Excellent location in the center with immediate proximity to public transport and the train station. Good kitchen equipment, new clean bathroom. The receptionist serves multiple locations, so she is either in person or communicates on the phone, but it was no problem, they communicate immediately. The air conditioning works great, you can heat it well, so it was pleasant in the room. The room 906 had a beautiful view of the town hall.

When looking to call the given number, the receptionist / admin person actually opened the door and checked us in. This made the arrival experience so much easier.

Only two small issues with the apartment: We couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink in order to wash up the dishes. We simply rinsed and washed them with running water. When using the overhead shower option, water leaks from the lower join. It's simply loose and doesn't stop the overhead from working but could do with being tightened up.

Es realmente un apartamento de dos dormitorios, dos baños y un salón con la cocina incorporada. Por lo menos el que nos dieron a nosotros que éramos tres personas. Todo nuevo , limpio ,muy bien cuidado. Muy bien situado cerca de la estación de tren y de varios centros comerciales .

Por poner una pequeña pega, eché en falta una escoba 🧹 y un recogedor.

Appartamento molto grande dotato di lavatrice (ma senza asciugatrice), pulito e con letto confortevole.

La zona è molto vicina al porto, abbastanza degradata, molti sbandati e persone poco tranquille. È situata in una zona a traffico limitato, il navigatore dirotta verso una strada a rapido scorrimento, un po complicato arrivarci senza aver avuto specifiche indicazioni prima dell’arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare, con qualche difficoltà con le sim, ma alla fine siamo riusciti e ci hanno dato le indicazioni corrette. Da considerare che è a 40 min a piedi da old Town.

Room was very comfortable and we loved having a washing machine!

We slept with the windows open and it was fairly loud at night. People fighting in the streets and sirens.

The apartment was very spacious, decorated well and was quiet. The receptionist was very welcoming.

Location was in a fantastic place for our night in ship row and perfect for the city. By far one of the best places we have stayed in aberdeen for a great price. Everything was in the apartment so you could stay in if you wanted to and watch the world go buy from the huge sash windows.

Being picky but fresh milk in the fridge, there is a shop next door though.

Lo mejor el chico que nos ayudo con la ubicación porque al estar la zona en obras daba errónea, vino a buscarnos y nos acompaño al parking. Gracias!! Apartamento limpio y cómodo con dos baños. Ubicación excelente, justo en el centro y con supermercados cerquita. Camas cómodas. Cocina bien equipada y limpia. Vistas espectaculares al centro. De precio genial!! Volveríamos seguro aqui!!

Cuidado con las salpicaduras de los grifos. No tiene parking pero te hacen descuento con un Ncp justo a 1 minuto.

It was amazing in the centre, close to everything. The suites were alit bigger than I expected to.

We had an issue with no hot water, but a quick call to reception and she moved us rooms very quickly and couldn't be any more helpful

Świetna lokalizacja, komfortowy apartament, dwie łazienki - w recepcji bardzo sympatyczna pani, która przekazała wszystkie niezbędne informacje. Tuż obok przystanki autobusowe, sklepy i restauracje.

Lokalizacja hotelu idealna, wszędzie blisko. Z okien widok na główną ulicę Union Street, można było przez to poczuć klimat miasta. Wyposażenie obiektu oraz czystość bez zarzutów. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Szybki i bezproblemowy check-in. Po uzgodnieniu nie było również problemu, aby zostawić bagaże już po wymeldowaniu.

The apartment itself was lovely. The reception wasn’t as friendly as I had hoped. We were told that we had to pay a £50 refundable fee when we were turned up to check in, even though we had paid for our apartment in full online. There was no mention of this online or in the T&C when booking. When asked why this was, the receptionist couldn’t give us an answer and just kept repeating that it’s now everyone that’s charged this and not just us and she didn’t know it’s just what the boss had told her. My issue wasn’t that they were taking a refundable fee, I was just curious as to what it was for and was made suspicious when she couldn’t answer. A simple “it’s in case of any damage” would’ve sufficed, but I find it odd that she couldn’t tell us that.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spacious and light with nice large windows from the living / dining room area. We took advantage of the washing machine and kitchenette.

There are some things that need repairing and so we shared that with the reception for future guests. The location is good in general but was problematic given the construction going on around there. The parking was convenient and we got a discount but a bit hard to locate and was unguarded.

The bed was an amazing size. The bathtub was a good size and the hot water was very hot which I loved. Bins emptied and fresh towels every day.

The bathtub had a plug and no matter what I did the water just kept draining so I couldn't bath for long. There were some places that hadn't been cleaned and we found rubbish under the couch. The toilet flusher was broken. And I wasn't aware of how loud the church bells were so that was a bit frustrating!

Spacious 2-room studio apartment. Great location, comfy beds, quiet room on the first floor facing Union Street.

My bath towel was taken away during cleaning, but a clean one wasn't left in its place. And I had booked three studios for six people (four adults and two teenagers); to my surprise, I was charged an extra £50 to have two sofa beds made up—a charge that had not been mentioned when the booking was made nor had I requested extra beds. Despite that, I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was difficult to locate - I had to call reception to find it. Facilities showing some sign of wear.

Location is brilliant and not far from coach/bus station. It was great that I was allowed in the apartment very early as I arrived on the Caledonian Sleeper. The apartment was extremely well equipped and had the bonus of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. I recommend whole heartedly.

A bit of a problem with the. Plumbing. If I had had instructions for the oven I would not have had to bother the receptionist.

Beliggenheten er flott. Leiligheten er stor med to store soverom, to bad og har stue/kjøkken, med oppvaskmaskin, komfyr, mikrobølgeovn og kjøleskap. I tillegg har leiligheten vaskemaskin, som vi brukte.

Det blir veldig varmt i stuen når solen står på. Litt for kalde baderom.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Royal Athenaeum. Our apartment was comfortable and clean, the hotel staff (front desk and housekeeping) was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, within walking distance to many attractions.

The room facilities were good. However it was sometimes difficult to find a person on reception so had to phone to get someone. I also had to ask for an iron and hairdryer to be provided.

Room was very cold when we arrived , reception gave us a portable heater to use to boost heat , Room was above busy noisy bar which was a bit of a let down

Unfortunately our room was right next to a lane that was outside a pub / nightclub. Rather noisy at leaving time.

The location was good. The apartment was clean.

It was too noisy until 6am. Some of the lights did not work. The blind didn't keep any of the street lights out so apartment never got dark.

How difficult it was to find. We were there in a snow storm and maps sent us on a wild goose chase that led us down a back alley. Not the residences problem. However they may need to update their location to make it easier to navigate to. I ended up having to walk the street front to work out where the entrance was. Better communication also would help. There was a washing machine but no dryer. As we were there for only one night it made it difficult to do laundry, had to travel with damp clothing.

The location on Union Street Aberdeen was ideal for our visits to The Tall Ships Race 2025. Easy access from the main street and the apartment was spacious and well equipped!

Windows looking onto Union Street needed a good clean! Toilet flush was extremely weak! Shower gel was watered down. But these are minor points, but need rectifying.

Todo estaba muy viejo y sucio , cuando le pedí a la chica ayuda para llamar a un taxi me respondió que lo hiciera yo misma. El apartamento tenía goteras , moho en la cocina y el baño estaba bastante sucio . Al menos la cama era cómoda, pero el precio me parece desorbitado para el servicio recibido

Great appartment. Well laid out and well equipped.

The clock on the opposite side of the road. Forget it if you want an early night or a late lie in bed. The clock chimes every 15 minutes between 7am and 11pm.
