Les chambres sont modernes, bien équipées (clim, salle de bains moderne…) L’emplacement est calme, pas au central London, mais à 15 mins en train de la gare de St Pancras

La fenêtre donnait sur un mur à 10 cm d’écart et elle ne s’ouvrait pas…

Lovely hotel and rooms are spotless, comfy bed! Decent location with good transport links and shops.

Although aircon was in the room it was noisy but without it the room is sweltering. You can feel it in the corridor too.

I was in Room 215 and it was awful. It was at the front and there was no curtain to cover the window above the bed. All night the lights from zebra crossing and lights from house opposite and cars were lighting up the ceiling. Also the quilt was so heavy it was too much for this time of year. There was no other bedding to use. The pillows were like rocks. There was no bathroom mat to stand on after shower . It was not a good experience. When I have been in room 106 it was fine. This room was awful .

We had noise from the room next door, only people talking but quite intrusive when trying to sleep, so the rooms dont seem well sound insulated between rooms, we were in room 109

£780 pounds for 3 nights stay in a twin room. I booked last minute.

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausweichmöglichkeit gebucht, da unser eigentliches Zimmer eine Katastrophe war. Hatte innerhalb weniger Minuten die Bestätigung, dass wir kommen können und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn auch nicht das beste Englisch. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, man hat von den anderen Gästen nichts mitbekommen. Es gibt Stecker für USB-Anschluss, für die man keinen Adapter braucht. Lichtschalter direkt am Bett, es muss also niemand mehr aufstehen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, aber trotzdem einmal á la Carte gefrühstückt, war sehr lecker und man bekommt 20% Rabatt, wenn man im Hotel übernachtet.

Die Klimaanlage hat sich selbst immer wieder umgestellt, mussten auch nachts öfter aufstehen um die Temperatur anzupassen. Auch tagsüber hat sie sich selbst verstellt und es war dann teilweise sehr kalt oder sehr warm, wenn wir zurück ins Zimmer gekommen sind. Es kam jeden Tag das Reinigungspersonal, hat die ersten beide Tage alle Handtücher gewechselt, die anderen Tage dann immer nur noch eines und am vierten oder fünften Tag haben sie den Duschvorleger und ein kleines Handtuch mitgenommen und keine neuen hingelegt, hatten dann also am Ende wesentlich weniger Handtücher als zu Beginn. Durch den Teppichboden war es auch teilweise sehr staubig im Zimmer. Die angegebenen Zeiten für das Restaurant und die Bar haben überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Uns wurde bei Check-In gesagt, Frühstück gibt es bis 13:00, im Restaurant hieß es dann bis 15:00 Uhr (Was ja grundsätzlich gut ist), die Bar hätte bis 23:00 geöffnet sein sollen, auf der Zimmerkarte stand 22:30 und geschlossen hat sie um kurz vor 22:00 Uhr.

The hotel is connected to a restaurant which was really nice. The room was spacious and staff were friendly. Good value for money.

The TV in the rooms advertise a 24 hour bar, however this isn't the case. We contacted reception at about midnight to ask for some drinks and were advised the bar was closed. Rooms near the front do get quite a lot of road noise.

Room was clean and well air conditioned. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. The overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. Clean and lovely decor.

Beds could be a bit bigger, especially when advertised for two people. The toiletries supplied are quite small.

The rooms are very nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel with tasty amazing food.

The room was ice cold when we entered first time. It took some time to get to a comfortable temperature. It was also very noisy, we could hear the road and due to a round window above the bed without any blind or curtain on it it was very light in the room. We didn’t have a great night sleep.

The room including the bathroom was clean and neat, the staff were great and the food at the restaurant was really good. This is a real gem of a hotel, in general everything was really great! I was worried about the location but there are many restaurants within walking distance and very very safe. You can also take buses and taxis to anywhere. Really happy we found this hotel, guests also enjoy a 20% discount when eating at the restaurant.

I am not sure if it possible to take out the soft drinks from the breakfast selection and rather add tea or fresh juice with the coffee that is already on offer. That is the only thing I would change, if you aren't a coffee drinker, its difficult to eat a breakfast with a soft drink. This is when breakfast is included, you need to still pay extra for a fresh juice or a tea.

