I was driving and it was easy to find. Parking at the hotel was easy and it was free. Room was clean, bed and pillows was generally good. Stayed there for 3 nights for the price is good enough for me. Around the area there are alot of shops and eateries, very convenient. Breakfast is good with a mixture of Asian and western food.

The room was spacious, clean, good WiFi, and with complete amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many delicious options. The location is very good, just a 15 min walk to Petronas Towers and the Cathedral of St John. Several restaurants and shops are nearby

Nothing significant to dislike. However, the late check-out arrangement could have been communicated more clearly to the reception team, as there seemed to be some confusion during the process. It appeared that the handover between shifts was not fully coordinated, which led to a minor inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant

all was good, our first room was small but still ok but the air condition are not cold to my expectation. we did inform and engineer came to check but still not cold. they change our room which is much better the air condition are cold and up to my inspection. im happy as the staff are very helpful, understanding and friendly. its approachable

no iron and iron board in room and make me carry my clothes to iron. so troublesome. had request if they able to provide iron but was refuse flat. They should do something on this and improve on this. hope to have better service on this issue next time i come.

Overall, we had a good stay and the hotel has a great location. It is very close to Bukit Bintang and the metro, which made it really convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast was one of the highlights, a great variety of choices and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is a bit older, and the rooms look somewhat nicer in the photos than they do in reality. The bathroom in particular could use some updating. We also found the Queen Room quite small, especially if staying with luggage. For a short stay it was perfectly fine, but for several nights we would probably choose somewhere else. Overall, a good hotel with a fantastic location, great breakfast, and lovely staff, but the room size and somewhat dated condition keep it a biut under my expectation.

I loved the breakfast selection and the comfortable bed and spacious shower. The restaurant staff at dinner were very friendly and sweet. I had an issue with a clogged toilet in my room and it was very quickly resolved.

事前に予約して、3人一部屋で8月6－8日3泊で、￥50,193で確認されていたのに、予約が入っておらず、視型が無いので荒田威契約し、1,760.91 リンギ（￥82,767)支払った、その差額32,574円返金して欲しい。同じく、次の宿泊先シンガポールでも同じことが発覚し、3泊、83,374えんのところ94,521円支払った。同じく、その差額、11,147円返金して欲しい。両方のホテルの領収書をどこへ証拠として送ればよいかメールで教えて欲しい。 今まで、恩赦を通じてホテルの予約をしており、このような事は一度も起きた事がない。どうしてこのような事が起きたかも知らせてほしい。はっきりしなければ、恩赦を使う安全性が不安だ。直ちに、メールで直ちに差額の返却を了承して欲しい。

exceptionally well behaved staff who helped me with all the request especially me with my 5 month old daughter we required special assistance all the time the staff were happy to help . from check in to chek out i had a great 5 nights stay at the hotel. I would like to mention Hafiz at the front end and Mr. TK from the restaurant. Excellent morning breakfast and saturday hi tea buffet.
