De locatie, heerlijk in het groen, op steenworp afstand van verschillende mooie strandjes

In ons appartement geen WiFi en slechte ontvangst.

Es lag abgeschieden im Wald , sehr ruhig und die Leute dort waren besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die einzelnen Zimmer liegen mit dem Rücken zum Pool, somit wird man von Badenden nicht gestört und kann selber ungestört im Pool sein ! Wir haben herrliche Nachtschwimms nach las Dalias gemacht... der Norden ist ja zum Glück viel ruhiger und man findet wunderschöne Strände .. und las Dalias ist nur 10 min entfernt...

Nichts an der Unterkunft ! Aber im August war die Luftfeuchtigkeit so hoch, dass man im stehen nass war ... obwohl "nur 31 grad" war es unangenehm

Accueil parfait par Giovanni qui nous a donné tous les renseignements utiles à notre séjour. Il nous a également donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Excellent déjeuner au bord de la piscine chaque matin. Le ménage de notre logement était fait chaque jour! La propriété est très bien entretenue. Toute l'équipe est très professionnelle et sympathique. Nous y retournerons certainement !

This was the most beautiful, peaceful location, with excellent staff who couldn't do enough to make our holiday restful and wonderful.

It would be nice to have a bar to get drinks from, but Giovanni was always around & happy to provide if asked. He's amazing and so are the Breakfast staff.

Prijs-kwaliteit top! Zeer lekker ontbijt, maar weet wel dat dit je via een menukaart wordt gepresenteerd waarvan je dagelijks 3 dingen mag kiezen, geen buffet. Is wel prima kwaliteit met verse producten en mooi geserveerd. Ruime parkeermogelijkheden, goede ligging. Gezien de afstanden op Ibiza vrij kort zijn, ben je op ca. 20 minuutjes aan de andere kant van het eiland. Heel behulpzame uitbater die steeds klaarstond met advies en hulp indien nodig. Wij hadden een "appartementje" met eigen keuken, etc. wat mooi meegenomen was. Aangenaam zwembad, ook niet te druk. Zeer rustige Hacienda, ver weg van het luide (massa)toerisme op Ibiza, een plek om eerder tot rust te komen. Exact wat wij nodig hadden!

Wij hadden niet door hoe de airco op de kamer werkte, waardoor het er wel soms warm kon zijn... Maar misschien lag dat ook aan onze technische (mis)kennis...

Le petit déjeuné était excellent et copieux avec un choix varié. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien situé près de la crique de St Vicente qui propose un large choix de restaurant à des prix correct. Nous avons très bien été accueilli lors de notre arrivée par Giovanni. Celui ci nous a donné de précieux conseils pour se balader dans les alentours et a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes. Il nous a réservé notre scooter pour le séjour ainsi que le taxi pour le transfert aéroport. Nous recommandons cet hôtel qui est au calme, avec très peu de logement et une piscine partagée. Le logement était très propre et le ménage a été fait tous les jours. Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Pour info, l’hôtel est dans un endroit reculé dans la nature alors la connexion internet/wifi est plus lente mais avec le wifi de l’hôtel vous captez très bien aux alentours de la piscine.

It’s a beautiful location, very quiet and relaxing, we had a car which was perfect for exploring, the apartment was really comfortable & clean. The staff all so friendly and helpful. Giovanni was super and gave lots of recommendations to local beaches, restaurants, things to do. The breakfast was really fresh with a great choice.

The Accomadation is great for just couples but would also be fantastic for families or larger groups who would want to holiday together but have there own private spaces, it would also be amazing for retreats, we absolutely loved it and highly recommended!!

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de restaurant mais heureusement Giovanni nous a conseillé les meilleurs restaurants de l’île dont plusieurs très près de l’hacienda

Mooie rustige plek, met beperkt aantal appartementen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en wordt geserveerd bij het zwembad. De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk.

Nous avons tout aimé

El lugar es absolutamente hermoso, mantiene un espacio tranquilo y agradable un poco más alejado del centro. Para mi grupo de amigos fue ideal ya que el espacio es más que suficiente y nos lo pasamos muy bien con la piscina y el espacio de usos múltiples. Volvería una y mil veces. También un reconocimiento especial a la atención proveída por Giovanni que nos atendió de forma super amable y servicial y además nos dio unas recomendaciones muy buenas de qué hacer por la zona, ha hecho nuestra estadía incluso mejor.

Lo único que podría destacar es el hecho de que el Wifi va y viene un poco cuando quiere. Pero es más cuestión de que la isla es así. De resto ha estado increíble.

Excellent petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix. La piscine est super. Les logements sont très agréables et propres. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins. Le cadre est magnifique et les environs très charmants.

It was nestled in the hills very close to the beaches and it was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and the property was clean, comfortable and cozy

The WiFi a reception was pretty bad (I work online) but that is a minor detail for many. And honestly if you have a car you can go to work in a cafe!

An excellent location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. It worked well for us as a family of 3 (baby 9 months). We were very well looked after by Giovanni and the team and our daughter absolutely loved Tina. Great facilities and we were able to relax while we were there.

The pool a little bit cold for our daughter. We were able to swim for a little bit but given the heat can't expect the water to be warm/hot for her.

Un accueil pro et royal, un manager et une équipe au top, logement nickel et emplacement parfait pour visiter le nord d'Ibiza et profiter de son calme, de ses plages et de sa culture.... Petits déjeuners servis au bord de la piscine copieux variés et succulents. Si besoin pour se restaurer Bar resto typique chez Anita à San Carle à proximité de l'hacienda. Un séjour de vacances parfait.

