Великолепный отель, в который хочется возвращаться! Отдыхали в отеле Adalya Lara всей семьей — с мужем и ребенком, и остались в полном восторге! Отель превзошел все наши ожидания, и этот отпуск стал по-настоящему незабываемым. В первую очередь хочется отметить идеальное расположение и потрясающий пляж. Заход в море невероятно удобный и полностью песчаный, что было огромным плюсом для отдыха с ребенком. На пляже всегда много лежаков под навесами, но нашей отдельной любовью стали кабаны — невероятно красивые, уютные и комфортные. Мы арендовали их на все дни нашего отдыха и ни разу не пожалели! А еще прямо на пляже есть классные качели, на которых так здорово уютно посидеть вечером, покачаться и послушать шум прибоя. Также отель покорил нас своей зеленой, ухоженной и очень красивой территорией, где приятно гулять в любое время суток. Отдельное восхищение вызывает кухня. Еда в отеле просто потрясающая! На шведском столе всегда было огромное разнообразие вкуснейших блюд, а рестораны A la Carte оставили самые приятные гастрономические впечатления. Огромный восторг вызвала развлекательная программа и анимация! Вечерние шоу были просто прекрасными, они искренне понравились и взрослым, и детям. Для ребенка отдельной радостью стали классные дискотеки Мини-диско, а вечерние интересные программы на пирсе собирали потрясающую атмосферу. Скучать нам не приходилось ни минуты! Но главная гордость отеля — это его персонал и высочайший уровень сервиса. Огромную благодарность выражаем службе Guest Relations и лично менеджеру Оксане. Оксана — настоящий профессионал своего дела! Она всегда была с нами на связи, помогала оперативно решать абсолютно все возникающие вопросы и сделала наш отдых максимально комфортным и беззаботным. Также от всей души хотим поблагодарить нашу горничную Nurgül Aygüneş из службы уборки. Она стала для нас настоящей феей чистоты! The staff was great everywhere. A really good feature was personal assistant, which was accessible via whatsapp and customer relations desk. We found this very helpful. Many pools, kids zone, multiple restaurants and bars, entertainment each evening.

I ate only inside the facility, and got strange stomach after day 4. We stayed for 7 nights. My wife and kid were alright. I asked for the taxi price to airport at the checkout day, and at the reception the girl said 60€, but the day before it was 30€. I told her that the day before was 30€ and she didn't blink and said, yes. So I went outside, where there are many taxi's and arranged one for 30€. The uber doesn't work there as nearby are 2 parking lots and they know they can charge 30€ and nobody is picking the drive or canceling immediately.

Facilities were great. Staff were friendly and everywhere was very clean. Massive hotel with so much to do

Food spread was huge but quality could be better. Also more outdoor entertainment should be planned at night when it is cooler to be outside. The beach bar was amazing but the outdoor sports all close at 6pm and it is too hot in summer to play football or basketball or even water polo in the pool in the scorching sun

Hôtel propre, bien entretenu au niveau de l’hygiène, et très bien situé. Le personnel est globalement agréable et l’emplacement est un vrai point positif.

