The staff were excellent, in particular the male receptionist. Nothing was too much for him and he went out of his way to help.

Paid extra for a balcony with a city view and got what I could only describe as a small storage shelf for the 2 plastic chairs, along with the 2 buckets that collected the condensed water waste from the air conditioning units. With regards to the city view - the pigeon mess aside, who were nesting on the air conditioning unit - this didn't exist and we simply looked onto a busy street junction and what was essentially a building site with lovely views of several cranes.

Bella struttura, appartamento spazioso e accogliente, con tutte le comodità, in particolare il bagno grande finestrato e con il bidet che per noi italiani è fondamentale!!!! Noi abbiamo approfittato anche della colazione, la signora della colazione molto gentile e disponibile

Da migliorare la qualità dei prodotti da colazione, sono vari ma la qualità è sicuramente da migliorare.

Located on the main road in the central area with easy access to all amenities. Spacious Apartment with nice balconies in the kitchen and the bedroom.

Since it is on the main road, it tends to be noisy. The access was dugged up with construction ongoing activities. These obviously are not in control of the hotel though. No shower curtain provided to restrict splashing of water in the bathroom. Nothing provided on the walls in the shower area to hold soap or shampoo. May sound silly but essential though.

Stanza/apartemento molto spazioso. Ho usufruito della cucina e del frigo. Nonostante le strada sotto fosse molto rumorosa per il traffico, di notte si dormiva bene. Le finestre chiuse rendono l'appartamento molto silenzioso.

Nulla di particolare, forse avrei preferito poter invitare ospiti ma "Paese che vai, usanza che trovi".

We were given breakfast at night so that we did not miss out on it in the morning. Check in was easy and so was check out and we were able to book a taxi through the hotel.

Alot.. this place used to be amazing and i used to recommend it to family and friends since staying here twice. After a few years i decided to stay here for a thurd time and was so disappointed to see how downhill it has gone. The AC in the main room was not working well so i was up all night monitoring my 7 month old as the whole place was so hot we couldnt breathe.. the locks on most the windows were not working either so i had to just keep them closed to be on the safe side but was also then worried about my 5 year old suffering from a seizure from the heat that was trapped in the apartment. The inside lock on the main door did not work either and my 2 year old almost went out without me realising. The door to the balcony opened easily by just the turn of the handle and no lock so i had to be very careful with my children not opening it especially my 5 year old son. The cafe has closed down as well so we had to go find food in the heat which again was an inconvenience as i had booked this apartment because i thought it would be easy for us to access food. This will most likely be the last time i book with appart hotel mouna and i will no longer be recommending this place as it is nothing like it used to be unfortunately.

I liked the apartment set up and the kitchen provisions, the internet connectivity and the staff were very supportive. The apartment was very was very easy to find and very accessible to public transport

Első látásra kissé meghökkentő a hotel, de kellemesen csalódtunk. A hotel jó és biztonságos környéken, a látnivalókhoz, plázákhoz, autentikus éttermekhez közel helyezkedik el. A tisztaság kiváló. A mindenre kiterjedő napi takarítás, "rendrakás", törölköző csere alap szolgáltatás. A helyi stílusú reggeli finom, a személyzet diszkrét és barátságos volt.

The location, the spacious room, the obliging and helpful front desk staff, the aircon in the room.

Nowhere to put shampoo, soap etc in shower room. Sounds like a small point but very inconvenient. No bath mat until mentioned. As often the case, most of the tv programmes were in a foreign language - in this case mostly German - with many porn sites! Could have been sorted before check in! The lift took some mastering - again needed instructions. Every owner and manager should spend a night in their hotel to experience the shortfalls.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym personelem, Pan na recepcji potrafił doradzić odnośnie wymiany gotówki, transportu do centrum, sklepów w okolicy itp. Sprzątanie pokoju, zestaw kosmetyków i ręczników wymieniany codzienne. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w obu pomieszczaniach w apartamencie.

Nieszczelna zasłana szyba przy prysznicu, woda rozlewała się. Brak uchwytu na ręcznik przy umywalce

L'emplacement trop bruyant. Petit déjeuner pas beaucoup copieux limite et un peu tardif pour ceux qu'ils veulent faire des excursions. Au niveau vaisselles il manque bcp d'ustensiles.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le niveau de propreté de l’hôtel. C’est l’un des meilleurs établissements que j’ai testés depuis mon arrivée au Maroc, et il a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

Petit point à noter : il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser mais cela reste compensé par la présence d’un pressing juste à côté. Concernant l’appartement, il y avait une fenêtre sans rideau, ce qui était un peu gênant à cause de la lumière du soleil. Mis à part ce détail, tout le reste était très satisfaisant.

