The location was great and the shuttle to the pier was hightly appreciated.

The fact that we paid for a premium beach front room and we had a city view super noisy! In fact beach front rooms are in the main building so don’t except a sea view or some calm. The smell in the room was awful! The food at the restaurant wasn’t good and overpriced.

We were very impressed with our stay at Queenco. We received our complimentary pickup from the airport and drop off to the ferry terminal the next morning. Our room was upgraded to one of the newer rooms and it was gorgeous. We were on the second floor above the casino but that didn’t impact our sleep at all. The room was spacious and modern, and we wished we could’ve stayed more than one night. The location is lovely right on the beach and the pool is a very good size. The staff were fantastic, and we received top service from the lovely man who met us at the airport and looked after us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend.

The pool area was nice, right next to the sea. They upgraded us to the main beachside building from the tower block which was across the road. The food in the restaurants was nice. They offered free transport to the nearby autonomous pier for onward travel to Koh Rong when we checked out.

The whole of the outside terrace and pool area is a smoking zone, many of the guests were smokers which made it uncomfortable.

The room was great the very nice gentleman manger whose name escapes me at the moment gave us a free room upgrade and prepared breakfast for us through we left very early at 430 am, how’s that for great service. The Cambodian people were happy and helpful cheers to them!

Stayed just one night, but it was a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a really spacious and comfortable room. Every member of the team we interacted with was genuinely polite, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Overall, a really welcoming place, I’d happily recommend this hotel

We were treated like royalty before we even arrived. It was just an over-nighter coming from Koh Rong and continuing to Vietnam, but we were really impressed by the place in every respect, most of all the highest level of customer care. They organized complimentary transport from the ferry port (only a 5 minute drive) and to the airport on departure. They upgraded our accommodation, the restaurant was really good, we are vegetarian and there was a decent choice of options. Breakfast was amazing, too! We had a massage treatment at the spa and highly recommend that! Sean, the manager connected with us before arrival, took the time to greet us and check on us again the next morning. The staff member who accompanied us on the shuttle bus and the driver were very attentive and that really applied to all the staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

Food and drinks are a bit more expensive than the rest of Cambodia but that is to be expected when staying at a resort.

My one-night stay at Queenco Hotel was absolutely fantastic, made even better by a surprise free upgrade from a Premium Beachfront room to a stunning Junior Suite! The suite was spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's beachfront location is perfect, and the service from every staff member was exceptional – friendly and efficient. Queenco Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Free pick up from train station with good communication on arrival time. Upgrade room upon arrival and very courteous staff. Hotel offered free transport to meet ferry for onwards travel to Koh Rong

Room was on 2nd floor, but sounded like we were trying to sleep inside of a night club. Noise level from bar on ground floor was so loud that room doors and windows rattled with the vibration.

They had airport pick up service, and Ken from the hotel helped us a lot on the way and out. We asked the car from the port of Shihanoukvill to PP, and he was also helpful. The atmosphere of the poolside was really nice and club DJ sound. The breakfast was reasonable.

Sometimes the waiter was slow to take order for food. But this is the vacation place to stay so you should sit and relax!!! lol

It was too noisy. There were parties that lasted way into the early hours of the morning and we hardly had any sleep.

Honestly I liked everything. The staff was super friendly, the hotel looks gorgeous and the bed…so confortable. We eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, very delicious and everything was fresh. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. It has a private beach and an excellent swimming pool. Tou can enjoy a magnificent SPA with massage if you want. The staff is very polite. Excellent breakfast and an extraordinarry restaurant where you can enjoy a romantic dinner watching one of the best sunset in the world! Close to the ferry area from where you can take a boat to the magnificent island koh rong.

