Everything was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was of a good size, it was very clean, the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of options and with the ability to make custom adjustments. We had dinner one night and the food was excellent for both taste and presentation. Great location for travelling to various places around cotswold.

Good location - easy to access from main road through Swindon and close to our family. Easy to park. Able to access pub for evening meal. Breakfast included.

Accommodation is clean and well presented, with easy access to rooms from the carpark. Pub/restaurant clean and tidy.,

The evening meal did feel rushed from arrival of starter and main meal. The young ladies waiting tables weren't overly polite and seemed to lack training, plate 'donked' onto the table without a word!.

Very well located, lovely comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly.

TV remote didn’t work, TV had been disconnected from the aerial and switched off at the plug. When I managed to reconnect the aerial, and switch it on, it wouldn’t connect to any service. Disappointed. Also, on the second morning, my breakfast turned up with half a mushroom. I did query if they were running out and was told yes, and they cut the bigger ones in half. Apart from that, the breakfast was lovely.

La camera e il bagno sono molto belli, moderni e confortevoli. Ci è stato lasciato anche un apprezzato set di benvenuto (due bottiglie d’acqua e due pacchi di biscotti). Abbiamo cenato nell’albergo e il cibo era molto buono. I prezzi del pub forse leggermente sopra la media considerando la posizione, ma la qualità del cibo era ottima. Buonissima la colazione della mattina.

One staff member seemed very off, not sure if it was just with me or if that was her demeanor. The ret of the staff were great.

Always an excellent stay, very clean friendly staff.

I have stayed here numerous times with my crafting friends, each of us in our own room. This time I stayed by myself as I was so used to the hotel, bar, staff etc and felt safe to do so as a solo traveller. My stay (2 nights) was as good as ever, friendly and welcome staff, other guests were greeting me at breakfast. I felt totally safe on my own 😊

Only thing I didn’t like was the price, which I understand is no doubt due to being school summer holidays, however it was double to what I pay when I stay in April.

I'm not a great fan of carverys so we ate our evening meal. This is just a personal preference so not judgement on the quality of the food in the White Hart. Also the early finish Sunday didn't suit our preferred time to eat our evening meal.

The location is just off a busy roundabout but my stay was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We stayed on a Sunday night so the restaurant was closed but the breakfast was superb.

- Hôtel très bien situé, tout près de la grand route (mais calme). - On est à proximité des Cotswolds, et pour un prix très raisonnable. - Place de parking assurée. - Excellent full English breakfast. - Chambre vaste, propre et fonctionnelle, installations sanitaires récentes et en très bon état (vaste douche). - Personnel agréable.

- Étonnamment, il n'y avait pas de brosse pour les toilettes!

Toilet flush not working Hotel room door needed maintenance as we couldn't get out. It was reported.

Camera ampia e spaziosa e in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le destinazioni principali da visitare. Camera anche molto silenziosa. La colazione molto buona e c’è la possibilità di cenare in struttura.

Mancano gli scopini in bagno ma credo sia una mancanza diffusa in Inghilterra perché non ne ho trovati anche nelle altre strutture.

Spacious well decorated room, well ventilated and cool despite the 26 degrees outside. Both the evening meal and cooked breakfast were excellent catering for my gluten free diet (with choices of dessert not just the common fob-off of brownie or ice cream you find elsewhere). Staff were all round excellent and helpful including on reception, on the bar and in the restaurant.

Nothing to dislike. The burger was a bit dry but was quality meat so it tasted great. French fries were a bit overcooked so they broke rather than could be stabbed by the fork to eat. But absolutely nothing else to critique.

Large room, bed was very large. a good size bathroom with a walk in shower. Plenty of hot water.

Our room was on the ground floor, next to the main entrance to the accommodation. Unfortunately the slamming of the door woke me up quite a few times. I would stay here again, just not on the ground floor or near the main door.

Perfect place to stay. Friendly and the rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was superb too :-)

Initially the light was not working due to missing lightbulb- this was reported and fixed by the second night Housekeeping only replenished one bath towel and one hand towel daily for our entire stay despite there being two of us which meant one of us had to use a hand towel Toilet flush was faulty and took a couple of tries to actually work.

Great little pub/hotel perfect for what we wanted. Wife loved it for the generous room size, how clean it was and how comfortable it was. Even had the England game on a big screen with a civilised fans as well. Food was excellent and breakfast was almost 100% perfect. Could have eaten it all over again.

It was just missing a fridge but to be honest, it was only missed because of the hot weather.

Spacious, well-furnished, room with an excellent walk-in shower. Usual tea tray provisions. Fan on a stand provided some relief from the heat. Had a good meal in the restaurant - we were not advised to book but we probably should have been. Breakfast, which had to be pre-ordered, was nicely cooked and presented but it would have been nice to be offered more tea/coffee (could have asked of course). Overall though, a very good visit and we would use again if that way

Location is excellent for those travelling but inevitably that means a location near a busy road. The fan was much appreciated but only air conditioning would allow you to keep the windows closed and shut-out the traffic noise.

Proximity to where I was working. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities. Good shower.

On arrival the first room I was offered was extremely dark and tatty with wallpaper coming off walls. When using the bathroom the loo wouldn’t flush and then the flush and cistern cabinet disintegrated hitting my hand as it fell. I complained and was moved to a different room, I dont like having to choose my cooked breakfast or croissants before 8pm the night before. The choice of other things for breakfast was poor. Only a fan to help cool the room which was very noisy. The car noise from A420 and A419 when windows were opened, made doing that untenable. There was no air conditioning. It was 34 degrees outside.

Rooms and ensuite bathrooms much larger than expected. Bedrooms are in a separate building from the pub/restaurant and are quieter than you would expect. Good breakfasts.

Restaurant closes quite early. But no problem to get a delivery to the room.

Plenty of space in bedrooms to move around the king sized bed. Nice well appointed shower room. Tea/coffee and biscuits in our room on arrival, we asked at reception each day for top up on tea bags and milk. Room refreshed, clean towels on second day. Breakfast was cooked to order and really tasty.

No air conditioning, but a fan was provided. Bathroom floor got very slippery after a shower.

Breakfast was ok. Warm not hot and we had to wait over half an hour despite being told we had to book a pacific time to make sure we got our food as you were very busy for breakfast even though you have a lot of rooms, which i thought would be a regular occurrence. The toilet flush button was broken and my partner had to put loads of water from the kettle to flush it. I told reception and they just said thank you for reporting it. A notice of how your soap dispenser worked as I spent quite some time trying to wash my hands after using the loo as it seems like a hard unit that couldn’t be squeezed. Which was a little frustrating at first. The bed and pillows were so hard I didn’t get a good sleep. The bar staff especially shena she was so brilliant remembered all our drinks and was very very efficient. Sorry if I spelt her name wrong. Other than that it was a good stay and a lovely place and I would stay again.

The service was excellent, comfortable rooms and overall good value for money with breakfast included in the booking.

The shower head could’ve done with a bit of clean but other than that the overall cleanliness was perfectly fine.

Rooms were very clean and big and the fact that the bed was a super king size was great, the food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful, and plenty of free parking.

The only thing we found was the mattress was very firm, so that was a little uncomfortable for us as we are not used to that.
