Lo que no me gustó , y es el motivo del bajo puntaje, es que no se respetaron las pautas por la que elegí este hotel. En el contrato de la reserva dice claramente “no se necesita pagar por adelantado “ Grande fue mi sorpresa cuando me entero que ya lo habían debitado de mi cuenta diciendo que es Booking el que realiza el cobro. Tampoco me pudieron mostrar la fecha del cobro ni la hora. Estuvimos recorriendo México durante 45 días. Fuimos a 16 hoteles todos reservados a través de Booking y en todos los casos se respetó la modalidad “no se necesita pagar por adelantado “. Era el último hotel de nuestra recorrida. Siempre dividimos la cuenta entre los dos huéspedes, pagando la mitad cada una. Me parece una falta GRAVÍSIMA. Me vi completamente perjudicada y estafada.

A bit far from the downtown area and there was some black mold by the air conditioner. The noise from neighbors could be heard, so it may be worth getting a room higher up, but this renders the wifi connection weaker.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Pasé una noche aquí antes de tomar elbarco hacia Caye Caulker. Chetumal me sorprendió como un lugar trabquilo y relajante con un malecón bonito y buena comida. El hotel Casa Blanca me gustó mucho y me quedaría de nuevo. El personal era amable y atento y la habitación sencilla pero limpia, frescita y con todas necesidades para una noche o más.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La limpieza de la habitacion esta muy bien, las camas son muy comodas y las sabanas muy frescas. Tiene una gran pantalla que TE permite ver una peli o serie comodamente. El aire condicionado funcionaba Perfecto.
La ubicacion no es la mejor porque no esta cerca del malecon y el cuarto se siente muy encerrado. Tambien la fachada fuera del hotel no se ve linda. El elevador no funciono en nuestra estancia.