Malgré les nombreux commentaires positifs, l’hôtel n’a malheureusement pas été totalement à la hauteur de mes attentes. Pour quelqu’un qui a l’habitude des hôtels 5 étoiles à Antalya, je trouve que celui-ci reste assez banal et manque de ce petit plus qui fait la différence. La nourriture est assez répétitive et je n’ai pas trouvé beaucoup de choix ou de plats particulièrement marquants. La décoration et certaines parties de l’hôtel mériteraient également une rénovation et une remise au goût du jour. J’ai aussi remarqué la présence de nombreux membres du personnel étrangers, ce qui peut parfois donner une ambiance différente de celle que l’on attend d’un hôtel haut de gamme à Antalya.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. During our stay, our entire family became ill with what appeared to be a stomach virus. Our 9-month-old baby was vomiting throughout the night and later developed a fever. When we asked for help at reception during the night, we received virtually no assistance. Instead, a private ambulance was called without any warning about the costs involved. The medical provider then demanded €1,200 despite providing almost no treatment and even threatened to call the police when we refused to pay. If you want to risk your child getting sick and spending your vacation in bed with a fever, this may be the hotel for you. The only positive aspect of our experience was the Guest Relations team. They were genuinely caring and supportive. They brought breakfast to our room, as well as broth and bread—the only food we were able to eat while recovering. They regularly checked on us and showed real concern for our well-being, and for that we are very grateful. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, I cannot recommend this hotel. I am convinced that the virus originated from the hotel, as our entire family became sick during our stay. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Ich war dort 7 Tage mit meinen Sohn in Urlaub. Zimmer top sauber , Service top, Abendshows super ! Erster Tag mein Sohn war 10 min im Pool, komplett voll Ausschlag und die Haut juckte ohne Ende. Wir mussten täglich den Arzt aufsuchen für eine Spritze, sonst hätte er nicht mehr in den Pool gehen können. Essen war teilweise roh, Waffel nicht durch, Brötchen dasselbe. Ab dem dritten Tag stellte sich daraufhin Durchfall ein, so schlimm, dass er auch dafür Spritzen brauchte. Die Animation tagsüber war ok, alle sehr nett, aber die Animationsmitarbeiter abends eine Kathastrophe! Täglich wurde man angesprochen, doch bitte eine top Bewertung abzugeben. Wir waren 3 Jahre zuvor im Delphin Hotel, was deutlich klassen besser war. Zuhause, ist mein Sohn immer noch krank ! Würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Es hat nur so top Bewertungen, da alle Mitarbeiter, täglich bitten eine Bewertung abzugeben und das teilweise, selber mit dem Handy der Gäste machen.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement très agréable. L’établissement est très grand, avec de nombreux équipements, et répond certainement aux attentes de la majorité des vacanciers. Sa situation est également pratique, avec de nombreux magasins juste en face de l’hôtel. Nous remercions notamment Serife Hanım, à la réception, qui a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et a toujours essayé de nous aider. Nous avons également profité du spa et des massages de l’hôtel. Ayşe et Putri se sont très bien occupées de nous, avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Nous avions également organisé un anniversaire surprise au restaurant Bosphorus de l’hôtel, et tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. Un grand merci à Aydin et Abdullah, qui se sont occupés de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de cette petite surprise et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Concernant les chambres, rien à redire : elles étaient très propres et bien entretenues. Le ménage était effectué quotidiennement. Un grand merci également à Serpil Hanım, qui s’occupait de notre chambre, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.. Cela reste néanmoins un bel hôtel, avec un personnel très accueillant, une excellente propreté et une situation pratique. Une expérience globalement positive.

Le seul point qui nous a un peu moins convenus est la taille de l’établissement. L’hôtel est vraiment très grand et il y a énormément de monde, notamment au niveau des restaurants et des espaces de restauration. Cela donne parfois une impression assez « usine », avec beaucoup de brassage et d’agitation. C’est bien évidemment une question de préférence personnelle. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels à Antalya et, pour notre part, nous avons davantage apprécié les établissements cinq étoiles plus petits, plus intimistes et plus calmes

Location and kids activities

Very disappointing experience at Adalya Elite Lara Hotel. We were given a room directly next to ongoing renovation work, with loud drilling and hammering starting early in the morning, as well as strong paint fumes. I was traveling with my autistic child, and the constant noise caused him significant distress and crying, to the point that we often had to leave the room. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked, with no alternative solution or even an apology. Unfortunately, we could not relax or properly enjoy the resort, its facilities, food, or activities. Guests should be informed about major renovation work before booking, especially when rooms are located directly next to it. Definitely not the experience we expected or paid for.

