Very good location

The room was very very small. The shower was not working. Tha door for the toilet can not be closed fully which is so uncomfortable. The room needs to be renovated asap!

Everything is super!!

Location

Location great

Very clean super friendly staff

Udobni kreveti Ljubazno i susretljivo osoblje Odlican dorucak

Lokacija

Sobe se ne ciste svaki dan

The location is truly excellent and very convenient for moving around the city. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and overall the hotel has potential.

The hotel looks noticeably different from the pictures online. The rooms are much smaller in reality, which was disappointing. The soundproofing is also quite weak—you can easily hear noise from the hallway and from other rooms. The breakfast is okay, but it’s exactly the same every day, so it becomes repetitive.

This is the fourth time I have chosen this hotel for my stay in this amazing city. Whether I have stayed here solo or with family, the fourth time speaks for itself :))

Nothing negative to say.

I liked the location and the view from the room

The breakfast was poor and low quality food

👍👍👍

Location is great. Staff so kind. Room was comfortable.

The location and some of the gentlemen in the hotel staff.

The fact that even though we booked and paid for a "Double Deluxe Room", in reality, they gave us a matchbox (see details in the pictures). The floor was damaged. The space between the 2 beds was ~30cm. The walkway beside the beds was ~40-45cm. Basically, it was a 1 person room in which they squeezed a second bed and had the audacity to sell it as a "Deluxe". Just to get an idea: 2 persons, with small cabin trollers, didn't had the space where to open their luggage. I had to always put the troller on the bed in order to take out things out of it. When i confronted the gentleman at the reception, he told me that "yes, that's the room that you booked". Well if i knew what room i would receive, i would have never ever payied for it. As for the breakfast: it had every day the exact same things. The coffee was absolutely terrible.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful.

Very clean, breakfast was very good, position of the property was in near all attraction

Locatia , spatiul generos , se facea curat in fiecare zi .

Mobilier vechi .

Great location, large family room, comfortable beds and hot shower. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, the family room was in the building next door to the hotel, away from the main road, so the room was quiet. There was a minaret right outside our window, but we really enjoyed listening to the call to prayer (even at 6.30am!). Excellent value for money.

Nothing negative to say - it is an economy hotel, but really comfy for our family of 4.

Everythis was great, we will came back again for sure :)

Posizione, doccia, letto comodo

In alcune stanze i servizi in bagno non funzionavano correttamente; la colazione era solo salata aggiungere qualche dolce sarebbe stato meglio.

Emplacement
