Dir sehr gute Lage.
Everything. The room. The staff. Especially the staff. They were incredibly helpful, courteous and professional.

Clean, neat, air conditioned, good location for cruises looking for a spot for the night
Stairs up to the room. Not good for people with luggage and disabilities
The room was very nice, as you would expect from a 'boutique' hotel. It had all of the usual amenities with very nice toiletries, towels, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with some fabulous local produce. The fruit bowel contained enough to feed a whole colony of bats...
There was a little noise from above as there are flats on the floors above, however once the staff were made aware a call was made and it quieted down.
Room was small but the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and large enough.
The Booking.com listing lists "Parking" under "Most Popular Facilities." When we arrived, however, we were told that the hotel had only 6 parking places for all the guests, and that they were all taken. The closest parking was 15 minutes away. The receptionist blamed us for not searching the hotel website to find the fine print that stated that parking was largely unavailable unless reserved days in advance. After 45 minutes spent searching for parking and dragging our luggage across town, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. At the restaurant, we chose to have 5 appetizers for our dinner, expecting them to be served in courses. Instead, all dishes were brought at the same time, too many to fit on the table or for the warm dishes to stay hot for the duration of the meal. Once again, we were blamed for not directing that the food be served in sequences, which should be obvious in any fine dining establishment. First the server said that we should not have requested them all at once. When we told him that was not correct, the waitress said, "Well, in England, the appetizers are always served at the same time." I live in London, and have never been served this way. To add insult to injury, the GBP 200+ bill included a GBP 25 "service charge." With both the parking and the restaurant, had the staff apologized and accepted responsibility, we could be more forgiving. To blame the guests, however, is unacceptable.
Everything about this place is excellent. From check in to check out everything was handled with care.
Nothing.
Great spot and lovely rooms.

Beautiful, luxurious room.Gorgeous bathroom with glass shower and heated towel racks. They even provide robes and slippers. Close to the port .
No elevator.. so this isn't handicap accessible. Be aware you will be hauling ing your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Altho staff would offer to help. If that's okay with you and something you can manage..this place is a dream.
The hotel was in a perfect location, with parking, for our cruise departure the following morning. Front of house and bar staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The bar area was a great meeting place, and the room was exceptional. I had asked for a quiet room, and they came up trumps! Couldn't fault the hotel and front of house staff at all. I had been given really good directions to the hotel, once we got to Southampton, as the parking is around the back and would have been difficult to navigate.
We had booked dinner for 7pm and had invited a friend, who lived locally, to join us. The restaurant staff were not at all welcoming or pleasant, and we realised we had become invisible, from the moment they seated us in the most remote part of the restaurant. Service was appalling and the staff had no manners. The dinner was really disappointing too. I couldn't eat my main course due to the amount of fat and grissle. I expressed my disappointment at the time and was met with confusion and disbelief! To cut a long story short, had the hotel side of our stay not met our expectations, the review would have received barely one star. We received 20% off the final bill and a further amount for the spoiled meal. The one and only consolation.
Well located for our cruise.
No lift but we were aware and our room only on the first floor.
The hotel was beautiful, smallish with a intimate feel. Our room was comfortable, quiet and the bed was a dream to sleep in. The breakfast was fabulous . We ate dinner in the restaurant and everything was cooked to perfection
We found our parking place difficult to find
Close to Queen Mary 2 terminal for embarkation
Acomodação ótima e serviço excelente.
service from staff was excellent
need lifts
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, room style and cleanliness and food.
Parking was limited.
Very, very comfortable, really high quality furnishings, really nice bathroom, towels, robes, excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner, friendly staff.
Great hotel - met all our needs.
Very clean and comfortable. Large shower. The room was spacious. The restaurant was great as was the staff. A great experience.
No elevator but it wasn’t a problem.
Nice atmosphere, very boutique like, clean
No elevator, dinner was just okay. One dinner server not very friendly. Breakfast was good, service was good.
Excellent location if you are using it as a base the night before a cruise. The onsite restaurant is also very good
There is no lift for those thinking of booking with any sort of mobility issues
Perfect location prior to boarding cruise ship. Quiet. Great sized bathroom. Polite, friendly, and attentive staff
There is no lift at this location which wasn't a problem for us but may cause issues for older guests although the staff offered to carry suitcases upstairs
We loved our stay at Ennios. We were only in town for one night for a gig and wished we could have stayed longer! The bed was really comfortable, the air con was excellent and the room is general was spotless and really felt cosy. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it’s right in the Old part of the town so lots of medieval architecture to admire within a few minutes.
Nothing!
Beautiful very comfortable unique and quietroom with delicious dinner & breakfast downstairs, excellent staff & easy walk to the cruise terminal.
nothing
Great location for seeing the old town and also access to the port.