The friendly and professional welcome and service was some of the best we’ve ever had. All staff from the desk to the restaurant are just amazing and so kind and thoughtful. The facilities at this beachside hotel were also great, with very modern comfortable rooms and fantastic food - we especially loved the Japanese restaurant with a beach view

The property has been renovated recently and the interior s are very pleasant. The staff especially the hotel manager Sean was very very accommodating he made out stay very comfortable. Nice place away from the hustle bustle of town right on the beach( private)which is wonderful . if you are into poker they have 2 tables going on from 12 pm until 3 am overall would definitely recommend the hotel as management are so welcoming nd make you feel special

Never met such lovely staff. Front desk staff are exceptional couldn’t have done better. Arranged a car to take me to the chemist. Sorted our ferry and took us to the pier. Rooms are huge and feel luxurious. Pool area was very nice too. We visited the casino and had fun but felt a bit serious for us as some big gamblers. Lovely dinner and breakfast on the beach. We loved it here and hope to go back if we get time during our travels

Fantastic hotel, perfect in every detail! Even the pick-up from the port in the hotel's elegant van is a super positive impression. And then, when you think that nothing will surprise you, you have a huge, unique pleasure of meeting Sean - Room Division Manager. This man treats you like a member of the closest family and does everything to make your stay here unforgettable!. To start with, a free upgrade to a premium room with a sea view. The room is beautiful, large, very clean, modernly furnished and at the same time very cozy. Fantastic comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. Pure perfection. We wanted to rent a scooter in the city: Sean sent us a van together with a wonderful girl from the service to help us with the formalities and check if everything was ok. We asked about transport to the bus station for our onward journey. Sean organized it so that the bus came to the hotel to pick us up! This man is a pure treasure!The entire hotel staff is fantastic! Everywhere you meet with kindness and a smile on their face. The hotel has a beautiful, constantly cleaned beach, a wonderful pool. Fantastic breakfast. This is a place where elegance, luxury has reached the highest level!

Beach front perfect resort with very helpful staff

Check in was a little tedious because I arrived at their second building which houses the dining area and swimming pool. However, I was promptly karted off in their mini kart akin to a tuk tuk to the right building some 400m opposite. Some small issues with the creditcard machine but I was treated to some fruits and water while waiting. My room was a lot smaller that my previous hotel however acceptable. Multi chained TV, Minibar and hot drinks facilities. Excellent wifi..code free. Breakfast was good but perhaps less so if vegetarian…I wanted to order a vegetable soup but was informed that the broth was pork flavored! However, lunch or dinner on the seafront with sandy beach was truly bliss and prices reasonable. One could also pick up the wifi there. The staff were amazing welcoming and diligent. Lest I forget, if like me you like to continued working out while on holiday…a visit to their gym is a must. Fully equipped ( nearly as good as my home gym…and that’s saying something!!) with all the machines and some, even a punch bag, two water fountains, a sauna and a steam room. One is issued with towels at no cost on arrival at reception. At departure I was given a lift to the ferry port to get the boat to Kon Rong. Wonderful service!!

We only stayed at Queenco for one night as a ‘transit stay’ within easy reach of the airport after a week on Koh Rong Island. What an amazing experience our stay at Queenco turned out to be. Firstly, the transfers to and from the boat and airport were exceptionally smooth and luxurious. The car had very comfortable business class leather seats and a hotel assistant accompanied us for the journeys to make sure everything went smoothly. Our room at the hotel was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. Most importantly it was quiet. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was a very nice touch. The hotel restaurant on the beach is obviously the buzzing social scene of Sihanoukville! It was busy and vibrant with locals and tourists. The food and cocktails were excellent. The highlight of our stay were the massages and gym. The massages were the best we had in Cambodia and gym is simply amazing. For fitness freaks a week at the hotel would be worth it just to train in the gym. Finally, the staff were absolutely superb. Always there to help but not at all overbearing.

In the interests of continual improvement, I offer the following observations to help the hotel get even better. There are some construction works going on which are a bit of an eyesore when viewing the hotel from the road. Do not be put off by these! They do not interfere with hotel operations or spoil the views from the room. Breakfast was busy but it is a buffet service so you can eat and go quickly if required. However, the egg station is cook to order and this was a little slow. The food labelling was a little small to read for those with poor eyesight and the three jams at the pastry counter were all labelled as ‘fruit jam’. Individual flavours would have been better as I ended up with a flavour I didn’t like.

