Hotel was a bit dated , pillows poor quality lots of scuff marks on walls in the room no complementary water which I would have expected in a 4 star hotel . Very noisy , from trams trains and bars below .Breakfast adequate.

La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e vetusta. Necessiterebbe di importanti lavori di ristrutturazione. La moquette in camera malodorante e piena di macchie di "dubbia" origine. Il materasso piuttosto scomodo ed il cuscino molto sottile. La scelta a colazione molto limitata. Non credo l'hotel sia a livello di 4 stelle e decisamente overpriced solo per l'importante fiera in corso che permette vendere la scarsa qualità ai prezzi stratosferici...

Our room was booked for 2 adults but every day it was only catered for 1 person in the room. 1 set of towels, 1 coffee mug. Only 1 coffee sachet provided per day. Towels were overused and in very bad condition. Not sure why they give that to their guests. Everytime we phoned reception about the above, we were told to come down to reception to collect. No service to the room. Staff were not friendly at all, except the one older male that tried his best and was always friendly.

Abgenutzte und abgewohnte Ausstattung: Handtücher zerrissen, alle Abflüsse verstopft (sehr langsamer Abfluss), Teppiche fleckig, Duschhalterung locker...) Trotz offenbar sehr dicker Fenster war es immer sehr laut im Zimmer Es wir im Zimmer mit Sky-Fernsehen geworben, was aber technisch überhaupt nicht verfügbar ist (Aussage Hotelleitung auf Nachfrage) Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht (insbesondere wenn man alle oben genannten Unzulänglichkeiten beachtet)

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Zu den Vorzügen des Hotels zählen die günstige Lage – direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof –, ein bequemes großes Bett, eine geräumige Duschkabine sowie ein Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Dieses alte Hotel wird den vier Sternen schon lange nicht mehr gerecht. Aber wenn man bedenkt, dass ich pro Nacht weniger bezahlt habe, als die meisten 3-Sterne-Hotels kosten, kann man mit den offensichtlichen Mängeln leben: Der verschlissene Lüfter im Badezimmer lärmt wie ein Hubschrauber. Deshalb bin ich nachts mit der Taschenlampe auf die Toilette gegangen, um das Licht nicht einzuschalten und den Lüfter damit nicht zum Aufheulen zu bringen. Der Teppichboden und die Mülleimer sehen furchtbar aus, und der Wasserhahn ist schlecht befestigt. Die Zimmermädchen achten nicht darauf, ob genügend Verbrauchsmaterialien im Zimmer vorhanden sind. In unserer Taschentuchbox waren nur noch drei Taschentücher, und die Handseife im Spender hat nur für zweimal Händewaschen gereicht.

The area around the main station is a bit sketchy, which is true of any major city and not the fault of the hotel.

Teppichboden ist so eine Sache .. bisschen dreckig. Auch im Bad teilweise. Schlüsselkarte ging nicht und der Check-In Prozess hat sich dadurch erheblich verlängert.

Der Empfang hat mich angesprochen, als er mich auf dem Video gesehen hat, wie ich auf dem Flur nach dem Aufzug gesucht habe. Ich habe ihn gefragt, ob er mich wegen meines untypischen äußeren Erscheinungsbilds als Tourist angestarrt hat. Seine Aktion war eindeutig rassistisch! Ich bin ein US-Amerikaner mit brauner Hautfarbe.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The Frankfurt is directly across from the main train station and therefore very convenient for travelers arriving or leaving by train. It is in a noisy area, but is very quiet in the room. Excellent air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fixtures top notch. Many restaurants in the area.
Room lighting was dim. We did not take the expensive breakfast.

- die Handtücher waren schon am Limit gewaschen - die Lüftung war äußerst laut (wie ein Presslufthammer) und es hat gestunken wie am Frankfurter Bahnhof. Erst beim zweiten Mal anrufen ist jemand wegen des Lärms gekommen. Der war dann behoben aber der Geruch blieb. Mann hat sich nicht dafür entschuldigt oder das ebenfalls behoben. - unsere Zimmerkarte musste jeden Tag erneut aktiviert werden, weshalb wir teilweise mitten in der Nacht nochmal runter mussten, um sie aktivieren zu lassen.

Ficamos no quarto da frente com a rua e o barulho a madrugada toda dava para ouvir não tem isolamento acústico como dizia no anúncio. O café da manhã é péssimo, navale a 4* que o hotel tem, uma vergonha. O recepcionistas não passou a senha do WiFi

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Die Lage und vor allem der Parkplatz. Wir kommen regelmäßig zu Konzertbesuchen und für uns die perfekte Unterkunft,da gute Anbindung zum Stadion. Gutes Frühstück und der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

一言难尽的服务 / Severe Safety Breach & Terrible Service The hotel issued a live keycard for my occupied room to a stranger while I was inside, causing serious distress and a total violation of my privacy. Had I not been in the room, my personal belongings would have been completely exposed. Instead of taking responsibility, the management blamed me for booking extensions online (even though I confirmed my 3-night stay at check-in) and used a complimentary room upgrade as an excuse to deny compensation. Basic security and personal safety cannot be traded for a room upgrade. Extremely disappointing service and accountability. Would not recommend.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026la ubicación es lo mejor del hotel a 2 minutos de la estación central de Frankfurt y de paradas de autobús y tranvía. Paseando se llega al centro en poco tiempo.
Las camas son súper incómodas los colchones necesitan un cambio y las almohadas también. Poca luz en la habitación tanto natural como artificial. El desayuno es carísimo para lo que ofrece.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer als positive Überraschung. Den (löslichen) Kaffee muß man aber selbst mitbringen. Super für Alleinreisende: man muß kein Doppelzimmerpreis zahlen.
Ein Zimmer auf der Innenhofseite wäre besser gewesen. Denn: selbst gute Schallisolierung kommt gegen Sirenen und Motorräder nicht an.