We stayed here again and we had room facing the quieter street. It was better for us. Again stuff is really nice and helpful.

Just the bed mattress is hard for us and if you prefer quite, choose room without balcony, not facing the main street. But overall the stay is nice.

A limpeza dos espaços e simpatia dos funcionários. A localização é próxima dos jardins majorelle / museu Ives Saint Loraint e da zona nova da cidade (Centro Comercial). Tudo estava a funcionar, até o ar condicionado.

Não gostei dos colchões pois são rijos. O isolamento ao ruído entres quartos é fraco. É fácil ouvir o que se passa no quarto do lado. Numa das 3 noites alguém estava a discutir / falar muito alto (creio) na receção do hotel e o ruído espalhou-se pela partes comuns e incomodou um bocado. O pequeno almoço é dado no restaurante presente no R/C. Simples mas repetitivo perante as opções existentes. As janelas são "pequenas" e colocadas junto ao teto. A luz natural entra bem mas a sensação é que o espaço é um pouco "fechado".

Le logement était très grand, bien équipé y compris pour se faire à manger (à part le micro-ondes). Tout le personnel s'est montré serviable et avenant pour tout. Le lit était confortable. Le logement est situé à 400 m d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre ville et les lieux de loisirs. Le petit déjeuner se prenait à la cafétéria juste à coté (attention, elle ne fait pas les autres repas). On devait choisir une des propositions et on était servi à table . C'était bon et avec du VRAI jus d'orange . ATTENTION: si vous avez comme nous un fauteuil roulant, il y a 7 marches à monter pour arriver à la réception et aux étages..

Le principal défaut c'est qu'au 5ème où nous étions, les fenêtres sont très petites et surtout, situées à plus de 1m70 de haut. Il est donc impossible de voir à l'extérieur depuis la chambre. Dommage ..

Peut être double vitrage pour le bruit du boulevard mais globalement c est marrakech les boulevards sont bruyants circulation très dense

L'emplacement est pratique et l'équipe à l'accueil est disponible et agréable. Le personnel répond rapidement aux demandes, ce qui rend le séjour plus facile.

La rue est très bruyante, surtout la nuit. Difficile de dormir fenêtre ouverte et même fermées. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont recommandés si vous y êtes sensible.

Izbu sme mali do záhrady, nie do ulice, čiže v noci bolo ticho. Lokalita dobrá, personál ochotný pomôcť a poradiť, s čašníčkou sa dobre rozprávalo aj o súkromných veciach. Raňajky chutné. Všetko fajn.

Možno len to, že trošku tvrdšia posteľ aj gauč, ale je to vec zvyku.

W apartamencie bardzo czysto, codziennie zmieniana posciel i ręczniki. Aneks dobrze wyposażony, dobra suszarka do włosów, zestaw kosmetyków każdego dnia. Apartament bardzo wygodny, z klimatyzacją. Naprawdę polecam, super pobyt!

Everything about this property is fabulous! Location is superb. Madinah Jamal fenna , Jardin Morjole and all other tourists attractions are a short drive away.loads of cafe and restaurant and shops on walking distances. The apartment was very clean. Everyday you will get room service. The staff at the hotel is very humble,polite, and helpful.They make you feel at home! We would definitely love to stay here again!

The elevator is really tiny.

Nära till det mesta, goda restauranger i närheten. Dörr till sovrummet och två AC va väldigt bra.

Dyrt, inte värt priset. Dålig isolering så all trafik hördes som att fönsterna va öppna. Sanitetskorgen inne i toaletten var trasig. Frukosten var inte särskilt bra.

Massive room compared to anything we experienced living two different places in the medina for a comparable price. Easy to get to the train station (reception told us we should pay 10 dirhams to get there, we paid 20 to a taxi driver who first asked 50 and he was very grateful when he dropped us off). Close to several restaurants and a good convenience store. Good breakfast included. Good water pressure in shower and lots of warm water, with large soft towels. Perfect for our stay after a demaning hike up mount Toubkal.

Dripping sound from the AC outside the window woke us up at night. Shower head was functional but a bit wonky leading to water spreading everywhere in the bathroom as there are no shower curtains.