To go to the spa one had to pass through gym. Also need a recreation room or activates like tennis or table tennis etc to support fitness Bathroom door Knob in 714 was difficult to open and exhaust fan was hanging.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. The receptionist arranged for us our return to Pnom Pehn, upon our request, with a much better price than the one we paid to go from Pnom Pehn to Sihanoukville plus we got a room upgrade which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, the pool very clean and the massage we had at the hotel premises very good. We also had dinner which was reasonable priced and very tasty. The room was very good with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also arranged to be driven, by its own car, to the pier to leave for the island Krog Rong. Excellent service 👏

Easy access from the Koh Rong ferry port and speedy free pick up. very clean , good rooms and attentive staff. Would recommend for a one night stay if transferring from the islands.

Restaurant was in another building in front of the beach, there is transport facilities or you can easily walk. The staff were very kind specially Ken Queenco who helps us with the ferry.

We​ booked 4​ rooms, and​ go​ to the​ casino.​ All play​ slotmachine, the​ staff​ name​ Jariya, wont let us to​ have​ Beer.​ Its so​ bad experience for​us.​ Beside that, every​thing​ was great!!

We liked the staff a lot, especially Ken and Maxith were very helpful. We stayed one night there after visiting Koh Rong island, the location of the hotel is very convenient, as being very close to the pier.

The sea is not really clean.

This hotel is truly amazing! Anything you can desire is offered you before you have to ask. The only downside for us is having stayed there only one night… I wish we could have remained there forever! Huge and clean room , with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, (it was like sleeping in a cloud, and this was greatly appreciated after so many hard cambodian mattresses! ) Great varied breakfast with both local and western dishes… delicious sushi , and a wide menu to choose from , beautiful private beach where you can watch the sun set in the sea sipping a cocktail or having dinner… all this and much more for a great price…but, above all , we were impressed with the extraordinary politeness and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like movie stars! Ken, in particular, was literally our guardian angel, he took care of us from the moment we met, solving for us every problem…he was just amazing, he gave us a lift to the ferry station for Koh Rong Samloen where we spent two days, helped us with the ferry boat tickets and was there to pick us up when we came back … and in the meantime we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel’s parking even after we had checked out !!! Ken’s kindness and helpfulness was really beyond imagination … thank you Ken!!! Queenco hotel is by far the best we stayed at in Cambodia !

All the staff were exceptional and very customer service focused. They went out of their way to support our vegan (and gluten-free) dietary requirements which we know is not always easy. Food was excellent. We used this hotel as a one night stopover on our way back from Koh Rong Sanloem and can definitely recommend it for this purpose. It was very safe and comfortable and the hotel successfully arranged all our follow-on transportation.

Part of the hotel is under renovation at the moment and unfortunately so was their pool (which looked very nice and overlooked the beach) during our stay. However, the manager upgraded our room so we had somewhere to relax during our stay (which we appreciated).

Very nice pool and beach, not busy at all. The gym was very big and complete. I am not a casino person but all the rest of the hotel was exactly what I needed to rest, have a good spot for work, also workout and enjoy the sunset of SihanoukVille. Had Japanese restaurant and local one with some international food. Everything nice

They didn’t have good transport services support like easy to get a taxi, but always managed through Grab so is not really an inconvenient.

Excellent place to stay in Sihanoukville as very close to ferry for islands, clean, good facilities including great khmer food at restaurant and fantastic staff, especially mr Charly who assisted greatly with making restaurant booking and especially arranging ferry booking and transport for Islands - thank you!

The best staff in Sihanoukville ! Perfect service including transfers to port & trainstation. Special compliments for Ken, his service is outstanding; very friendly and always a quick respond and very helpfull. We loved the pool-area and restaurant too.

It was a perfect night ! After a trip form phom penh, we arrived at the bus station of SihanoukVille and Charly was here to take care of us . He took the time to help us book or next trips and did everything to make sure that we had the best night possible in this beautiful hotel which is really nice and quiet ! Had a challenging vibe, lots of large groups of males, they were all quiet and polite but I felt very aware of their presence.