19/08/2026 – Terrible Experience We had a terrible experience at this hotel, starting from the moment we arrived. The problem with our reservation was related to the ages of our two children (10 and 13 years old). Despite the fact that we were travelling with two children and had made our reservation through Booking.com, we were forced to wait for approximately 7 hours at the reception while the issue was being discussed. What made the situation even worse was not only the extremely long waiting time, but also the way we were treated by some members of the hotel staff. Two members of staff, the receptionist Yağmur and the manager Hasan Yildirim, were extremely rude and showed very little interest in helping us find a solution, despite the fact that we had already been waiting for hours with our two children. At one point, the manager basically told us that if we wanted to stay, we had to pay and that there was nothing they could do. Nobody properly explained the situation to us or genuinely tried to understand the problem and help us resolve it. Instead, the situation became increasingly stressful, and at one point staff members were even shouting at us. My husband was also trying to contact Booking.com to resolve the reservation issue. Booking.com attempted to call the hotel four times, but nobody answered the calls. They also sent an email to the hotel, but the hotel did not appear to cooperate or assist us with the situation. At around midnight, another manager Ali Ilgin came to speak to us. He was the only manager who was genuinely polite and helpful. Within approximately five minutes, he understood the situation and proposed a solution: we could leave a cash deposit, and once the issue with Booking.com was resolved, the hotel would return the deposit to us. We agreed to this solution because we simply wanted to resolve the situation and finally get to our room. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.

Les plats étaient bons et variés. Le personnel était à l'écoute et souriant. De nombreuses activités disponibles pour tout âge.

L’insonorisation des chambres et quelques équipements qui commencent à être vieux.

Le service , le personnel , le restaurant, les prestations de l'hôtel et son emplacement : tout était parfait à ce niveau. Une pensée particulière pour Songul la dame de ménage et pour Samet le serveur au restaurant qui sont particulièrement gentils et serviables.

Malheureusement les chambres sont très mal insonorisées , on entendait vraiment tout des chambres à côté et les matelas ne sont pas confortables. Nous avons une bonne dette de sommeil , dommage car tout le reste est impeccable mais cela nous fera hésiter à revenir à cause de cela.... De plus la clim est trop forte malgré les réglages dans la chambre et également trop forte à l'étage R qui mène aux piscines.

Este hotel tem imensos pontos favoráveis: - localização privilegiada em frente da praia - boa equipa de animação tanto para adultos como para crianças - comida durante 24h horas e com muita variedade - praia fantástica - piscinas e bares variados. - staff muito disponível e atencioso

- a limpeza do hotel no geral e dos quartos poderia ser melhorada. - a dificuldade de comunicação com o staff, a maioria fala com os hóspedes em turco, mas poderiam ter formação para melhorar nesse sentido, especialmente em inglês. - o custo elevado de serviços extra. - o restaurante principal sempre muito cheio e a limpeza ficou sempre a desejar. - a piscina de ondas tem horário limitado o que faz com que esteja sempre muito cheio. - barulho durante a noite nos quartos. - elevadores sempre muito cheios. - desrespeito por parte dos hóspedes de regras de utilização de espaços comuns, como o ginásio.

Aquilo que mais gostámos foi o acompanhamento disponibilizado por todo o staff (em número suficiente e espalhados pelo Hotel) e especialmente pela "Guest Relations Team" que estavam ao alcance de uma mensagem e tudo faziam para nos ajudar (as cortinas do nosso quarto não vedavam bem a luz e foram substituídas no próprio dia, por exemplo). O Hotel está pensado para dar o maior conforto aos hóspedes (vários restaurantes, bares e existem arcas espalhadas pelo hotel com águas, sumos e iogurtes frescos à disposição) O pequeno almoço e as refeições eram boas e variadas. Os espetáculos noturnos são muito bons, bastante acima do esperado. Muitos eventos, muita animação e tudo pensado para proporcionar aos hóspedes diversão e conforto. O Spa também foi um ponto positivo, quer as massagens quer o haman.

A água das piscinas poderia estar um pouco mais fresca, dado o calor que se faz sentir no local. A praia necessita de maior acompanhamento do staff ao nível da limpeza já que, ao fim da tarde, havia muito lixo no areal e até no mar. Sabendo que a culpa é dos hóspedes que não respeitam as regras básicas, o que é certo é que a ausência de caixotes do lixo na praia e a falta de funcionários para ir recolhendo o lixo não ajudava.

The pools were clean, and the staff were generally helpful. Unfortunately, one blonde member of the reception team was quite rude when I asked for basic information, such as what time the hammam closed. Although I appreciate that this may have nothing to do with the hotel itself, the market downstairs was extremely overpriced. They wanted €45 for a LOL Surprise ball! Thankfully, I managed to convince our little one that we could buy five of them for the same price back home, so she eventually stopped crying and asking for it.

