Kreveti jako udobni,pogled na more,nije velika buka u hotelu

Nije mi se svidela lokacija,jeste u centru ali je ulica malo losa,samo po danu bih preporucila.Cim padne mrak nije za izlazak iz hotela.

Night shift reception who was rude for real Breakfast staff who was rude and was protecting food from guests Elevator was not working properly most of the time we had to go down from 9 floor to 1 floor by walk to have breakfast which was so awful Breakfast staff was literally throwing plates in the kitchen so that we finish fast as possible We have paid extra payment for early check in and late check out but they did not let us to do that we have paid they said we have not any In the kitchen spoons and fork are not clean at all probably they washing twice a week maybe once

J'ai passé des moments agréables dans cet hôtel tout été à la perfection. L'emplacement était formidablement bien positionné . Le personnel était accueillant et le meilleur de tout le personnel c'est Maradona tout mon respect pour vous Maradona vous était le meilleur merci beaucoup pour votre attention pour votre compréhension j'admire beaucoup tout ce que vous avez fait pour notre bien être . Il y avait le bon homme à la queue de cheval on l'appelait MAHREZ Il été trop sympa grand merci pour vous MAHREZ . la chambre était spacieuse avec une vue panoramique (vue sur mer) j'ai beaucoup admiré .Grand merci pour la femme de chambre elle été très gentil toujours souriante très propre un cordon bleu je vous demande pardon pour tout le désordre qu'on vous a causé dans la chambre merci beaucoup vous éte un ange. Ah le petit déjeuner été variées Mais il a manqué de la viennoiserie mais tout éte bon et propre et le meilleur de tout le prix , vue l'emplacement qui éte formidable prés de tout les commodités le prix éte tres adorable merci 🥰🥰🥰merci 🥰🥰🥰merci j'ai adoré et j'y pense de revenir une autre fois.💐💐💐💐💐

Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. l'endroit était calme et proche des transports. Les prix à Istanbul restent comme même chers. la chambre (familiale) était propre, spacieuse, climatisée avec vue sur mer. Le personnel était sympa en général. Je remercie le monsieur de la réception qui nous proposait de l'eau en sortant, il ne parlais pas français mais il était très gentil, accueillant et tout le temps souriant.

Jai bien aime le staff de l'hôtel(Maradona,Ismail,le monsieur qui parle le français,l'equipe du restaurant) sauf la personne qui nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée,il a refuse de nous faire rentrer dans la chambre jusqu'à 14h sauf si on rajoute 30 eur et de ne pas rester à la réception en disant que c'est interdit malgre que en confirmant la réservation j'ai demandé ce service et l'établissement a accepté mais bon les autres on rattrape et ils nous ont tres bien traité et accueilli

EL DESAYUNO FUE LO UNICO QUE SALVARIA DE ESE LUGAR.

LAS PUERTAS NO TENIAN PERILLAS, AL MOMENTO QUE MI MAMA INGRESO AL BAÑO CUANDO CERRO LA PUERTA LA PERIILA QUE ESTABA SOBREPUESTA SE CAYO Y LE ABRIO EL PIE, PEDIMOS QUE LO FUERAN A ARREGLAR Y NUNCA LLEGARON POR LO QUE NO SE PODIA CERRAR POR COMPLETO LA PUERTA. NO HABIA PAPEL DE BAÑO, SOLO 2 DEL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL FUERON AMABLES, SE SENTIA HUMEDAD EN EL HOTEL, CIERTAS PARTES DE LA PARED ESTABAN DESPRENDIDAS.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel en cadeau pour un voyage de noces et j'ai bien précisé que c'était pour une lune de miel, à l'arrivée, la personne à eu une chambre avec lits simple au lieu d'un lit double (comme réservé), pour un couple qui vient juste de se marier, franchement c'était la totale, La chambre était sale, délabrée, toilette avec abattant cassé, rien à voir avec les photos sur le site. A tel point que la personne a quitté l'hôtel avant la fin de son séjour tellement elle ne pouvait pas supporter d'y rester, elle est parti louer un hôtel meilleur à proximité. TRES TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE, je sui complètement déçue que mon cadeau soit aussi nul.

Отличная гостиница, очень отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки. Расположение очень удачное, рядом метро и остановка трамвая Т1. До площади Султанахмет пешком минут пятнадцать. С удовольствием вернемся в эту гостиницу в следующую поездку. Всем спасибо!

The kitchen , food service, cleaning personnel the bathroom was clean and floor and walls were marble but the bed would not fit in it. The hotel is a dump wait for ugly pictures

Rude reception a I need just direction of only which way to the location I knew from Tran at each station the have very kind guards but this time he did not understand English. So I gave him my card for hotel he called them and said give direction please so they told home how. All I needed was from the Turkiye bank then knew how it about 7 block with many left and right turns but I had my own direction from hotel to band but not from the Tram exit Two blocks more so now add that to station direction. From the exit Tudor store the right to bank. I asked reception they said turn after one block just walk straight station straight a dead end at Nolan's and Leather store then right ,again the next corner left then walk to next store and continue two more You don't need me to say all turn but the people on street pointed and help to go first time the phone hotel from guard and a room full of men were the night clerk laughing what happened you can't remember the name of your hotel but not ice face next one was day staff for reception and he was rude face and laugh loadly it is so simple just to corner then straight see see he was the lousy direction person at the start Diego was his name laughing from all the men the room. I have been to hotels all over Canada , same for many cities & hotel in USA, Europe to many cities there to Peru to Cuba a Communist country , to Mexico many cities and hotels In Turkiye Istanbul airport , Lionel hotel in Istanbul Kayeser Airport , Cappadocia, Izmir airport , Selçuk, Ephesus Ancient city in Turkey all of these places made feel welcome. Treaded me with dignity and kindness I am 73 years old and travel alone for 29 years. They always treated me with polite smile and kindness and receive the tip appropriate for the cultural norm 10 to 20 % . I never have I been treated so awful never.

The receptioners were very good.

Location is great. In old city near grand bazar. Room was not good,no windows,bad smell. And most important it can t be locked from inside,I had to putt suitcase so door can be open from outside. But it didnt help. So i wasnt comfortable sleaping. The receptioners were very good.

Very good location, the stuff were very kind. The breakfast was good and so many things to choose. Very clean we didn’t recognise the cleaner, but the rooms are every day cleaned. I highly recommend this hotel.
