온천이 아늑하고 물이 너무 좋았다. 아담하며 정겨운 곳 이었다. 아침, 저녁까지 극진하게 대접받는 느낌이었다. 특히 버스에서 내리자마자 맞이해주신 직원분의 캐리어 옮겨 주는 조심스러운 손길이 기억에 남는다. 지옥계곡까지 가능한 시간에 태워주셨다. 도착할때 비가 내려 우산을 안 가져 왔음을 우리끼리 난감해 했다. 차 뒤에서 하나 남은 우산 뿐이라 미안하다며 내미는 모습에 더 감동 받았다. 조심스럽게 베푸는마음이 우리를 환하게 만들었다.

위치가 온천 마을보다 조금 떨어진곳이긴하나 조금만 걸으면 돼서 조용하면서도 어여쁜 휴식처를 원하는 이들이라면 좋은 공간이 될 것 같다. 음식이 정갈하나 슴슴한 편이다. 맛의 극적임을 원한다면 다른 간식이 필요할 것이다. 여름에도 따뜻한 음식이 곁들여진다면 좋았을 것 같다.

צוות שירותי, נחמד, מסביר הכל ועוזר. חדר נעים עם נוף לנהר וליער, שכשוך מי הנהר נשמע בחדר. אונסן נהדר. ארוחת בוקר מפתיעה, מאוד מגוונת, טעימה מאוד והגשה אסתטית ויפה. מיקום טוב, אפשר לקבל הסבר לגבי תחבורה מצוות המלון.

Petit hôtel d'une vingtaine de chambres, sûrement un des plus intime de tout Noboribetsu hôtel, les repas diner et petit déjeuner étaient exceptionnels, les tatouages sont autorisés dans les bains et enfin l'emplacement qui permet de faire les principales attractions à pieds.

Certaines installations sont assez anciennes, quelques rénovations seraient sûrement bienvenue, mais ça n'a rien enlevé à la qualité de la prestation.

Incredible place! Staff was nice and helpful from beginning to end. Hallway, rooms, elevator, baths are all decently spacious. Showers and bath were very well maintained. There's a bit of corrosion there but honestly...considering I've seen literally melted waterway vents closer to jigokudani, I think they are doing incredibly good upkeep. Sitting in the outdoor bath on a cold, rainy night was one of the highlights of my trip. Reserved a kaiseki-style breakfast with them too. I had a fun time trying out a bunch of new stuff. Very cool if you enjoy or want to try out that kind of traditional food. Great array of amenities in the lobby plus free refreshments (including canned drink, soju, and beer.) Free shuttle service to and from JR Noboribetsu station as well. I felt like I really didn't have to worry about anything and was able to relax here.

curtains are thin. There are probably eye masks in the lobby. Do not be caught unawares at 4 AM like me.

温泉が思っていたより狭かったです。

노보리베츠 초입에 있어서 번잡스럽지 않고, 다다미방에서 창문을 열면, 숲의 새소리와 개울의 물소리가 맞이합니다. 하룻밤 숙박이었지만, 인상적인 석식, 조식과 주변 풍경, 작지만 옛 료칸의 정취로 인해 힐링할 수 있었습니다. 노보리베츠 마을까지 산책 겸 천천히 걸어갔다올 만큼 좋은 위치입니다. 마지막으로 제 실수로 제 옷을 두고 왔으나, 이 부분을 세심하게 챙겨서 제 다음 숙소까지 전달해 주신 부분에서 배려심과 친철을 다시 느낄 수 있었습니다. 가족들과 홋카이도를 다시 올 때, 노보리베츠의 하나야 료칸에 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 호텔식 료칸이 아닌 일본 전통 료칸의 정취를 느끼기에는 이 곳이 최고라고 말하고 싶습니다!

하룻밤만 묵었던 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

5 star service starting from JR Noboribetsu. A great onsen and a lovely hotel with extreme attention to every detail. And the food, I am speechless. Pay for any meals they offer you and you won’t regret it.

I love the quiet (I was on a heal and reset vacation) and Hanaya is located away from where the bulk of tourist area. I truly love the garden - a view that I always looking for as an added bonus. The staff, hospitality, onsen and breakfast (I didn't book dinner) are excellent. I will come to Hanaya again if and when I am at Noboribetsu in the future.

A note: I didn't ask if there is any but there seems to be no coin laundromat on premise. There might be an option for the service especially if the need arise to wash some laundry.

Amazing traditional ryokan experience! Multi-course traditional dinner and breakfast. Onsen was small but clean, quiet, and peaceful. Private, and curated experience.

ottimo ryokan con parcheggio e servizio navetta (solo andata) per il parco di Noboribetsu. Pensavo che la sola andata sarebbe stato uno svantaggio invece si è dimostrata la scelta vincente. a 15 min in discesa dall'hotel mi ha permesso di raggiungere la struttura facendo shopping. la onsen molto confortevole ed i pasti tipici un must do. consigliato

non aver trovato lo yukata in camera nè tantomeno qualcuno che mi abbia indicato come e dove poterlo prendere. per fortuna prima di andare in onsen sono riuscito a prenderne uno al volo.

