Close to Spanish Steps. Taxi basically outside door. Staff was great. Elena so sweet. AC was a blessing during the heatwave. Breakfast was wonderful.

Plumbing you can hear toilet and shower plumbing a bit loud. Aldo hear from other rooms but was not really all Bad.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the Spanish Steps and ideal for exploring Rome. Our room was lovely, comfortable and very well maintained, and we really appreciated that fresh water was restocked every day. The breakfast was amazing and a great way to start the day. A special mention goes to Elena, who was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She truly made our experience even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely gorgeous property! The decor was stunning - it felt high class and relaxing at the same time. The location was fantastic right beside the Spanish steps but the room itself was quiet. Aircon was very good and the room stayed cool (37oC outside). The hosts were so friendly and the breakfast had B&B vibes. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city centre.

Dirty room No hot water Very basic breakfast No cleaning service Bad attitude when we complained about the hot water we were answered rudly that we do have hot water so unhelpful and disgusting behaviour. The guy at the reception was rude from day one,he tried to charge us for missing room card 20€ which we eventually found. Then after a raw with my wife after checking out he accused us of a missing tv remote control and broken toilet paper holder which he claims is 34.90€ Both never happened. Never felt so in any place I stayed in.

Emplacement idéal et chambre de très belle taille 🙂 Petit déjeuner frais et avec du choix.

Climatisation un peu bruyante et manque de finitions sur certains points ( draps déchirés, intérieur des placards un peu passé, salle des petits déjeuners très très petite, douche super glissante). Insonorisation moyenne. C’était malgré tout une jolie prestation.

Ons verblijf was fantastisch. Super vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzame host (Elena) die er was voor al onze vragen. De kamer was mooi ingericht, goed onderhouden en werd bovendien elke dag gepoetst. Wij konden ook gebruik maken van het leuke terrasje. Een hele fijne ligging, kortbij de Spaanse trappen en de metro.

להגיע לכניסה נדרש לעלות או לרדת במדרגות. בסוף יום של הליכה מרובה זה קצת קשה אבל אפשרי, עם מזוודות זה טיפה יותר מאתגר אבל גם את זה צלחנו.

Our stay at Ingrami Suites & Spa was wonderful! This charming bed and breakfast has only six rooms, which made it feel quiet, cozy, and very personal. The location couldn't have been better—it's within walking distance of many of Rome's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to each day of sightseeing. If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally located place to stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Ingrami Suites & Spa. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ingrami Suites in Rome. The location is simply outstanding—right next to the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. As a Genius guest, we really appreciated the extra benefits. The host was a true gentleman: welcoming, respectful, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh and delicious options to start the day. If you're looking for a clean, charming place with an unbeatable location and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Ingrami Suites.

The only downside for us was that the hotel is located up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator. It wasn't a major issue, but it may be challenging if you're traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility limitations.

Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und es war wieder sehr sehr schön. Die Lage ist sensationell. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer, Bad und Terrasse waren tadellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Read carefully all the hotel information before you book! Tips: Complete online check-in before arriving, or you will not have access to enter. They do not use whatsapp. There are 2 levels of spiraling marble staircase to carry luggage up and down. The breakfast is good but the eating area is beyond tiny. You can't eat on the balcony/terrace, so the pics they advertise with are misleading. The balcony/terrace is also roped off for each room to have its individual space so you can't freely enjoy. No shampoo provided. Slippers that are provided are paper. No shelving or hanging places for clothes or personal items. The closet is extremely small. You can hear everything as walls are thin. The bed is squeaky, and the bedspread resembles motel quality. Spa is not included in booking. Location made all bearable, but please take note!

The location was amazing with entrances from the top and bottom of the Spanish Steps and so close to the metro. The room was spacious and well appointed.

We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights. Apparently it is common in Europe to use the room key for this, but it was never mentioned and there was no one on site to ask. When I called to ask, the lady hung up on me. We had stayed in 4 other accommodations on this trip and never encountered this elsewhere.

It was initially hard to locate the property.

The location is excellent! Being at the Spanish Steps was so convenient to everything. We loved the room and the jetted tub after a long day of walking. The lady working there was so helpful! The breakfast far exceeded my expectations!

I feel like everything was great! The bed was good and there were extra pillows. I could have used an extra blanket but overall we were very happy with our stay. I loved that everyday they made the bed and refilled the water! Such a nice touch!

Location of hotel is great, good water pressure on the shower and the air conditioning is good, but that is where the positives stop.

There is a 2.5 flight spiral staircase to get to the room, so getting your luggage to your room could be difficult or even deadly. The rooms are small with no storage for luggage. Extra towels cost you 15 Euros. There are no English speaking channels (such as CNN or BBC) on the TV. The virtual check-in was difficult, and my entry code did not work. Other reviews do not provide a good evaluation of this property, and I would never stay here again.

