Doccia pericolosa. Si scivola. Non c’è posto per appoggiare I proprio prodotti di toilette. Nemmeno il porta carta igienica che è lasciata sul lavandino e … si bagna. Il phon dopo meno di 1 minuti si spegne. Al telecomando non funziona dal letto, dovrebbe essere solo una questione di pile.

Beautiful older building with modern rooms. Fantastic location and walking distance to all major sites . Great cafes and restaurants in the area with lots of shopping as well nearby.

Ubicación muy buena aunque hay q tener en cuenta q Roma es muy grande y el metro no funciona a partir de cierta hora.El personal excelente tanto en la portería del edificio como el equipo del hotel. Te dejan todo listo para la llegada aunque la recepción esté cerrada no es un problema,importante esta cuestión pq muchos hoteles no atienden según la hora de llegada. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y dispones de tetera con café y te en la habitación q se agradece mucho. .Cama .uy cómoda y grande. Limpieza a diario y reponen lo necesario toallas, gel, etc. Otro plus es poder dejar el equipaje hasta tu salida al aeropuerto. Gracias a todo el personal por su amabilidad.

Ligero mal olor de tuberías procedente del baño. Por dos noches hemos tenido vecinos muy ruidosos hasta las 2 de la mañana sin dormir por golpes y ruidos.Setia ideal indicar claramente en la habitación la necesidad de no hacer ruido a esas horas porque esto es bastante importante..No recomiendo si vas con carrito y silla de ruedas por la entrada del portal y su ascensor.

¡Muy buena experiencia! 😊 Hemos estado muy a gusto. El alojamiento está genial situado, muy cerca de Via del Corso y de una estación de metro que te lleva directamente a Termini, así que para visitar Roma es muy cómodo tanto para coger transporte o caminar. La habitación estaba muy limpia y todo muy cuidado. Nos encantó también el desayuno incluido, porque te lo llevan directamente a la habitación y puedes elegir la hora y lo que quieres tomar. Destacar al chico de recepción, que fue súper amable y atento con nosotros. En general, hemos quedado muy contentos con la estancia y sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Мы были в Италии впервые и совершенно не ошиблись с выбором отеля! Отличное местоположение: рядом с были супермаркеты, метро, автобусные остановки. В номере было очень чисто, просторно и красиво! Завтраки были вкусные, отличный кофе, сендивичи и круассаны. Отдельно хотим отметить персонал: очень доброжелательные ребята! Спасибо за вашу работу, мы остались в полном восторге от нашего путешествия по Риму!

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni davvero piacevoli e rilassanti. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista: ambiente accogliente e confortevole, pulizia impeccabile e grande disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dell’host. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e abbiamo potuto goderci questi giorni in totale tranquillità. Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva, che consigliamo vivamente e che ripeteremmo con piacere! 🥰

Фен очень слабый, потребовалось много времени, чтобы высушить голову. Нет гелей для душа. Маленький выбор на завтрак - но это все не серьезные проблемы!!

Прекрасный отель , очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал . Комната очень чистая , каждый день делали уборку . Предлагают завтрак . Разрешили оставить чемоданы и воспользоваться ванной комнатой , за это отдельное спасибо Рекомендую! Я бы с удовольствием осталась тут еще раз !

The staff who was at the reception was really kind and helpful. Location is great. Room and bathroom are clean (I really liked the tiles in the bathroom). Bed is comfy.

The entrance to the main gate for the building was a bit tight but not a big deal. I was informed later that you can open the big door if you have a larger piece of luggage.

L' hôtel est bien placé car à proximité du métro. Un trajet de 20 mi'nutes suffit pour se rendre dans la plupart des grands sites touristiques. La chambre est confortable et le personnel très prévenant.

The location was an absolute delight. All of Rome’s major attractions are within easy walking distance, making it possible to explore the city at a relaxed and enjoyable pace. The property is also just steps away from Villa Borghese, which, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Rome. The suite was spacious, elegant, and exactly as pictured. It was remarkably quiet, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed linens and towels were fresh and of excellent quality. The TV offered a wide selection of channels, the minibar was convenient, and the coffee and tea facilities were a lovely touch. The Wi-Fi connection worked flawlessly throughout my stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality. Communication was always friendly, prompt, and helpful. Having breakfast served in the room each morning added a special touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

תמונות מטעות החדרים מאוד קטנים הן מראות כאילו החדרים גדולים אבל זה פשוט רק צילום חדר מקלחת אין איוורור ריח לא נעים זה פשוט מבנה של דירות ששודרג כביכול לחדרי מלון המעלית משנות ה70 מאז מלחמת עולם ראשונה נראה לי פשוט קלסטרופוביה ארוחת הבוקר מזעזעת ממש

It offered breakfast, but it was a specific time and it wasn’t notated it before purchasing breakfast. There were a couple of days we weren’t able to get breakfast because of checkout times and tours.

