If I had one complaint it would be the smell of the room and facility was musty.

The location was way above our expectations and we were literally on the Spanish Steps from our room balcony. The terrace was also a lovely place to enjoy our first drink before we settled in for the stay and the staff were exceptional with their assistance in directions and maps, allowing us to see the beautiful city of Rome in all it's glory.

There was nothing to not like about this accommodation. The only thing I could say was that it was a little confusing to find the exact way to enter the hotel from the street but we figured it out eventually and then there was no issue.

The location next to the Spanish Steps was ideal. Even though there was large crowds every day, the double glazed windows worked very well!

The TV wasn't ideal. It reverted back to searching for channels each time we switched it off. We didnt watch a lot of TV however it was a little annoying.

Breakfast at cafe opposite could have been better

La posizione è ineguagliabile, la colazione servita in camera sul piccolo balconcino , la possibilità di potere accedere alla struttura sia dalla parte bassa che dalla parte alta di Piazza di Spagna (scelgo sempre questa posizione perchè è comodissima per visitare Roma )

Le stanze sono chiamate Suite ma la metratura non è adeguata..nella medesima posizione esistono altri hotel con stanze decisamente adeguate..trovo inacettabile che pur non avendo un locale colazione ci si debba recare ad un bar!!! Ottima la formula di proporre ai clienti due tipi di colazione ma non è giusto che per farsela portare in camera sia necessario pagare...dovrebbero rinunciare ad una stanza e fare un ristorante oppure tenere l'attuale organizzazione senza far pagare il sovraprezzo

C’est une mauvaise expérience un ascenseur vétuste utilisant encore le système de clé est surtout très très petit je passe de tout mais je ne peux pas ne pas parler du petit déjeuner délocalisé dans un café en face dont le personnel ne tiennent pas compte des clients de l’hôtel, un petit déjeuner médiocre vue le prix demandé par l’hôtel. Je ne comprends pas les critères pour l’octroi de quatre étoiles grosso modo hotel très particulier dans le mauvais sens à ne pas conseiller, par contre le personnel est sympathique est fait du mieux qui peut 😒😒😒😒😒

Le personnel pas gentil on a été à la lèse de 9 h30 on est sortie à 19 h 30 Le restaurant du petit déjeuner minable pour un 4 étoiles on a attendu 35 min pour être servi. Arrivée à l’hôtel on se fait engueuler comme un chien Pour un Check out de 45 min de retard Je voyage mais cette impertinence je ne l’ai jamais vu pour 45 min

Location, location, location! How can you beat being in a room with a private terrace that virtually sits on the Spanish steps??? Added to that — the staff. What a delightful team — so helpful and so charming and cheerful and proactive— especially Karina on the front desk.

The bathroom was very small but adequate. It was slightly awkward having to cross the street to a different establishment for breakfast. But the meal was good and substantial.

Niente, sarebbe stato bello la colazione in terrazzo .. ma devo dire che anche quello è stato perfetto

De locatie is natuurlijk ge-wel-dig! Het personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk en de kamers zijn prachtig.

Het enige jammere was dat we een keer een uur op het ontbijt hebben moeten wachten omdat de bediening ons had vergeten, ook bij het navragen.

El desayuno no esta en relacion con la calidad y precio del alojamiento. Era escaso y cuando pedimos un segundo capuchino dado q el primero estaba en taza pequena , nos cobraron 10 euros cada uno!!!

The suit is small

When we arrived, we were informed that we were being upgraded from a standard room to an apartment The apartment was truly unbelievable. Huge rooms, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, beautiful bathrooms, etc. And all in a perfect location, midway up the Spanish Steps. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the terrace.

Everything was great. Nothing not to like.

Location was one of the best anyone can find in Rome, most of the places are walking distance.

I dont even know where to start, we picked junior suite for a better accommodation there was nothing suite about it. First we thought they gave us a wrong room, than i realised they added the photos of the room they gave us after some good photos of a different room. The breakfast was awful, the bathroom was the tiniest i have ever seen in my life, a moderate sized human can hardly close the doors of the shower when inside, the room was moderatly clean, badly designed, there was a door connecting to another room which they hardly did anything to block noise, there are many many more, I DONT RECOMMEND HERE TO ANYONE.

