The rooms look completely different to the rooms onsite. For three people we was given a room with limited space. They did not do anything to change our stay and we had to leave the hotel room and go elsewhere. They did not even bother refunding us.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2024I picked this hotel only based on my personal needs in the near neighborhood. I would not necessarily recommend it for a visit to Istanbul if you are on a sightseeing tour. They place was clean and the staff was friendly. The room I booked felt extremely small and is definitely not recommendedable for more than 1 person.