Sitting in the steaming mineral water while looking out at the landscape felt almost unreal. The water was perfectly maintained! It was quiet, never crowded, and deeply restorative. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the food. Dinner was a beautifully presented multi-course meal, with each dish showcasing seasonal ingredients and incredible attention to detail. Every course felt intentional, balanced, and memorable. Breakfast was just as impressive, equally refined, and a perfect way to start the day. The service matched the quality of the setting and the cuisine. Staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional without ever feeling intrusive. They anticipated needs effortlessly and made the entire stay feel seamless and personal. Overall, it was one of those rare experiences where everything comes together perfectly: the setting, the baths, the food, and the hospitality. I left feeling completely refreshed and already thinking about when I could return.

Beautiful location very serene

Very lovely staff. It’s an older facility but very well maintained. The unlimited drinks are a nice touch and the included dinner and breakfast were very good.

The faucet in our room was automatic and we were unable to change the temperature of the water which is a bit finicky to use.

조식과 숙식이 방에서 차려줘 좋다. 물론 호불호는 있을 수 있다.

시설이 낡고 변색되거나 오염된 곳이 곳곳 보인다. 가이세키는 생각보다 조촐하다. 차라리 조식이 좋았음.

こじんまりしたホテルで、団体客が無くて落ち着いた雰囲気。 料理はまづまづ。普通においしかった。

温泉街からは外れだったので少し寂しい。 温泉は一種類であまり広くなかったので、少し不満。 料理はまづますだが、特別感がなかった。

静かでゆっくり出来た事。 温泉♨️の泉質が非常に良い事。 フリードリクの種類が豊富なところ。

お風呂が思ったより小さく、混雑した事と特に女性用は入浴時間が長い方が多く4人以上入ったら身動きが取りにくいため、入り口に今何人目など人数表示かカウントが有ればゆっくりお風呂が楽しめると思う。 お風呂で脱衣所の清掃が悪い。扇風機や棚などに埃が多い。ドアに貼ってある掲示物が剥がれテープで何度か貼り直しているが、剥がれかけている。など。

It seems strange to gush about a lobby, but it was just that excellent. Heated floors, relaxing music, a free drink bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and pleasant views of the garden. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious, with a separate sink and bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and were served in your room instead of in a dining area. I really appreciated the accompanying paper which listed all of the various dishes, as normally I'd just have to guess. The onsen was the perfect temperature, both inside and outside.

It wasn't a problem for me, but I want to note that the onsen was a bit smaller than what I'm used to. If you try to enter alongside more than a few other people, it can be a bit crowded.

Perfect service from shuttle pick up to departure. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great products for use in shower and bathroom. The food! Breakfast and dinner was an event and just amazing. Bonus of great free beverages in the foyer (including Sapporo classic on tap...) Baths are great, cozy and well thought out. Small internal and external. Highly recommended

Cozy environment. Very warm and friendly staff. Meticulous service. In-room dining of dinner and breakfast were yummy. Free flow drinks and beer available at the lobby. Onsen had indoor and outdoor pools.

Rooms were a bit small with no shower. We settled our bath at the onsen.

The hospitality and service provided by the staff was exceptional. Appreciate the staff being helpful and guided me on onsen etiquette as well. I booked the room with dinner and breakfast and it was good, with a variety of dishes being served.

Meals are exceptional good. Onsen is really good. Warm welcome from the owner.

Las instalaciones eran geniales y te proporcionaban utensilios de baño y bebidas gratuitas, después de estar un buen rato en las calurosas aguas sienta muy bien una bebida bien fría. La amabilidad de la gente es increíble, están todo el rato pendientes de si necesitas cualquier cosa, tienen un servicio de recogida y regreso desde la estación de JR Noboribetsu (tienen un horario fijo pero es muy recomendable). Les solicité un menú vegetariano y no hubo problemas para servirme una buena cena y desayuno totalmente vegetarianos.

Está alejado de la estación pero con la opción de su lanzadera gratuita se soluciona.

자그마한 노천탕이 의외로 운치있었습니다. 무료 맥주와 사케, 음료 제공되고 가이세키는 수수하지만 정갈해요 가성비 괜찮은 료칸입니다.

위치가 애매해서 관광지 마을까지 가려면 15분정도 걸으셔야합니다.

The hotel was very nice although the onsen was a little bit dated. The English proficiency of staff was quite variable ranging from excellent to very limited. I had to use google translate with one member. The hotel is a little ways from from the centre of the town so one will have to walk a bit more to get there or to other nearby sites. However, the setting is beautiful and well worth the extra steps.

Everything was perfect. Got picked up at the station by car. They even drove me to jigokudani and gave me umbrella since it looked like it’s going to rain. Unlimited free drinks in the lobby including sake and beer. Onsen was small but nice. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the kaiseki as well.