Fabulous rooms near everything
Rooms were lovely with good bathroom facilities. The decor was very fitting for the age of the building 😊
The parking was very tight and had to wait whilst a car was moved to accommodate pre-booked space.
Combo of restaurant and hotel
Men’s bathroom ran out of toilet paper
The location. The bar/restaurant.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing food.

Goed hotel vlakbij cruise-terminal. Goed restaurant. Makkelijk parkeren. Prima locatie vlakbij centrum stad.
Location was great. You could literally walk everywhere. There is a ferry terminal across the street, shopping is less than a mile away. Convenient restaurant on the main floor of the hotel or you can choose to walk to one if you like.
I arrived at the hotel at 8 am and there was no one there. I had informed them that I would be arriving very early and I was told check in is at 3 pm but my bags could be stored on until then. Fortunately, I had a very caring taxi driver who helped me find a storage facility for my bags until I could check in. Never was I told they are not open that early. Its a nice place just dont go before 9 am.
Lovely air conditioned room - much appreciated on a hot day. Nice touches such as choice of tea bags and lots more. Even though my room faced the road it was quiet - no need to open the windows with it having a/c. Very helpful staff (though I didn’t eat there but have no doubt I would have been equally impressed with them).
Nothing - it was a great hotel for the night.
The location to catching a cruise was good.
There isn't much to explore in the area.
Really central and close to cruise terminal
Stayed a night before leaving on a cruise. Loved the whole ambience of the building, quirky room layout to accommodate the buildings heritage. Lovely room amenities and food was excellent.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Absolute gem of a Hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. It is positioned right along the docks. Perfect for catching a cruise!
This hotel is beautiful……loved everything about it.
Only stayed one night
Air conditioning was great in such heat., Immaculate room, enormous shower with beautiful seperate shampoo condtioner, bodywash etc. Towels soft and fluffy. Hairdyer powerful. Excellent coffee etc in room. Mini bar in room too although didnt avail. Bed comfortable and soft pillows and duvet. They carried our cases up to our room. Convenient to ferry town etc.they supply an umbrella for use and return or buy. There's ear plugs & slippers And a double charging wireless phone charger. Lots of little extras that makes it extra special. Pub and restaurant down stairs.
Nothing overly, its close to a busy road, but there is even ear plugs in drawer. I bring my own so not an issue for me.
Staff were friendly and the room was lovely.
Thr heating on full blast in the bathroom when the westher outside was at an all time high of over 30 degrees.
The hotel was very good and location was great for walking to the ship we were boarding.
The room we had was on the main road and very noisy when we opened the window. It was a very hot day so needed it open.
The location next to the IOW ferry. Very comfortable and well equipped room.
Nothing.
Comfortable, welcoming staff
Air con noise in Bachus room
Although there was some confusion with our room assignment during check-in, Dan went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We really appreciate his help and the efforts of the entire team. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel well taken care of. The room was in an excellent location, and it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with exceptional restaurant. A couple of items to consider, no elevator/lift if you have cases etc. All bedrooms accessible only by stairs. Limited parking in alley way behind hotel. Had to wait for someone to leave so we could park, only 6 spaces, then have to walk around to the front to enter hotel.
I stayed in the Neptune room. At 3am someone in the floor above was walking / banging around for about an hour. I tried to go upstairs, and downstairs to reception (unmanned). I’m assuming the second floor is a staff flat or similar.
no ocupamos los servicios de comida, solo café La pieza excelente aunque era en un segundo piso sin ascensor lo que complicó considerando la edad y agilidad de mis padres
que no tuviera ascensor
Very high quality, quiet (we had a room at the back) and clean accommodations. Great location for a pre cruise pit stop.

Great
Lovely property with historic significance

Rooms were cozy and well-appointed, and the dockside location can’t be beat. Best of all, though, is the wonderful Italian restaurant downstairs.
Seriously, everything was great.
Perfect Location. Clean. Staff v helpful. Great food
Nothing
No tween room, lauder, no lift,
Clean and tidy. Good large room and great location.
No lifts to upper floor. Had to carry my heavy case up narrow stairs. My room had a boiler behind a locked door that supplied the hotel that made a noise most of the night.
Great location, historic property tastefully modernized. Very nice restaurant.
The rooms were very nicely set up and extremely comfortable.
Nothing.
Fantastic place to stay. Second visit never disappointed

