Definitely dont like the open plan bedroom / bathroom . Total lack of privacy during ablutions will prevent me from staying at this guesthouse again . Cleanliness also not on A level , A top bedsheet during summer will be appreciated , Linen in general needs an upgrade .

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026The property is gorgeous and feels quite homely, given it's size. The location is perfect as well. Room was clean and being able to have breakfast on the property is always a nice plus. Staff is friendly and helpful.
This particular room's bathroom had no door so you get no privacy when using the shower or toilet. Not an issue when traveling solo but could be a bit uncomfortable if sharing with someone.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Great location. Breakfast was good.
Bar fridge kept going on and off in room, making an awful lot of noise during the night. Aircon came on at 04:00 in the morning automatically - had to take out the batteries to avoid after first night.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025The bed was fantastic. The aircon was brilliant.
The room was very out dated. To many stairs. Light switches in wrong places. No charge points next to the bed. Outside furniture was poor. Bit dark and dingy. Towel racks infront of the toilet, so getting off the toilet you bumped your head on the towel rack. Should be on the wall behind the toilet. Shower with shower curtain.....very out dated.