Soggiorno perfetto per un weekend romano. La nostra camera presso la Royal Suite Trinità dei Monti era spaziosa, con un letto comodissimo e un balconcino affacciato direttamente sulla celebre scalinata: un panorama da cinque stelle lusso. Servizio impeccabile da parte di tutto lo staff. Una nota di merito speciale va al giovane concierge Sebastian per la sua squisita disponibilità nel permetterci di godere del roof garden e del deposito bagagli anche dopo il check-out. Posizione imbattibile, probabilmente la migliore per vivere il centro di Roma. Torneremo sicuramente!

L’emplacement est incroyable. Sans subir les nuisances sonores des touristes . La chambre est très jolie avec une vue magnifique sur les marches, l’accueil adorable nous a été réservé.

On a bp aimé l’emplacement la literie petit bémol pas de placard pour ranger les affaires Et surtout Sebastian qui va nous aider pour récupérer le costume de mariage de mon mari

The location was excellent. There's a private entrance on the Spanish Steps themselves! The room was charming. The staff were all super lovely. It was a little pricey, but for the convenience and the romance of the location, you can easily overlook that. It's only a few minutes walk to the Spagna Metro, and the taxi rank is only a minute or so to the left of the front door.

We stayed in the Junior Suite - the only thing was the water temperature in the shower. It just kept running cold. We had staff in trying to fix it via the tank a couple of times. The best knacky fix we could find was to set the tap at some way between central and left, then run the bath tap until it heats up, switch it to the shower switch instead, and you get 90 seconds - 2 minutes of hot water, then have to repeat the process.

Location amazing!!Receptionists very helpful and friendly! Room nice but smaller than usual, shower nice and bed comfortable. It was in a great place to people watch!!

Didn’t provide the usual tea/coffee/milk which I like when staying in hotels. Although receptionists tried to accommodate us and that was appreciated . Also, be prepared to climb those steps a lot!!

All good once you navigate the entrance buttons outside and the call button for the lift which are Located downstairs Next to the pharmacy. Very nicely decorated rooms comfy bed and food ac control for the room. No problems and great location.

Exceptional location and super friendly staff! Enjoyed a lot our little balcony with the incredible view to the Spanish Steps, spotlessly clean and cosy vintage style room. Couldn't dream of any better place for a weekend stay in Rome!

Let's start with the location, we had a veranda on the Spanish Steps, and the metro was steps away. Very easy to find and an amazing staff. It is in the heart of the Spanish Steps neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining.

In terms of location, we could not have asked for a better view from our balcony, overlooking the Spanish Steps.

Tea and coffee making facilities could have been better in particular the provision of milk or milk sachets.

Die Zimmer sind sehr bescheiden Schall isoliert eher weniger etwas für Lärm empfindliche Menschen. Der Lärm von aussen ist nicht hörbar eher was im inneren ist (Gang usw).

La ubicación insuperable. Histórica. La habitación era super bonita.

Los 4 dias el baño olia espantoso e inundaba la habitación. Cuando llegamos llovía y bajé las maletas por las escaleras y aunque estaba frente al acceso controlado la señorita de front desk super grosera con mi esposa no nos dejaba entrar. Tengan cuidado con su personal.... era una chica delgada rubia.

η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, πολύ κεντρικά στην Piazza di Spagna, είσοδος και με ασανσέρ από το κάτω μέρος του κτιρίου! το προσωπικό πάντα με χαμόγελο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, η καθαριότητα πολύ καλή. Price for value όχι τόσο καλή

το πρωινό δεν ήταν καθόλου καλό. Το κατάλυμα συνεργάζεται με ένα καφέ / εστιατόριο απέναντι από το κατάλυμα το οποίο είναι πολύ κοντά και πολύ εύκολα να πάρεις το πρωινό σου εκεί. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ότι το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν πολύ καλύτερο δεδομένου του κόστους του δωματίου. Γενικότερα για το δωμάτιο Price for value όχι τόσο καλή
