Excellent location, very convenient to explore London! In less than 3 min walk many good restaurants and places for brunch (bonus tip: Queens of Mayfair - the best brunch in town)! Friendly and helpful staff! Spacious apartment, ideal for family (but if possible, avoid 4th floor - really hard stairs).

If I were to suggest something, cleaning service needs improvement. On the first day we got in the room, there were a lot of dust on the nightstand and the other furniture and hairs on the sheets.

It was a lovely apartment with a street outlook in a vibrant neighbourhood. Cafes and restaurants were everywhere and it was close to the station. There was a big bathroom and lounge with a small kitchen. Loved the lift. The reception was helpful and polite. The cleaner did a great job.

Location is great. Very close to Soho and some of the sightseeing spots. Also a short stroll to Hyde and Green Park with Buckingham Palace. Some good restaurants and Cafe places are nearby.

You can sell a lot under "British Charm", but at one point it is simply no longer charming and just run down. That's unfortunately the case here. The place needs an update. Lot of things are broken and stained (see photos). Beds are tiny. We got the room on the top which left us with 35 degrees indoors even with windows open as there is no AC. To cool down the place a bit overnight, we had to keep the windows open which leaves you with a lot of noise and all the different smells from the kitchen ventilation of the nearby restaurants. The check-in process through the app (we arrived after reception hours) did not work properly. I had to call the helpline and the person confirmed to me that the App is a beta version and always creating issues. Overall significantly overpriced for what you get.

The staff were extremely nice with the courtesy per-arrival calls to the reception on site including Su and Alberto. The location was the best. Close to Hyde Park and Green Park, walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben plus great restaurants nearby.

Overall, it was lovely for our purposes. If I were to suggest improvements to the spaces, wall AC units in the bedrooms 100%. If London continues to experience these temperatures, it’s necessary. No fans will be able to cool the room down and we had two. I also recommend removing the carpet for more sanitary purposes.

Immeuble et appartement de style anglais traditionnel, très confortables, kitchenette bien équipée, personnel attentif. Dans Myfair, proche du métro Green Park, des bus, des commerces, des restaurants ... idéalement localisé.

Sans clim, malgré les ventilateurs, il faisait chaud. La fenêtre de la chambre à coucher donnait au dessus des cuisines d'un restaurant, avec quelques odeurs de friture le soir.

Location was great, staff were super friendly and helpful, room was clean with a nice period feel and the little kitchenette would be a good addition for a longer stay, bed was very comfy, liked the sofa in the room as another option to sit comfortably rather than just a table and chairs.

Not their fault, because of the hot weather they had kindly installed a stand alone AC unit which cooled the room but was noisy, welcome addition and appreciated so thank you. We switched it off and left the window open which provided cool night air but there was a constant humming noise outside. This was the only small issue but I guess we were in central London.

Always enjoy staying at 44 Curzon. Great location. Tube close by and loads of pubs/restaurants within 5 mins walk. Good size (for London) apartment. Breakfast basket a nice touch. This stay was in No2….. sad to say carpets definitely needed a deep clean and sofa/arm chair replacing. Tv in bedroom didn’t work and despite promise was never replaced while we were there. Having said all that we will be back and recommend if you’re looking for an apartment style stay rather than a full service hotel.

The location is perfect. Staff are very helpful and the room was lovely. It’s excellent value for money considering its location.

The unit was too old. Windows did not shut close. Blinds got stuck. No AC, way too hot inside. Should've booked a hotel room and be a lot more comfortable.

The apartment was fabulous. We stayed here years ago many times but our first time bask in years. It’s still great. Spotless, comfy beds, staff, superb (special shout out for Will and Charlotte)). Back again 1st October but we maybe back before then.