Location was excellent as it was not too far from railway station. Breakfast was amazing and so well cooked, and evening meal was lovely. Prices for an evening meal are very reasonable, and considering the hotel is in a suburb of London we were expecting prices to be a lot higher. Staff were lovely. Air conditioning in room was so welcome. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Only thing we could think of was the room could have had a long length mirror, as we ladies like to look at the full picture!

The staff always helpful and very friendly. They got to know me and greeted me everytime.

The carpets could do with a deep clean and/or replacements, the smell of dirt was unbearable and I gad to open the window during the heatwave allowing the very noisy and busy road sounds all throughout the night. The bathroom is tiny, the sink is pretty useless as it miniature even to wash the hands. The wardrobe had 2 hangers.

No bell on reception to alert staff we were waiting. Narrow corridor to our room with fire door was slightly tricky to navigate in a wheelchair.

BATHEOOM WAS TOO SMALL AND IN PICTURES SOMETHING ELSE ELEGANT. WE WERE TRAVELLING BECAUSE OF A WEDDING CEREMONY. BUT THERE WAS NOT A WARDROBE.

Chose this hotel via booking.com after reading reviews & looking at the pictures. Arrived late afternoon, chose this hotel so we could attend a concert at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Paid a silly amount of money to stay in a tiny room that had someone’s false eyelashes still on the bathroom floor & stained carpets. The room had no mini bar as advertised. Don’t know whether it was the staff or the neighbours but there was banging noises all night. Not too surprised about paying a silly amount of money because it is London after all & everyone pays to get ripped off but the £15 to park in the tiny car park behind the hotel is an added expense you don’t know until you ask. The reception staff on check in were pleasant enough, however arriving back after the concert the guy on the desk didn’t even lift his head to acknowledge our existence. When we were checking out the man didn’t ask us what room, how was our stay etc just took the key cards. Breakfast was nice but again not the friendliest of services.

The lobby and restaurant look modern, and our room was clean. There is a bus station very close to the hotel. The price per night was reasonable.

The hotel is far from the centre, which we knew before booking, but after 4 days the long trips back and forth became tiring. The windows let in a lot of noise, and the rooms were very small, with just a bed and a bathroom and no extra space. No slippers or fridge are provided. The shower gel bottles are not easy to use, which is something the hotel could simply fix.

The restaurant was good.

The sound proofing was non existent - I could hear the man in the next talking for hours & there snoring all night. The room was located on the ground floor by the stairs so could hear people returning to the hotel all night - not very restful!

Definitely more of a “budget” style property, but the room was clean and front desk was helpful. There were cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom, and a really unpleasant smell in the hallway.

First of all, I want to say a massive thank you to the hotel team for helping us with an urgent early check-in. They really did everything they could to accommodate us, and we truly appreciated it so much. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially the girl at reception — I believe her name was Stefania. A special thank you to her for being so friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout our stay. The room was lovely, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was amazing, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had a really good night’s sleep. In the morning, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious — honestly 10/10. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all excellent. I can genuinely recommend this place and I’m really happy we chose to stay here. Thank you again for such a lovely experience!

Prima kamers, vriendelijk personeel heel lekker ontbijt met verschillende keuzes. In de buurt verschillende winkeltjes en snacks.

Booking gaf prijs aan van 580 euro maar eenmaal ingecheckt vroeg men 755 euro. Upgrade kamer zonder overleg en verhoogde prijs. Nadat we dit aanklaagden zou men 105 euro terugbetalen. We zijn benieuwd......

The room looked like it needed a lick of paint. The bathroom sink tap wasn't properly secured and wobbled from side to side. The room is on quite a busy road.

Nothing, we expected more noise from previous reviews but considering its on the high street it was perfectly fine.

Szép, modern, csendes és tiszta volt. Egy kitűnő étterem is tartozik hozzá. A közelben több buszmegálló is található. Könnyen megközelíthető a belváros.

Az ágy sajnos nekünk kényelmetlen és kicsi volt, mind szélességben, mind hosszúságban.