Sean and the staff were very friendly, they took very good care of us. The cocktails were great, Pink ladies and Ouna Coladas. Also order the Pad Thai for dinner it was amazing. I’m not a gambler so it’s not really my scene. Good for a stop over.

I like about the pool, beach, restaurant, the vibe, the atmosphere and bed.

I had an amazing stay at Queenco with their wonderful amenities, great room and the best assistance. The personnel assigned to me (Mr Charly Tak) was the best, picked me up from the airport and brought me to the pier (free of charge), made sure I had everything I need, led the staff to throw in a little birthday surprised for me while I was having dinner at their amazing restaurant by the beach, and even coordinated for me to the airline when I realized I left something from the airport and to a transport service back to Phnom Penh.

Had I known that this is a great vacation site, I could have booked for longer nights instead of just stopping here on my way to an island.

Breakfast is the best in Sihanukville for European people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel itself is exceptional. Really beautiful. Great location and breakfast was ample. What was exceptional was the staff. Charly (correct spelling) was a real hero and asset of the hotel. I recommend to the Hotel not to loose this guy. He went out of his way to please in every way. Oh, and the dinner was great too!

The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile. The terrace and the pool have stunning views over the ocean. One evening a female DJ was playing some IBIZA-vibes. Sipping on a cocktail, watching the sunset... you can image we had a big smile on our faces.

The hotel is a bit away from the city center, and is surrounded bij buildings that are not yet finished. We understand that COVID has caused a stop in the building process (of Chinese construction companies).

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel, in a prime location, 1min walk from the private beach, and the best beach stretch with white sand and lovely clear water. 3 Restaurants, right on the beach, with shade and lovely scenery of the sea.Can swim, as the sea is so calm. Special thanks to Sean, Charly, Kim Sok Hour, Vanndy, Marith, Chan Seileka, Chrok Chrav I booked this hotel with no research, but when i arrived, i was amazed. Staff are so friendly and such a homely atmosphere. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always at hand to help and go beyond their duties. If you stay in Sihanoukville, Queenco hotel is the place to stay. Outside of the busy and bling bling Sihanoukville, this place is really peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The room are cosy, the bed is very confortable, the swimming pool and the private beach are just amazing. But the best side of my stay was the staff and the service, they are just amazing. I want to say a big thanks to Mr Somros, he make me feel like a special guest during all my stay, always here to know if you need anything and make your stay so easy ! If you need something, Mr somros will exceed your expectations ! I never met someone like him, so professional,so kind…. Is just amazing and thank you again for made my stay a magical stay !

Sean the Manager arranged pick up at the airport and drop off at the ferry the following morning and we did not ask for those. Furthermore we were wondering how to source some of the local Kampot Coffee and Sean very kindly offered to secure for us. And finally arranged transfer to Phnom Penh for us. 6 star service anticipating your needs, graciously with a smile genuine and as Hotel service used to be. Best hotel experience in Cambodia.

The hotel and room were very clean. The bed sheets and pillows are super comfortable and high quality. The BF was very good with nice presentation. I love Cambodian noodles and foods.

Facilities over the road from the hotel

We stayed at the hotel after a week on a nearby island and before flying out to Vietnam. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull, even for elevated Asian standards. So thank you again, Sean and team. Our room was well appointed. We enjoyed an upgrade to a higher floor room with a very nice view. The view from the beachside restaurants and pool is even more lovely, especially around sunset. The two restaurants we tried (the Terrace and Onami) were very decent and left no room to stray. So we can really recommend this hotel if you have to stopp in Sihanoukville for whatever reasons.

The property is divided by a road into 2. Swimming pool , restaurant & Casino are on the beach side & the main building is across. The rooms are big spacious. The breakfast is very good & what better place than the beach to have it. It’s quieter part of the town. The sea is amazing and is great for swimming. Saw lots of family crowd. A great stay.