Our family of four stayed five nights in a flat on the 3rd floor of the annex, just across the road from reception. We arrived late, after reception had already closed, but the self-check-in process was seamless — no problems at all. Our visit coincided with a heat wave, and we were pleasantly surprised to find three fans waiting in the flat, which made a real difference. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and there are convenience stores nearby for groceries that stay open late — very handy for a family. The modern bathroom was on the small side but served the flat well. Other amenities that came in handy were the washer/dryer, drying rack, and iron and board — very nice to be able to wash some laundry after a long, warm day out in the city! The location is hard to beat. It's a 300m walk to Green Park station for the tube, the bus stop is even closer, and plenty of black cabs pass by regularly if you need one. Many attractions are comfortably walkable too — Buckingham Palace is just a 10 minute stroll away through the leafy Green Park. Despite being one block from Piccadilly, the street was remarkably quiet. Weekend evenings brought a bit more noise and we closed the windows, but nothing that disturbed our sleep. One thing to note: there's no lift in the annex, so luggage has to be carried up the stairs — but that was only a brief workout on arrival and check-out. The five nights we spent there were great, and we'd happily stay again.

Not a bottle of water in the apartment those hot days

Nice location. Short staffed and unresponsive to persistent leak which was directly over the only toilet, making use very unpleasant for my wife and daughter. Email complaint made and it was noted the leak was unfortunate and no communication on the issue during my stay was inadequate but due to staff shortage. It was hoped that despite this, and the absence of any refund, I would stay again I won’t!

It is a great location, easily walkable to most attractions. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming.

We love everything about this apartment EXCEPT the unreliability of the lift. We stay here every year (from Australia) and 2 out of the last 3 times the lift has been out of order. PLEASE replace this now or we'll stay elsewhere next year. Will and Hugh on reception were very helpful. (I am yet to receive any response from the Manager to my email about the broken lift, especially as it was in response to his welcome email). Message to the owner - PLEASE REPLACE THIS OLD LIFT.

Location is superb! Very close to everything and a lovely safe neighbourhood. Kitchen facilities, sofa and dining table were very handy. The front of house staff were both super helpful and friendly making our stay exceptional!

Location, people, building. Location was good, access to Shepherd Market. Staff were helpful, kind, personable, and seemed to care about the experience.

We had an issue with the door lock. For a night and a day, we could not lock our room when we left. This was a meaningful inconvenience that should be reflected in some kind of personal refund or status upgrade.

Great location.

Be aware that the underground runs right underneath so you will hear regular rumbling. Also elevator makes noise which you will hear inside the unit.

Loved the space in the apartment, as well as the location. Staff was friendly and helpful, with some good recommendations for places to eat in the surrounding area. The apartment itself, although a little dated, was very comfortable and clean, with a fantastic bed.

Very central right in Shepherds market. So good to enjoy a junior suite, separate lounge and bedroom bs hotel room, at reasonable hotel prices

Very positive. Good location for me. Accommodation was large, comfortable, clean & quiet. Nice touch was milk in fridge. Cost was reasonable so will definitely use Mansley again.

great location right in mayfair. they were kind enough to let me check in a early and upgraded my stay as well. rooms were clean and modern. very lively area during the daytime, but nice and quiet in the evening to sleep. for an extended stay, the service apts also had a kitchen. great price and value for mayfair.

Back at our London ‘home-away-from-home’ and 44 Curzon as good as ever with a.warm welcome - thank you Charlotte. Cosy apartments with lovely sitting room, handy kitchen. Comfy bed with fresh linen and you can see the green treetops of Green Park to the south and magic spots up and down Curzon. Stay here every year It’s great.to be back.

this lovely little hotel is wonderful, not only because of the location but mostly because of the fabulous staff working there. The staff made my wonderful experience even more exceptional. There is a fabulous cafe next door and the tube is a short walk. A great place for solo women travellers

We love this location and the charm of the apartment. We stayed here last year, and were booked for this week. Unfortunately, my wife had an unexpected medical procedure last week and was instructed not to fly for over a week, which caused us to have to postpone the trip for a week. While Mansley unfortunately did not have a vacancy, in the Mayfair area, they were extremely helpful and responsive when I notified them of our cancellation. Orleas was particularly helpful and understanding. Although it was less than the minimum seven days cancellation notice clearly set forth on their website, they were very understanding and are giving us a refund. We will definitely book with Mansley on our next trip.