The property was lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable. Nice pool, resto, and gym room too! Massive highlight: the Staff. Giovanni in particular was a rockstar host and all round legend. The local town was also lovely. Don’t miss the hippy market.

Truly the only shortcoming is the WiFi / reception in the whole area but then again the point was to switch off and despite the lackluster WiFi I was still about to take work calls when needed.

Un’oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nel verde, cullati dal frinire delle cicale. Bellissima la posizione, la struttura, la zona piscina. Buonissima la colazione. Ma soprattutto, un grazie particolare a Giovanni, l’Oste con la O maiuscola, sempre pronto a strapparti un sorriso con la sua ironia e le sue battute e a darti consigli molto precisi per visitare la stupenda isola di Ibiza.

Giovanni der Betreiber und die Reinigungsdamen geleitet von Maria sind alle außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend. Alle sehr diskret aber immer zur Stelle wenn man jemanden benötigt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Die Familie über uns war sehr laut, aber dafür kann der Betreiber nichts.

Everything was perfect

A true nature retreat, tucked away deep in the fores, far from the noise and crowds of the city. Perfect for those seeking tranquility. Beautiful pool area, ideal for a refreshing dip surrounded by greenery. Each room is uniquely designed, offering a lot of character. There’s even a charming little tower you can stay in, small but full of personality. Even though the property has multiple rooms, it stays remarkably quiet during the day as most guests are out exploring. You often have the place almost entirely to yourself. Friendly and attentive staff, with a cozy breakfast served poolside that adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

A car is essential, as the remote location isn’t easily accessible by public transport. Mobile phone reception is weak to none, and the Wi-Fi can be unreliable depending on where you are on the property. Be prepared for a serious mosquito presence.

The host was really nice and helpfull.

Absolutely charming – the hotel felt like a true Spanish hacienda, full of warmth and character. Every corner had its own magic, with beautiful details that made the stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back with my child – it’s a place worth returning to.

Very pretty and peaceful location. Giovanni was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions about the area with recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc. The breakfast around the pool was excellent. Close to lovely beaches for the day time and restaurants for supper.

Hacienda Encanto del Rio was a perfect quiet place to stay in the trees. We were in the studio and it had everything we needed including a nice terrace to sit out in the evenings. There was a fridge, cooking facilities/utensils and a great powerful shower! The pool area is lovely and had a very chilled vibe. The breakfast was also great and Giovanni and all the staff are very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating for us. Would suggest to get a rental car as it is a 5 minute drive to cute restaurants but you cannot walk it. We really enjoyed our stay so thank you!

It is very tricky if you do not have a car when staying here but everything else was great!

Giovanni is a great host, he gave us recommendations about places around to eat and visit. Breakfast was really nice and they took good care of my wife allergies as well. The location was very nice and quiet, close to nice beach (San Vincent) and cozy city (San Carlos). All done by car. We would definitely stay again or recommend to our friends.

Not really didn’t like but more like improvements that would be great: - better wifi coverage, but that I already talked to the host and he tries to do it. Unfortunately the location is a bit on the hill and sometimes difficult - mosquitoes net to the balcony. At least on our room it was a bit broken and difficult to move it up/down. This property it’s perfect to relax and enjoy the nature, we had a really good experience, the stuff make you feel like home and they recommend you stuff to do around the property, restaurants, beaches, etc… We will definitely stay in this property again in the future.

It is truly a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere, a little heaven away from civilization.

Beautiful location, in a stunning setting. Breakfast was fantastic and the host and staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Our studio was quiet and tastefully decorated. The whole accommodation is so pretty and felt authentic. Relaxing in the swimming pool was lovely after a day of exploring. Hiring a car is a must if you are staying here - this helped us explore all the corners of the island. Would return in the future. Thanks again for a great stay!

Been coming here many times with my family (usually staying in the Himalaya suite) and will definitely come back here! Studio rented through booking.com directly faces a pine tree forest which smells amazing. There were a lot of woodlice though and a worm under the mattress - a bit expected though when you’re directly facing nature ;) if you’re afraid of that maybe one of the upper studios might be better for you.

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect for our honeymoon. Exactly what we’re looking for! In the middle of a pine forest with a great ambiance! Amenities are great, simple and beautiful, Mediterranean style. Super clean! Great breakfast by the beautiful pool. But what surprised us the most, was the friendly and warm style of Giovani, our host, and all the staff. Giovanni was everyday telling us the most secret spots of Ibiza, where to go, where to eat, taking into account our style!

We had a lovely stay! Great place to shut off from daily life. The staff was also very friendly and we highly appreciated the breakfast service.

This hacienda is a peaceful place, ideal for rest and relaxation. The rooms are very comfortable, the pool is very nice, and even the food offered at dinner is particularly good. In short, we would definitely come back.

The new management team (with quite some of the existing employees) does it utmost best to respond to any potential inconveniences, and provides quick fixes. They provide excellent suggestions for walks, restaurants, places to visit, ... The location is wonderful if you prefer a (very) quiet place on Ibiza (esp. with only 3 rooms ocupied). The inconvenience being that you'd rather have a car if you don't want to stay at the hacienda all day, and anyway in low season, only meal served is (an excellent) breakfast. There are a lot of taxi's in Ibiza, so that shouldn't be an issue either for sporadic trips. Pool looks nice, but first week of May was a little too cold for me. The place is not cheap, but that goes for everything in Ibiza these days, unless you prefer a hostal with DJ-sets all night long. In a nutshell, we spent a excellent 5 nights holiday.
