Coorie Inn Restaurant and Rooms

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Organised our taxi for the day and were always welcoming. Loved the eclectic decor and we would love to return in the winter and sit in the lovely bar with the fire on! Great location too.

Amazing stay!! I was here for a friend’s wedding and the accommodations and staff were top notch!! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bath tub was superb especially after a long travel. Highly recommend.

This hotel has been decorated to the highest of standards and attention to detail is excellent. The staff are all lovely and extremely efficient. The food is also amazing and have no hesitation in recommending

The Coorie Inn is an exceptional hotel. We stayed in the superior room which was really special. I love the mix of the antique furniture along side the modern decor. The bathroom was beautiful and I loved the plants, they make the hotel feel so homely. The food was amazing. We had lunch and breakfast. Breakfast was really good.. a big hearty Scottish breakfast to set us up for the day.

The Coorie Inn restaurant is a hidden and unpretentious little gem. The food is excellent. The bed was also super confortable.

Noise from the road, no safe in the room, no body moisturiser Staying for 3 nights, I would have liked to have seen advocado, poached eggs on sourdough bread on the breakfast menu.

Outstanding hospitality and customer service from the team at the Coorie Inn. The breakfast was standout and the rooms were clean, cosy and warm.

From the minute we arrived until the day we sadly had to go home my husband and I received a first class experience on our three day stay at the Coorie Inn. Owners and staff were fantastic, warm, friendly and genuine hospitality. Food was amazing!👌 We will be back to visit very soon.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are amazing Andrew and his team offer exceptional service to ensure that everything is just right. The food is simply outstanding and sourced locally. It’s reasonably priced and well presented. The wine selection is good and varied for all tastes.

The bathroom in our room is compact but fine. The shower could benefit with a shower curtain to keep the water in the shower tray.

Exceptional stay - beautiful stylish rooms, memorable delicious food prepared and served to a very high standard, attentive friendly staff.

Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy and the whole hotel had a really nice and cosy vibe to it. The food and service was absolutely exceptional and genuinely one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The breakfast was also amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay around Perthshire and we will definitely be returning.

A rare time in Scotland it was actually a little too hot in the night

This was exactly what we were after - a pub/inn with good accommodation and a great restaurant and bar. We were just there for one night but we had an excellent dinner and breakfast. There is a small bar attached to the property which was also handy.

The accomodation faces onto the main street in Muthill which has a steady flow of traffic.

We stayed for 2 nights. This was by far our favourite stay on our 2 week Scotland holiday. This Inn feels so luxurious and is truly top notch. I cannot say enough about the restaurant. My goodness, Michelin level food and service! Truly! The detail put in to our rooms furnishings and decor was gorgeous. And the staff are a level above the rest. Incredible.

This was a perfect location for us as we were driving and exploring the area. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were on site and were absolutely great hosts. One of our highlights on our vacation. The evening we arrived we were invited to have dinner at the hotel. This is a small establishment and almost has the feel of a bed and breakfast. The meal was home made and was excellent.The included breakfast was prepared for us freshly each morning. The town itself is quite small but does have a fuel station and is interesting to walk around. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautifully restored Bed and Breakfast with great attention to every detail. The staff were very helpful and friendly (shout out to Jonny for great service!). The dinner was fantastic, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough - stay here if you’re in the area. You will not be disappointed! And as an extra bonus, the beautiful Drummond Castle Gardens are just a mile away.

This hotel was fantastic! The decor, food, convenience and warmth of welcome are all 5 star! Our evening meal, whilst not cheap, was worth EVERY penny / the sort of meal that you didn’t want to finish eating!! Who knew that broccoli could be ‘to die for’!!!! Thoroughly recommend a stay here!!

This hotel screams old charm with a modern twist in the rooms. if you are travelling further outside the city this place is amazing for the night and the restaurant has some good local eats. its a quiet village but very cute!

Gorgeous Boutique hotel, The room and staff are amazing and really enjoyed my stay here, definitely one for my favourite list

This hotel has been recently refurbished with modern decor retaining some of the original features of the old inn. There is a cosy bar and the restaurant is exceptional, serving modern Scottish food and using local ingredients. The staff are very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about wines and whiskey.Breakfast was a delight again using Scottish foods such as haggis and potato scones if you want them.

Food was fantastic, their chef is amazing. Staff all lovely and friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated from top to bottom. Great location as lots of things to do around the area.

The only fault I can say is that no housekeeping the whole of our stay(Sunday - Wednesday) -, toilet rolls and tea/coffee/milk not topped up, bins not emptied. We had to buy our own toilet rolls so a bit disappointing. Should have have mention to reception however mostly out and about so always assumed it would have been done by the time I got back. Will definitely go back but would mention this time if happened again.

The staff were lovely and the food was great.

The room was very small. There is a large plant, very tiny table and chair but absolutely nowhere to sit to do makeup. Also there is no mirror in the room. Rather than try to make it pretty, I would advise it is made more practical. Remove the big plant, tiny table and chairs from the window area and put a small dressing table with a mirror.

Brilliant customer service from Andrew. Easy to deal with and flexible to react to our needs especially when rearranging our dinner time due to speed of on Gleneagles golf course! Good size clean rooms with comfortable beds and en suite. Delicious evening meal offering and hearty breakfast.

We stayed one night in two rooms - one was with a king size bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms were tastefully decorated and also very clean. The coffee machine in each room was an added bonus. Coorie Inn is located in the centre of Muthill and the bedroom windows are facing to the main road, but we did not feel bothered by the road noise at all during the night (I'm usually sensitive to noise) and slept well. We enjoyed excellent evening meals and breakfast in the restaurant. The staff in the bar and the restaurant staff were all very polite, pleasant and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Coorie Inn and we will go back when in the area.

It didn't affect our stay so it feels almost churlish to mention this here, but a small sign for the car park may be helpful as we somehow drove passed its small entrance, which is right next to the hotel entrance door.

AN ABSOLUTE GEM!! We enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming boutique style country inn! From our warm and inviting check-in with Lisa (who welcomed us with local knowledge and had even set aside a dinner reservation for us!) to our GORGEOUS and beautifully appointed room (complete with stand alone copper tub!) and then to our exploration of the local area (the immediate area provides picturesque walking and the Gleneagles golf course is quite close) to the FABULOUS food…..I highly recommend you visit this wonderful place in Muthill (Crieff area), UK!!