L'emplacement est parfait. L'appartement est bien conçu et c'est vraiment agréable d'avoir un vrai appartement avec une chambre et un séjour séparé. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner. Le Monsieur de l'accueil est présent pendant la journée.

L'isolation phonique est inexistante. Nos voisines ont fait du bruit entre 3 heures et 4 heures du matin la deuxième nuit, ce qui nous a vraiment génés pour dormir.

VERY noisy. Above a tube grate so the noise every 2 minutes was loud. Not suitable for people who work late or sleep in, the noise in the building echoes around from even staff cleaning rooms. Rooms were ok but I wouldn't say comfortable. Everything is very dated and seems... lazy. Sinks run at full power on old faucets or not at all. Shower has an old shower curtain but is quite narrow so if you turn around it sticks to you.

Great location - hard to think of anywhere better. Very helpful, friendly staff. We didn't think any of the few negative comments in the reviews here were true.

Great location. Studio was bigger than I expected. I appreciated bone china plates, cups and tea pot. Plenty of hot water from the over-bath shower. Staff were excellent: polite,responsive and smiling.

Bed was sadly lumpy and uncomfortable. Had to sleep on the edge. The ground floor studio flat is next to the lift so expect noise from that. I did not expect noise and vibration from underground trains but they are apparent. The flat is not air conditioned. Open the window and you get the loud hum of neighbouring air con units.

Great location. Standard in apartment was good, had some flaws when it came to water pressure and minor scratches on interior but nothing that we couldn’t live with. Happy with the stay and service!

This flat has it all--location location and location. The staff are very helpful; they even helped carry some of our luggage up the the 3rd floor for us. Everything was very clean and the linens high quality-- which is so important when we travel. We look forward to booking same time for next year.

Le matelas un peu fatigué. On entend tout dans les chambres voisines donc ça dépend des soirs. Le chauffage impossible à régler, bien que j’ai demandé à la réception de régler - mais je pense que c’est un problème récurrent - il faut jouer avec les fenêtres.

Well equipped and spacious

Was a bit hot inside. It was a warm spring day but in summer I imagine it might be unbearable.

The staff were lovely the location was excellent walking distance of central London. The only thing that disappointed us was what we paid and getting there after a long 21 hour flight and seeing the carpet all stained and a few of the cupboards with doors falling off

The location was very good in a quiet area. The staff were very friendly. The apartment was very nice with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel in the Shepherd Market. We will definately come back and stay here for future visits.

It was our first time at 44 Curzon Street and can recommend this accommodation to all! Very centrally located with good access to Green Park tube, the bars and restaurants of Shepherd Market next door and Green Park itself. Spacious apartment on 5th floor with double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and spacious lounge. Milk, tea, coffee, cereals provided. Efficient check in with the very pleasant reception girl. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the location of the hotel and the room itself. Everything was comfortable and met our expectations. The only issue we experienced was with the oven. We tried both the regular oven and the microwave settings, but even when reheating a ready-made meal on the recommended setting, we had to run it three times in a row and it still wasn’t fully heated. Other than this, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for ten days while travelling for work. Having a kitchen in the apartment made a real difference and added a great deal of convenience. The interiors are slightly dated, but the apartment was comfortable, spotless and had excellent bedding. The staff were very good throughout, and the location is hard to fault. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be the addition of Sky TV or similar. When you are awake at odd hours with jet lag, endless shopping channels are not the most engaging option.

Reception to the hotel was professional, pleasant and very responsive to our requests. Room was clean and well kitted out. However the double bed is actually twins joined together which doesn't make for the best experience. However, overall the location and service, make this a place would definitely come back to in the future.
