La localización, muy bien comunicado con metro y autobús a un paso. El servicio es excelente, la.housekeeper muy amable y atenta.

Baño fuera de la habitación al que hay que ir por escaleras, incómodo para personas mayores (viajábamos con una). Desayuno podría ser más variado incluyendo otras chacinas, aguacate, salmón, otros tipos de queso... Sobre todo tiene pan y cereales. El metro hace ruido al pasar, incómodo para problemas de sueño.

La camera e soprattutto il bagno erano davvero grandi, cosa da non sottovalutare a Londra. Era fornita di tutto il necessario e molto pulita. La metro è letteralmente a 100 metri dalla struttura.

Tutto. La struttura è molto vicina alla metro e in un quartiere tranquillo. Ampie le due stanze comunicanti e anche se il bagno privato non si trova al piano, non è stato un disagio. Colazione ottima e davvero molto gentili Sian e Kim.

Servicio: personalizado de la propietaria, desde el momento de hacer la reservación. Ubicación: a una cuadra de la estación de metro. Desayuno: variado. Habitación: limpia y amplia, buenas amenidades.

Al haber una onda de calor, la habitación se sentía muy caliente. Aunque la habitación contaba con ventilador, no fue suficiente para refrescarla.

Great breakfast with lovely lady. Great gluten free & vegan options. Rooms were spacious and light. Fans provided. Host responds fast and is very accommodating with any issues during the stay. The location is amazing, right next to a station on the Northern Line & Walking distance to Oval & Elephant and Castle. Shops nearby & cash point. We booked a parking space on Just Park that was opposite B&B and very easy to find/park (I have an SUV). Big shout out to the lady doing the breakfast who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for my family (half of which don't speak english). Keys were easy to locate in a keybox and allowed us to check in when we were ready without providing an expected time as we were driving from Stansted. We had an issue whilst staying and the host provided a resolution immediately. House is beautiful and a true English townhouse if you are trying to give a first impression of London (which we were to my parents-in-law) thank you very much Sian!

Only issues we had were the bath wasn't clean upon arrival, the shower leaked on the floor through the glass, and the bath was hard to drain (required a tool which Sian very quickly told us was in the room and how to locate it). Please be aware that there are steep steps if you are traveling with mobility problems and that parking is additional and you must find it yourself.

Good location and so close to the tube station. A great little B&B and such a comfortable room. Would definitely return.

Highly recommend to have a morning cup of coffee in the property garden. Host Sian was very accomodating. We wanted an early breakfast and she explained access to the fridge, the rations and explained the equipment in the kitchen for us to fix the breakfast ourselves. This was very helpful. Also the B&B is next door to the UG station of Kennington making it very easy to commute.

Ein absolut nettes, familiäres B&B. Sauber, toll gelegen und der Betreiber ist absolut zuvorkommend! Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Sehr aufmerksam bei der Buchung, vorab viele Details erklärt. Der Schlüssel passte am Anfang wegen der Wärme nicht und wurde gleich ein Tipp gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und vielseitig

Leider war das Zimmer im 3.Stock unterm Dach, sehr warm. Ich spreche als Frau " ein Spiegel auf die Vorderfläche des Schrank wäre besser man musste sich förmlich verrenken um seitlich etwas zu sehen "

Estaria bé tenir algun aparell per a fer passar la calor, ventiladors grans i/o aire acondicionat.

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch im Londoner West End, das Zimmer war groß, die Betten bequem, das Frühstück lecker. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gepäck Aufbewahrung war gut organisiert. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Il prezzo è un po alto ma vale quello che si paga

Gentilissima la signora durante la colazione e pronta ad ogni richiesta. Si respirava aria di casa. Comodissimo alla metropolitana e relativamente vicino a tutti i punti d'interesse.

Il bagno fuori della stanza è un disagio non da poco; inoltre mancava un frigo all'interno della stanza. La tv non aveva alcun canale italiano; le camere molto belle e spaziose, ma necessitavano sicuramente di manutenzione. Non c'era alcun climatizzatore ma un ventilatore per altro rumoroso che di notte doveva essere spento. Non si riusciva a fare buio pertanto al mattino la luce entrava già dalle prime ore; se si aprivano le tende eri in vista all'esterno.

Fantastic customer service and communication from Sian who really helped to make our stay straight-forward and comfortable. Great location, clean room with plenty of space for bags and getting ready etc and nice powerful shower. Sorry didn’t catch her name but the lady serving at breakfast was lovely too. All in all exactly what we needed and we would stay here again.

To be really fussy the room could have done with another mirror as there was only one in the bathroom but that’s minor!

It is quite basic, you get what you pay for but was perfect for my needs.

L'hôtel étant situé sur un axe passant, les chambres côté rue sont un peu bruyantes.

Sem ser nada de especial por vezes sente-se um barulho do metro pois a estação é muito próxima o que se torna também importante para chegar a qualquer ponto de Londres em poucos minutos.

A quelques pas d’une des lignes de métro les plus utiles pour les touristes, très bon petit-déjeuner, une hôte très sympathique et qui parle français.

