Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Breakfast was very good to get the day started. Location next door to Costco Warehouse, Costco Gas, and Costco Liquor. Driving from Winnipeg to BC makes this location our half way stay for one night with the option of walking 100m to the Keg or Boston Pizza. The bed, pillows were very comfortable. Room was very clean.
The refrigerator had been left open from previous guest. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. The shower curtains are showing their age. Rooms and floors are not too soundproof.

We could not check in at 4:30 because our room was not ready, there was no phone call to let us know. We drove all day and hauled in our luggage to be told it was not ready because they were busy last night and that these things happen. We went to the hot tub later and the jets did not work, someone said they would check but the maintenance guy was not there. I guess these things happen too… We expected better from a Hilton hotel.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026I think Hampton inn chain are great with effective effort to be the best. It deserve 4 star . Large size room, Self Laundry, Good parking with electric charger, Pet friendly with respect to pets (in contrast to hotels that just use pet friendly as a money making route) as they gave my pet a treat, large restaurant. They had SMS service to be sure you are great. I would choose Hampton inn chains as my first choice from now on in all my trips.
