we were there in late May with record breaking heat waves. The laundry room had about 8 washer and /or dryer machines that were free with laundry detergent set out to use. The couches were quite comfy and the table easily sat all 5 of us. I wish everywhere we stayed with this nice!

We lived this well-appointed, spotlessly clean flat. It was an easy, short walk from the train station as well to the Cathedral and town center. The simple self check-in was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need for your stay - close to the station and town. the sofa bed needed a little bit more cushioning but the AC won the day in the main bedroom in the bank holiday heat. Rain shower was a nice refreshing pick up after a busy day. Everything was clean tidy and ammenable. the breakfast welcome box was a nice touch. We went to the Hattie Bell Pub across the road great burgers there too and friendly staff.