Good size room, clean with good bed and bathroom. Walking distance to the city centre.
Location for cruise poor with bookable parking was excellent. Quality of and cleanliness of rooms. Restaurant on site was good quality.
Price of restaurant was a little on the high side.
Excellent quality accommodation and location
Service charge already applied, food maybe a little overpriced compared to others in the area, real shame
Spacious and comfortable room. Bed was comfy and room was quiet, so had a great night's sleep. Good tea and coffee making facilities, appreciated the decaf tea and coffee options. Breakfast was delicious and good range of options to suit all tastes.
Couldn't find a way to turn off the heated towel rail in the bathroom, which in a heatwave made the bathroom a bit uncomfortable. Not a big issue though, as otherwise a really great stay.
Centrally located, lovely boutique hotel with fabulous restaurant. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble
Nothing not to like!
Great air con bed and shower. Staff are very helpful.
No TV in bar
The room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We arrived in a heat wave ( 38°C in Southampton )and our room was fully air-conditioned, which was a huge bonus.
The mini bar was very expensive. Had the drinks been a little cheaper we would have used the mini bar. The restaurant looked very inviting but again was a little expensive for an overnight stay and light meal.
Very clean and tidy with good access for ferry. Staff were very helpful and accommodating
Noisy by road. Will ask for room at back if staying again. No parking.
El restaurante muy bueno
todo bien
Everything
Nothing
Everything to my expectation. The bedroom was just the right size. The on suite bathroom was beautiful and spacious. all mod cons. clean towels. the room was right infant of the Harbour . nice view.
I could see why a lift to the first floor would be impossible because of the make of the building. but there was not too many steps to the first floor.
Great location and very comfortable and clean room
Spacious clean room, close to Southampton Cruise Terminal, Ferry and shopping area. Hotel has a restaurant or there are restaurants and eateries close by.
We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to the building.
Service.. location.. parking .. cleanest..
Leaving..
Nice rooms
Very expensive evening meals menu far too fancy, decided to walk out into town and find some food which would be more sensible. Following morning decided to take breakfast full English breakfast was poor for this price you would have expected high quality bacon and sausage but they failed. Even the continental breakfast was not the best, only thing going for this place is the location.
Close to docks. Unique property
Nothing
Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with a first class breakfast. Situated right on the quayside and easy walking distance around what the Luftwaffe missed of the old town. Parking on site, but check ahead for exact directions as, once you miss it, there's a jolly jaunt round the one way system!
Excellent hotel, good quality, very clean, lovely staff, fabulous food.
Door to the hotel rooms upstairs is loud when it shuts with a bang, which was loud in our room.
Everything 😂
Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival and during our stay. Fantastic wine selection at the bar. Premium and modern decor in the room. Exceptional, high-end, beautifully-presented breakfast.
Hotel is located on a busy road but the double-glazing in our harbour front room did filter out the noise so it wasn't an issue. Room rate for 1 night was quite high but it reflected the fact we were staying over after Take That concert. We would want to stay again and appreciate the price would be a lot lower if there is not something on in the city.
We have visited Ennios previously for Valentines and birthday meals - decided to try the Sunday roast yesterday with some friends, for a joint anniversary and birthday treat. Absolutely did not disappoint - all the meats were cooked perfectly, vegetables were spot on - lovely crispy roast potatoes and the cauliflower cheese was amazing. The prices are reasonable too considering the amount of food you get, and the quality of it. My partner is a very fussy roast dinner critic and he couldn't fault a single thing. The service was excellent as always - attentive and polite. We absolutely love Ennios, cannot recommend it enough.
very good location for what we wanted, close to town centre, good parking, and easy to get to cruise terminal.
Not in the hotels control but more traffic noise that expected
We loved staying at Ennios Boutique Hotel. As it was our wedding anniversary we splurged a bit on a nice hotel and it was everything we could have asked for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a huge modern bathroom and we loved the view from our room looking over to the ferry. Also had a special evening meal.
Nothing really. The stairs were a bit steep and might have been a wee problem for us with 2 heavy cases but the friendly staff took both our heavy cases up without us asking. No problem.. Also helped us in the morning to carry same down.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable & clean.
The breakfast sausage was a bit bland and black pudding was sweet?
Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, very good location. Breakfast was very good, freshly prepared, served to tables. Dinner in the restaurant was nice, good food but a bit pricey. Very helpful staff.
Parking near the hotel was an issue - but this might be just a bad luck with that specific weekend.
The lovely room. Delicious food in the restaurant and very welcoming staff.
Nothing
Beautiful hotel. Well designed . Easy access for a cruise
Bed was soft. Personal choice, but prefer a firmer mattress
Location .. clean.. friendly staff.
Everything met my requirements
Great
No lift
Room was of a high standard Staff and evening restaurant were as always exceptional
Breakfast was overpriced and not to expected standard
A brilliant place to stay and would thoroughly recommend x
Quality hotel, rooms lovely. Restaurant excellent. Pleasant staff.
No lift.
A bathtub would have been lovely
Staff were nice
The pillows were uncomfortable, the mini bar in the bedroom wasn’t free, and breakfast wasn’t included
