The onsen was great. There were different types of pools to try. The outdoor onsen was beautiful, soaking in the onsen among the trees was relaxing. The products offered at the changing area were great. Many facial and skin products to use. The customer service is excellent. We left behind some clothes and only realized when we reached Nozo. The staff was so helpful and helped to arrange the items to be couriered to our Sapporo hotel. We are so grateful and thankful for the excellent customer service provided to us. When we checked into our hotel in Sapporo, the items had reached before us. Thank you very much 🙏.

The bathroom in the room is old and run down.

飯店大廳跟每一樓電梯出口外都會有新鮮的插花，看得出來是花藝老師設計。 房間舒適寬敞，大浴場是我在日本目前住過最寬敞的，毛巾浴巾都無限量供應非常方便，戶外湯屋也有流泉。 旅館位置離溫泉街很近，附近也有兩家超市，非常推薦這家飯店

施設内の説明はアプリで口頭での説明なし バイキングの時間も急かされる感じで案内 入浴時間の説明もない。ドライヤーの風量が弱すぎる テレビなどでサブスクなどが見れない。

La struttura è comodissima a Jigokudani, ci si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in 10 minuti e si evita la coda infinita di auto in attesa del parcheggio. Il cibo, pur essendo buffet, è abbastanza vario e buono, pur non essendo di qualità altissima per un grand hotel

Si vede che la struttura è datata e avrebbe bisogno di lavori di ristrutturazione. Le tubature sono vecchissime, e non mi sono fidata a bere l’acqua dal rubinetto. L’hotel è anche pienissimo di persone ed, essendo il pranzo a buffet, può diventare un po’ claustrofobico.

飯店的走廊很臭，煙味很濃 房間內也都是有抽煙過的味道 對煙味敏感的人來說真的很痛苦😖

The Noboribetsu Grand hotel is indeed very grand, even if it's age is starting to show in some parts of the establishment. It does give it heart, and a definite Wes Anderson feel, so whether the slightly faded grandeur is a feature or a bug may well be subjective. We certainly found it charming. The rooms are well sized, and overall comfortable. The furniture looks, as well, a bit dated, but it's in good condition.The onsen has many options for different types of water and temperature, and it is big - it will spoil onsens in many other places for the ones such as us who are new to the experience! Nice cafe areas, gift shop, and a decent restaurant. Lovely maritime-themed lounge bar.

The bathroom in the room is starting to show signs of age, in design, but also in wear and tear. It is certainly a matter of preference, but for me, the western type bed was not very comfortable, as it felt quite soft, and I felt I was falling off it often in the middle of the night. While the hotel otherwise offered a very peaceful night, that hindered my sleep a little.

The best Onsen ! Big hotel, amazing location. Can't go wrong with it

the hotel facility looks dated and our of maintenance. Design very school and not so elegant. Old and dated and need an upgrade soon. The staffs all can’t speak English and you need to able to converse Japanese.

Room was spacious, very comfortable and functional. Bath was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good with lots of variety. Gift shop well stocked and good prices.

If walking from the station, the entrance is very steep and may be difficult with heavy suitcases.

部屋の広さ、快適さ等、期待通りでゆっくりできました。また、食事も多種多様な中から自分の好きな多くの物を選べ、非常に満足しました。流石に、グランドホテルと名乗っているだけあって、温泉街の中でも１、2ををあらそうホテルの規模ではなかったでしょうか。

一泊という滞在期間だったので、特に問題はなかったと思います。機会があれば、ゆっくり滞在の上、粗探しでもしようかな？

露天風呂から見る絶景、滝や新緑はとても素晴らしかった。

Lovely big rooms, great location and the Onsen provided lots of choices - sulphuric, salt, iron baths for example. There was a deer outside the open Onsen which my husband said was magical. Lovely town to visit.

It’s in a great location near the bus stop. There are great amenities and it was good to try the variety of baths. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was large.

The breakfast was very fresh and tasty but the dinner was not quite as good quality even though there was a lot of choice.