The food and drinks were also disappointing for a holiday costing €4,990 for one week. The draught beer was tasteless and watery, while the cocktails were inconsistent and tasted different depending on who prepared them. Many of the bar staff appeared unsure of what they were doing. Most cocktails were overly sugary and contained very little alcohol.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Adalya Elite Lara. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le choix des repas est très varié et de grande qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours à l’écoute des clients. Le service est irréprochable. Les piscines sont propres, l’hôtel est très bien entretenu, le ménage des chambres est effectué chaque jour et l’hygiène est impeccable. La connexion Wi-Fi est également très bonne dans tout l’établissement. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Staff are rude, dont understand english and just say “yes”, staff are lazy - no one picks up glasses or takes order around the pool. Staff just look demoted.

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. We were also very satisfied with the wide variety and good quality of the food. The entertainment program for children was excellent, with plenty of enjoyable activities available from morning until evening.

We chose this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and since we got married just one month ago, it was also our first trip as a married couple. The hotel surprised us with a lovely gift waiting in our room, which made our stay even more special. This was our first all-inclusive holiday, and choosing this hotel was definitely the best decision. Everything about our stay was perfect—the location, the hotel itself, the facilities, the staff, the food... literally everything exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to thank Abdulla and Zehra from the restaurant, as well as Kadar from the Turkish bath. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable. One thing I really appreciated was that even though check-out is at 12:00 pm, guests can store their luggage and continue enjoying all the hotel facilities. They also provide a dedicated room where you can shower and change before leaving, which is such a thoughtful touch. We were genuinely sad to leave today because we had such an amazing time. In just a few words: we love Antalya, and we absolutely love Adalya. We will definitely be coming back!

The whole child-centric setup made things so delightful for toddlers, young children and parents as well. So did the facilities and playgrounds, and the staff who were always friendly and very professional. The cleanliness of pools, restaurants and the beach was spotless. It was amazing to have something to eat/drink around the clock. The housekeeping service surprised us the 2nd day with a beautiful romantic decoration of the bed. Overall, the whole experience was so exceptionally good that it redefined our expectations from an all-inclusive stay.

The quality of some of the dishes could be better, also timings of some activities overlapped with meals for example, which made decisions a bit difficult. Also, having booked a room with seaview, I was expecting a better view of the sea than just a lateral view from the balcony. The English command of some of the staff could be improved as well, but that's always a long shot.

Прекрасное питание. Много русской пищи. Гречка каждый день. Каши: овсяная, манная. Различные рисы и макароны. Всё, что можно из яиц. При желании, можно собрать себе суп. Много овощей, фруктов и зелени. Прекрасный ужин, особенно в зоне барбекю. Однажды подали борщ, правда на ужин.

Рекомендую, чтобы всегда был куриный бульон. Нормальный ассортимент алкоголя только в барах, если хочешь выпить что-то кроме дешёвого вина за ужином, нужно нести самому. Можно улучшить аннамацию для детей - какие-то спортивные игры, гимнастика, йога...

We loved the hotel. The staff was polite, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The food was excellent, with a varied menu, including diet options. There was a clean sandy beach with comfortable loungers and plenty of swimming pools. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Heute werden wir voraussichtlich gegen 11:00 Uhr mit unserem eigenen Auto abreisen und unsere Reise nach Istanbul fortsetzen. Lots of swimming pools, didn’t feel over crowded even when the hotel was at full capacity. Rooms were very clean, fridge was stocked, we loved the outdoor snack huts where we could order fresh food and drinks to the table. Some staff were amazing - huge thanks to Serdar who made our trip extra special and also Erey who facilitated the archery and shooting activities, we had lots of fun with that. We also loved the fresh churros, waffles and gozleme every day. Pizza and Pide was also delicious.