La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite.faut pas etre claustrophobe L ouverture du petit déjeuner à 8h30, trop tardive pour des jouneees bien remplies. L accueil mitigé ... prend pas le temps de parler doucement... s'agace de notre incompréhension de la langue.

Très chouette établissement, idéalement situé avec une grande autonomie pour entrer, sortir (deux entrées accessibles avec la clé de la chambre). Accueil extrêmement chaleureux, petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et excellents. Des chambres très propres à la déco soignée et originale. Literie très confortable et excellente insonorisation, nous avons dormi comme des bébés ;-) En résumé, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit très chaleureux !

Un petit bémol concernant la taille de la pièce où se déroulait le PDJ, vraiment trop petite.

Huone oli hieman kostea, ei riittävää lämmitystä mutta tarkeni kuitenkin hyvin. Aamiaiseen olisi kaivannut pientä vaihtelua, majoituttiin 5 yötä. Spa oli auki vain klo 20 asti, joten ei ehditty yhtenäkään päivänä. Ei huono jalkaiselle, rappusia todella paljon.

Everything was great. Brilliant nice staff, amazing location, easy to find. As mentioned previously, there are lots of stairs but we didn’t mind it. However, for people with limited movement, it could be challenging, especially with luggage. Nice cozy breakfast. And cute terrace. I would definitely recommend.

La colazione non l'ho fatta iniziavano a servirla alle 8.30 ed io avevo un appuntamento di lavoro alle 9. E' decisamente troppo tardi iniziare a servire la colazione alle 8.30 in una giornata lavorativa. Peccato anche che ci fosse un secchio d'acqua delle pulizie appena entrata in struttura (alle 3 del pomeriggio le pulizie dovrebbero essere concluse.

Todo excelente. La ubicación y el desayuno fueron la mejor parte.

wir hatten leider das einzige Zimmer mit Fenster in den Innenhof, also sehr finster und es hat sich ein bisschen feucht angefühlt. Die anderen Zimmer hatten große Türen auf die Terrasse.

The property was nicely decorated , very clean, perfect spot to stay in Rome and do sightseeing. Courtyard was very cute and finally after travelling through Italy for 8 days we had a proper breakfast ! Not just sweets and coffee 🤣🤪we finally could eat eggs , bacon , bruschetta , mozzarella, fruits and more ! We did really appreciated the breakfast. Staff was absolutely lovely , especially Elena who checked us in and Daniel who made breakfast and allowed us to leave our suitcases till evening after the checkout so we could carry on sightseeing.

À votre arrivée, vous devez vous débrouiller avec une clé électronique. C’est impersonnel et froid. Le spa n’a aucun intérêt. Tout cela n’était évidemment pas indiqué sur le site

La posizione centralissima su Piazza di Spagna lo rende molto comodo per spostarsi a piedi per visitare le principali attrazioni di Roma. Camere molto ben arredate e pulite. Colazione assortita. Vicino alla stazione dei taxi.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist ein altes Haus mit sehr hohen verzierten Decken, wunderschön. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einem besonderen Badezimmer und einer schönen Terrasse. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar, direkt an der Spanischen Treppe, fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Direkt an der Spanischen Treppe und wenige Gehminuten von der Metro hat man hier den perfekten Ausgangspunkt,um Rom zu erkunden-auch zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gemütlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und bequem. Besonders haben wir uns über die Memory foam Kissen und Matratze gefreut. Wir haben super geschlafen. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren,hat uns das Zimmer zum Innenhof nicht gestört,sondern die perfekte Dunkelheit gefreut. Abends ist die Terrasse super für Vino,um den Tag Revue passieren zu lassen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

Muy peligroso el baño. Para acceder a la ducha hay que brincar la tina, no tiene de donde sujetarse y resbaloso, muy humeda la habitación todo el tiempo, el guardaropa muy pequeño, 4 ganchos, la comida muy simple y apretado el espacio para desayunar. Escaleras para ingresar por cualquiera de las dos puertas. El ingreso es autonomo muy complicado, una puerta para ingresar al edificio, otra puerta para las habitaciones, tuvimos que pasar 4 puertas para ingresar a la habitacion.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre était très belle, propre et très confortable, nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment bien. L’emplacement est également parfait : à deux pas de la Piazza di Spagna, très proche du métro et à quelques minutes à pied de la Fontaine de Trevi. C’est idéal pour visiter Rome facilement. Un grand merci pour l’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes, tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous revenons un jour à Rome, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter !
