Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Anren

Ich konnte leider nicht alles ausprobieren, aber ich war absolut überwältigt, wie toll die Zimmer waren und das geniale Frühstück. Eine geschickte Mischung aus heimischer Küche und westlicher. Ich habe lange nicht so gut geschlafen wie hier und Anren ist einfach ein mega süßer Stadtteil. Auch wichtig: die Leute an der Rezeption sprechen Englisch! Ich wurde sogar zum Aufzug begleitet und habe das Frühstück geschenkt bekommen, weil ich eigentlich ein kleineres Zimmer haben wollte, aber es keins mehr gab.

It’s very close to the museum town that we are about to visit. Parking is huge, and free.

The door man / gate keeper is exceptionally rude with the guest. His attitude is unacceptable as any keeper for a hotel. However, the manager was nice and kept up with our complaint and resolving the issue.

Serene environment , quiet & calm

There are other 04 Hotels of Four points by Sheraton in Chengdu , you need to be sure of which exactly you are going too

I thought the hotel was in down town Chengdu. As it turned out it is 50km away. Google map make a mistake indicating the worng location. But the hotel was great.

Good breakfast, great location in Anren. The staff could not have been more helpful, they were exceptional.

The gym toilets and changing rooms needed a deep clean, air con in a hot gym was not switched on despite guests being there.

Good hotel with great breakfast. Clean and friendly and helpful staff. Not many shops open in the evening

The lobby and the breakfast room were very cold

套房空调不够热，可能因为太大了吧，服务非常好，平安夜入住，送了一个苹果和卡片

The swimming pool was great, warm and clean. The room was comfortable, but the wall near the floor in the toilet needs to be cleaned each day. The electrical outlet near the bathroom sink does not work and needs to be replaced (3216). Thank you for taking care of parking our bicycles. It was a great stay and the best place in Anren, a beautiful 'ancient' town with excellent and well done museums commemorating history. This was a trip well worth it!

位置不错，整体也比较安静，早餐类别太少，其他比较满意

Hope to return for a longer stay. Relaxing experience!

訂了套房，可惜室內泠氣不能調整，半夜請飯店處理，送來一部移動式風扇，聲音大，一夜無法成眠，原訂了兩天，第二天馬上退房。

不错，位置好，安静。

Very nice hotel! Conveniently located and within walking distance to all the sights in the town. Staff are friendly, facilities are great and the room was very comfortable.

成都に住んでいて　郊外でのんびりすごそうと思って出かけました。しかし、1月に行ったのは失敗でした。とにかく寒い。ホテルの中も寒かったです。ロビーはともかく　レストランも寒い。従業員がコートを着ているホテルレストランは初めてでした。ホテルの作りが夏用のリゾートホテルで　ある意味風通しが良さそう。だから、夏はいいと思います。部屋は広いですが　バスタブはありません。中華レストランはあまり美味しくありませんでした。みんなしょっぱい。ルームサービスにワインを頼んだら40分かかりました。施設は綺麗で立派ですが　ちょっと残念でした。まぁ　ここは日本から旅行に来るところではないと思いますが…。念のため。

Perfect location, nice facilities, very good staff. Satisfied with all aspects except for critical oversight in the swimming pool. No life guard on duty, even after a complaint lodged.

On the hotel itself, it is beautifully designed, tasteful and elegant. The rooms are large and well-appointed with nice furniture and high ceilings. Mine had a small balcony. It was very quiet, and I slept really well here. A very comfortable stay. As for location, it is really a few minutes walk from Anren's old street, making it convenient just to walk over for dinner. It is a longer walk (about 10 minutes) to the Jianchuan Museum Cluster. There are no shuttles to that area, but when you return you can get a shuttle back from outside the Liu Family Manor for 5 RMB per person. Finally, I think the staff should really be commended for their service. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind and helpful, especially a young man with the English name of Drake at the front desk. I was consistently greeted by members of the hotel staff everywhere I went. I felt that the standard of service in this hotel was as good as the five-star Japanese hotel I stayed in in Shanghai. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend that friends stay here.

Anren Old Town is a ca. 90 minute drive outside of Chengdu (new Highway opening end October 2016, cutting trip by Car to 40min.), Museum Town. Sheraton is the only Western Hotel there, decent Restaurants , Indoor Pool and Gym , convenient location in short walking distance of historic Old Town, Hot springs, Snow mountains and other Tourist attractions are all within 60 minutes surround.