Everything was strictly timed, lunch in the restaurant felt too short, water park had short timings, pools closed early, we would’ve loved to swim when the sun went down but couldn’t. Indoor pool closed in the summer, arcade had additional charges which was a real shame. Patisserie again had very short timings. Sometimes you’d order food and it just wouldn’t arrived, then after waiting for 45mins we ordered again, this was particularly difficult because we had kids with us. So all the timings meant that we felt quite rushed around. The rooms are hit and miss - we were a big group and occupied 5 in total, some of us definitely had better rooms than others (refurbished). Food not necessarily continental, flavours were catered more towards Russian and European.

Très bel hôtel, avec des transats toujours disponibles. Les activités sont variées et bien organisées, et les spectacles sont de grande qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

L'offre de restauration autour des piscines est assez limitée, avec des horaires de service restreints, contrairement à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie situés à Lara. Par ailleurs, le buffet manque de variété, les plats proposés étant pratiquement les mêmes chaque jour.

À part le café et quelques pâtisseries rien. Personnel odieux ! Personnel pas du tout souriant ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Clairement on dirait que c’était à nous de servir le café ! Plus jamais cet hôtel

Le personnel était très disponible attentionné et accueillant. L’établissement était très propre, la literie été très confortable. Côté divertissement il ya pas mal de chose à faire, tout les soirs l’hôtel propose différents spectacles ainsi que puis concerts au niveau des plages. Nous avons sincèrement adoré notre séjour et n’hésiterons pas à revenir!

Het open buffet was om niet aan te zien, totaal niet lekker dus. Niet waar voor het geld. Ik zou niet nog een keer gaan naar dit hotel. Bovendien best een verouderd gebouw. Veels te kleine zwembaden.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and it certainly deserves a high rating. 1. The main reason we chose this hotel was the food, and it exceeded our expectations. The meals were delicious, of excellent quality, and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We also appreciated that each dish was clearly labeled with allergen information. 2. The hotel and the rooms were spotless. Everything in the room was thoughtfully designed, and every detail had clearly been considered. 3. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. We would especially like to thank Oksana for arranging an early check-in and a late check-out. Her professionalism and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. 4. There were always plenty of sunbeds available on the beach, so it was easy to find a place regardless of the time of day. 5. We also appreciated the adults-only areas in both the restaurant and the swimming pool, which created a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We honestly didn't have any major complaints. The only suggestion we would make is to place allergen labels directly next to each dessert. At the moment, the signs are displayed above the dessert counter, so it can sometimes be difficult to tell which label belongs to which dessert. It would also be helpful to receive a welcome guide at check-in with useful information about the hotel, its facilities, entertainment, restaurants, and other services. For example, we only discovered the pastry shop on the ground floor on our last day, and we would have loved to know about it earlier.

Dit hotel heeft werkelijk aan alles gedacht. In de kamer heb je een rijk gevulde minibar wat elke dag wordt gevuld. De shampoo, douchegel en conditioner zijn van de beste merken. Daarnaast ook tandpasta en andere producten van beste kwaliteit A- merken. Er zijn zoveel verschillende zwembaden zowel voor kinderen als 18+. Dit heb je ook bij de restaurants. Service is topkwaliteit en klantvriendelijk ook. Wij werden elke dag gebeld of alles naar wens was. Het eten is kwalitatief en heeft zo veel variatie.

Staff-rude, not at all helpful. Given the wrong room on check in and basically told it was my fault. It took the first night sleeping on a cot then 3 hours in the morning before the manager resolved the issue telling us we "were lucky it worked out ". Food-mediocre even in the restaurants which by the way you can only go to one once per stay. Very limited times for food, bar, etc Pool-closed at 19h. Only one small pool for adults only. Noise level-constant, music, screaming children, activities I have traveled in several counties over 40 years and have never wanted to leave the place I'm visiting. I would never recommend this hotel. It was NOT at all relaxing or enjoyable. Worst vacation ever.

Nagyon kedves személyzet. Kiváló konyha. Kicsekkolást követően a transzferig használhattunk minden szolgáltatást, indulás előtt kaptunk egy szobát ahol le tudtunk zuhanyozni és át tudtunk öltözni.

Harika bir tatil geçirdik! Otel çok temiz, odalar geniş ve konforluydu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşit açısından oldukça zengindi. Havuzlar, plaj ve eğlence programları mükemmeldi. Özellikle aileler için çok uygun bir otel. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz. Tavsiye ederim!”
