Domaine Rosaroum

Unique mix between Villa and Hotel services. 4BR Villa very spacious, could take 15 pax

A few things need to be refreshed in terms of maintenance

Tout

Rien

Cockroaches and ants everywhere, the outside area looks nothing like the pictures. Bedsheets were not changed the whole stay even though it was suppose to.

Tout était parfait !

Privacidad e instalaciones.

Breakfast horrible and they reuse most items for next day this is totally unacceptable . Photos not true reflection of what you get. Place need full renovation . Pool not cleaned and not sure filters are working

Clean better place for money we pay

Fantastic stay at this villa. Villa was spacious and clean. Great breakfast and the staff go above and beyond to help you and make your stay perfect. Special mention for Soufaine who helped with all aspects of our stay - nothing was too much trouble for him.

Topverblijf, mooi groot ruim huis

De spa

The villa was very nice and big and clean and private swimming pool. It was a very safe place. We like it too much. We definitely come back.thanks

Vriendelijkheid

Was very big and clean with excellent staff. Picture we’re very accurate from online. Was a very nice homey cosy place for a holiday in a villa triple the size of your house.

The most incredible property , full of charm and character, the rooms were amazing. The staff were on hand to make it even more special . Would go back in an instant

Can’t say I disliked anything

Great staff

The property was a little dated in terms of decor!!

The Villa had a lot of space and was great for the family. Cleaning service and catering service was excellent.

The access to the villa was a little bit difficult as well as transportation options. Guest have to plan transportation well in advance.

Property pretty good, staff really nice and always available, good services

I like the service and the cleaning of the villa

Very nice staff, clean rooms and exceptional pool and views.

The villa was just perfect, it was beautifully decorated and had bags of space! It felt very luxurious for our girls trip and the staff really made the stay as best as they could for us… I’d go back tomorrow! The pool was a really good size and the house keeping worked hard to keep the surroundings clean without imposing on our time and use of it (like ninjas cleaning- so silent and so quickly in and out). We also had a lunch on the first day, this was so delicious and we felt really spoilt with all the choice and effort- the food was lovely!

There was a slight smell in one of the bathrooms upstairs, but other than that it was a perfect villa!

Location, size, pool

Nothing

The service and villa were amazing! Hind was a good host and everything we needed, she arranged for us. The best accommodation when you are travelling with a big group of people.

It would be nice if they had a gym.

The house is very spacious and a good location

The chimney did not work and when turned on made the whole room smoke up was very uncomfortable

It was nice and comfortable

It needed some additional rugs on the floors.

The villa was beautiful .. I took my whole family and my 6 year old girl and three year old nephew and they absolutely loved it.. the pool was amazing, Hind was amazing and she was always there to help , she provided excellent customer service and fulfilled every request. If your going to marrakech with family this is the best place to book.

Nothing

Clean, immaculate with house help in the daytime

Nil

Being in a space that we can gather and eat other than the bed rooms is what made this place an excellent place to be in… and having your own staff to look after you is another bounce…

Some of the facilities where not working and the breakfast was not equal to the charged value…. Lots of things were missing…

the villa was beautiful, comfortable with everything you could want for a family holiday.

the property is absolutely beautiful, it’s like a real life oasis that is completely private. the staff is extremely kind and receptive. Hind our host was amazing to work with. she made our vacation very smooth and was eager to help us with reservations and making sure we got whatever we asked for.

the location is a little further away from everything about a 15 min drive to the town center but taxis are very accommodating and cheap.

Stayed in Villa 14 & it was amazing. The service daily, the chef and the property were all immaculate. It’s great even for American standards. My only precaution would be if you’re afraid of bugs and the occasional lizard have someone else with you. As a kid I always dealt with this in a rural town so it didn’t bother me but surely a city slicker may find it problematic. All of the staff were top notch.

Absolutely brilliant villa with everything you could want. You even get your own helper for the day. Will def be going back :-)

It was amazing ..thank you so much ..awesome

Some cupboards were broken in the kitchen. Kitchen towel missing.

Beautiful villa about 15 min drive from town. Service was impeccable. We were there at end October/beginning of November so the weather was cold at night. While we weren't cold in the villa it was not particularly cosy at night either, a few more soft furnishings and perhaps making the fireplace functional would make a big difference. There is nothing within walking distance so we needed to make a lot of use of the car and driver organised for us (at additional charge). Other than that it was excellent. We would happily return