Maison typiquement anglaise donc des escaliers étroits, attention à la tailles des valises. Si la chambre donne sur la rue un peu bruyant ; mais si elle donne sur le jardin c’est calme.

B&B in buona posizione vicino a stazione metro ma volendo si arriva in pieno centro a piedi in 35 minuti. Stanza arredata con stile molto carina,pulizia ok. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia. Staff gentile e disponibile.

L'unica cosa per essere pignolo l'insonorizzazione della camera può essere migliorata.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, fel perc séta a metró, sok minden található az utcájában és nagyon szép tiszta volt.

Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft und die Nähe zur U-Bahn, 1 Minute zu Fuß.

Nebenan ist noch ein Raum, der aber nicht zu uns gehörte und mit einer Zwischentür getrennt war. Dort waren ab und zu Menschen und hatten spät Abends versucht die Zwischentür zu uns zu öffnen.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Das gesamte Team war super nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück richtig lecker und die Zimmer sowie das Bad angenehm groß. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: U-Bahn, Bus und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und schnell erreichbar.

Es handelt sich zwar eher um familienfreundliche Etagen als um klassische Familienzimmer, was für uns aber völlig in Ordnung war. Einzig die Matratzen sind leider schon sehr durchgelegen – hier wäre ein Austausch für den Schlafkomfort toll. Wenn die Matratzen erneuert werden, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Man hört etwas die Fahrzeuge und die Ubahn, aber ist nicht zu extremst- im Fall der Fälle es gibt Ohrstöpsel.

Colazione ottima e abbondante. Bagno per le camere del piano terra fuori dalla camera, comunque privato. Posizione strategica a 50mt dalla metropolitana.

Buona parte dei prodotti della colazione erano preconfezionati, niente panificati freschi. Sempre presenti però yogurt, frutta, cereali e succhi. Nel complesso più che positivo.

Excellente communication en amont via la messagerie booking. Très arrangeant, possibilité de prendre les chambres dès qu'elles sont prêtes, de déposer les sacs, brefs, super com. Sur place, l'hôtel se trouve à la sortie du métro face à un petit supermarché dans un quartier calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables. Très propre, rien à redire. Enfin, last but not least, c'est bien la première fois en 30 ans que je prends un bon petit déjeuner à Londres. Buffet bien garni, produits très corrects, dans une petite salle à manger agréable.

Pour un week-end, nous n'emportons jamais de shampoing et gel douche pensant toujours en trouver sur place, là ce ne fut pas le cas mais ce n'est pas bien grave.

B&B situato in un quartiere tranquillo di Londra veramente a due passi dalla fermata della linea Northern della metro londinese (comoda per spostarsi in tutte le zone di Londra). Stanza ampia e pulita con bagno privato spazioso dotato di una comoda doccia. Colazione a buffet varia e fresca tutte le mattine e staff gentilissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri per il prossima viaggio a Londra 😊

La struttura è a 73 passi contati dalla metro, la colazione è completa di molte referenze. Manca qualche dolce tipo muffin o plum-cake o croissant ma si può fare una bellissima colazione lo stesso. La nostra stanza era incredibile, una favola. Il bagno è immenso e la stanza è calda e confortevole. E’ pulita, silenziosa meravigliosa. Bisogna solo considerare che si deve avere una buona deambulazione, ci sono molte scale strette e irte ma se non ci sono problemi motori questi è una vera favola.

Il mio soggiorno a Londra è stato davvero piacevole! La struttura era molto pulita e situata in una zona comoda, facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla linea nera (Northern Line) della metro. Le camere erano esattamente come me le aspettavo: pulite, confortevoli e accoglienti. Il punto di forza, però, è sicuramente la colazione — davvero ricca e abbondante, con tante opzioni per iniziare bene la giornata!

Le uniche piccole note negative (ma davvero marginali) sono il rumore della metro che si percepisce leggermente la notte e il fatto che, pur essendo privato, il bagno non è direttamente collegato alla stanza, quindi bisogna fare un piccolo tratto di scale e corridoio per raggiungerlo.

Top floor room has a strange design, like a closet space. Room is still comfortable and has a great big bathroom, just has a strange feel to it.

L emplacement près du métro L hôte très sympa et parle très bien français.. La possibilité de prendre un café ou un thé en cuisine à tout heure. On se sent comme chez soi .

La proximité de la station de métro Kennington. La chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

La double chambre en famille donc double lit comporte une salle de bain et un wc mais pas proche de la chambre. Il faut sortir passer par le couloir et escalier (qui mène aussi à la salle du petit déjeuner) pour atteindre la salle de bain. Ce qui est un peu dérangeant notamment si vous devez aller aux toilettes en pleine nuit. Ou si vous voulez aller vous laver au moment ou d’autres locataires descendent prendre leur petit déjeuner.

Breakfast is a bit simple, its good and enough, fresh egs, toaster and fruit. But everyday the same. Fresh bread or croissants would make it much better.