The location is close to piazza del popolo. The room was spacious and I liked the fact that they bring you the breakfast in the room.

Next to the room there is a laundry room closed by a curtain. It would have been better if they had a door there. But this is very minor.

Ottima la posizione... in pochi minuti si arriva a Piazza del popolo. La camera pur essendo piccola rispetto alle foto era pulita. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero.

1.L'ingresso.. avevamo il passeggino ed eravamo costretti ad aprire tutte le ante del portone per poter passare. 2.L'ascensore è piccolissimo e vecchio. 3. Dal bagno fuoriesce un odore sgradevole nonostante la pulizia. 4. Il letto è veramente troppo alto 5. Prezzo un po troppo alto.

Excellent location and wonderful service.....and 2 min walk to Del Popolo square which is the meeting point for many tours. Also walking distance from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The hotel staff was also very good and helpful. Alessandro helped us book a car both times and very clean rooms. Definitely recommend and will stay again when we visit Rome again!!!!

הרגשנו ירידה בניקיון ביחס לפעם קודמת וזה היה קצת מאכזב. אני חושבת שיש דירות שפחות שומעים את הרעש מהרחוב וכאלה שיותר.

Great location very close to Piazza del Popolo, with easy access to the metro and many bus lines. The Spanish Steps are also just a short walk away. The room was clean, all facilities worked perfectly, and there was always hot water. While the room is small, it is perfectly sufficient.

The only minor downside is the thin internal walls, which allow you to hear guests passing in the hallway. Overall, a very good and recommended place to stay

το room service ηταν τρομερο το παλικαρι που δουλευε στην καθαριοτητα του δωματιου ηταν εξαιρετικος!!!

δεν μου αρεσε που δεν ειχε να απλωσουμε τις πετσετες δεν ειχε παντοφλες μια χρησης και υπηρχαν σταμπες σε παπλωμα και πετσετες!!!

Poloha, ktorá bola úžasná hlavne s malými deťmi. Ubytovanie bolo tiché. Bolo tam čisto. Veľké plus vytah, keďže sme bývali na 2 poschodí.

Raňajky sme za 3 dni nedostali ani 1x, strašný zápach v kúpeľni, úložný priestor.

Very good location, near the metro station and near Piazza del Popolo, a good starting point for exploring the city. The room was big enough for two and nicely decorated. Cleaning was done everyday and very thorough. The staff is very nice and helpful, they also helped with storing our luggage due to a late flight at the time of our leave.

Because the building is old, you only have heating in the room in a specific timeline of the day and when we arrived the room was cold and took a while to heat up, but after that, no problem. You also have AC which is helpful. Although the room was very clean, you can tell it is an older building as it had some worn out spots. Also, in the bathroom there was a constant, unpleasant sewer smell, probably from the drain or something.

Great location. It is about a 20-30 minutes walk to the main attractions (Spanish Steps or Trevi Fountain) but the room was clean, relatively modern and the staff were extremely helpful and professional.

As mentioned, the walk is 20-30 minutes walk. So if you aren't very mobile, you would need to rely on the metro, which is only about 10 minutes walk away (by then you might as well walk the rest of the way). They are practically just rooms in the same apartment, so you would need to be a deep sleeper or not caring about other visitors if they are loud and problematic.

Ho trovato una stanza diversa da quella comprata in foto . Non ho potuto contestare nulla perché quando siamo arrivati alle 14:00 non c'era nessuno. Però la mattina che ho portato i bagagli lo staff gentile e accogliente . Stanza sempre pulita.

Struttura in posizione eccellente per muoversi per Roma, pulita ed accogliente, colazione in camera soddisfacente, si può richiedere quello che si desidera la sera prima.

Tutto ok, gentilissimi ci hanno anche lasciare i bagagli fino al pomeriggio

Siamo state ospiti della struttura per una visita medica nei pressi della stessa. Il letto è molto comodo e la posizione è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. La colazione è stata servita in camera con estrema puntualità, quindi molto comodo come servizio.

Forse l'unica cosa negativa è stato un leggero odore poco piacevole che proveniva dalle tubature nel bagno