The onsen is very nice and the outdoor bath is very good.

The food buffet had various types of food, and the quality was acceptable for a buffet. Sadly, there is no all-you-can- drink soft drink as you had to pay extra for each glass of soft drink.

各種泉質の湯が豊富な温泉が良かったです。 また、サウナ設備が充実していたのがとても良かったです。 夕食、朝食も種類豊富で、美味しく頂けました。 お土産屋も大きく選ぶのがとても楽しかったです。

部屋の風呂がガラス張りで中が丸見えになってしまうので、たとえ夫婦であっても風呂を使用している時は、トイレを使えなく不便な思いでした。部屋の風呂はおしゃれ重視しなくていいかと思います。 お土産屋に置いてあった国稀のお酒(増毛町)の位置があまりにも違いすぎて、突っ込んでしまうところでした。笑

大浴池雖然舊了點，但是維持得很好，圓頂浴池旁邊有三種不同成分的小池，只有半夜2點半到3點半是換場時間會關閉，其餘時間保持開放。大浴池的男湯女湯在單數日和雙數日會交換，所以建議大家可以入住當天和隔天都去就可以享受不同的風景。還有泡湯區裡面的座位休息區很寬廣舒適，也有提供各式各樣的保養品使用。 這次選擇一泊二食方案，餐廳有很貼心的製作了取餐區域說明卡，菜色非常豐富，也有很道地的日本小菜漬物，種類是我看過最多的。早餐可以自己做海鮮丼，甜蝦好好吃~座位區很大，很多人就穿著浴衣來用餐，非常有溫泉飯店的景致。房間裡面會有大小尺寸的浴衣各兩件，我覺得非常貼心，也有可以保暖的兩款外套，還有出乎意料好穿的拖鞋。 飯店對面就是溫泉街，旁邊就有seicomart，一路往上走就是地獄谷，很方便~

備餐區域較難維持整齊，炸天婦羅比較油膩醬汁也普普。

The baths are exceptional. Best saunas ever been to. Restaurant is good and open late. Japanese-style room was great, nice view. Helpful staff. Got a great deal.

Needs a little paint, tile, caulking repair in the main onsen rooms, but they're still quite epic.

Great for if you’re staying around the Death Valley area. A good handful of other hotels that are just about the same. Not a major difference between any. All seem very comfortable, relaxing hotels. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Helpful on the check-in/check-out.

They only have 2 elevators which you had to wait a few more minutes for the next one because the one is full. Other than that, no complaints.

朝食と夕食のバイキングが美味しくなかった。 雑多な空間の中で食事することになるので、せっかく温泉に浸かっても、疲れる。 大浴場でスタッフが常に巡回しているので、気になってリラックス出来なかった。 また、大浴場のスタッフからタオルを使うなと一方的に言われた。理由もなく言い放つ言い方で、ホスピタリティは感じられなかった。

良くなかったというか、ブッキングコムの写真で取った部屋と実際の部屋が違っていたので「あれ？」とはなりましたが、それはあまり気にならないほど他が最高だったので良かったです！

ไม่ชอบตอนเช็คอิน เราจอง1ห้อง2คืน เเต่เเยกbooking เนื่องจากไม่เเน่ใจการเข้าพักในตอนเเรก เเต่สุดท้ายก็ตัดสินใจพักที่นี่2คืน เเต่พนักงานที่เช็คอินบอกไม่สามารถจัดการให้เราพักห้องเดิม2คืนได้เนื่องจากไม่เเจ้งล่วงหน้า เราจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนห้องในคืนที่2ทั้งที่เราจองห้องtypeเดียวกันทั้ง2คืน เเต่เราไม่เห็นด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่เช็คอินยืนยันคำเดียวว่าเป็นไปไม่ได้ จนเราต้องขอคุยกับผู้จัดการเท่านั้น โชคดีที่ผู้จัดการเข้าใจเเละช่วยจัดการให้ จึงทำให้การพักผ่อนยังคงเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี
