The rooms on side of the road are not soundproofed, so for the ones who don’t sleep deeply, it’s a lil bit uncomfortable but for the rest everything was perfect

The hotel is in a great location! The pool is wonderful with a bar area. The attached restaurant is fabulous, the food is amazing and the buffet breakfast is great! The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable! But the biggest reason we keep returning to the same hotel is the staff! You will not meet more friendly,accommodating, and genuine people who treat you like family! 10/10 service!

Showers a bit tight fit but no biggy

Tegenvallend verblijf. Het hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe. Dit kwam zo niet over op de foto's van booking.com. Ik kan niet begrijpen dat dit zo'n hoge score behaald. Maar niet alles is negatief: mooi zwembad, vriendelijk personeel, zwembadhanddoeken ter beschikking, airco, ijskast op de kamer, kluisje op de kamer, alle dagen propere handdoeken, mooi terras met 2 zeteltjes en wasrekje. Veel restaurants op loopafstand.

Veel beschadigingen aan muren en kasten. Zaken op een andere plaats bevestigd en de vorige gaten zitten er nog. Douche met veel schimmels. Muffe geur op de kamer. Veel lawaai in de gangen en verdiep erboven. Rustig slapen kon niet. Kussens van ontbijtzaal tot op de draad versleten. Alsook de ligbedkussens aan het zwembad. Het ontbijt is niet smakelijk. Eieren worden ter plaatse gebakken, maar het vet loopt dan van de pan in het bord en wordt dan wat afgeluisterd met een servet. Pannen worden ter plaatse proper gewreven en het restant van ei valt dan op de grond. Jammer.

Il personale è stato davvero gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile, sia di persona sia tramite messaggi. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e, già prima del nostro arrivo, ci hanno organizzato un tour esattamente secondo le nostre richieste. Dovendo partire molto presto al mattino, ci hanno anche preparato un box con la colazione da asporto. Acqua in bottiglia sempre disponibile e offerta dalla struttura. Abbiamo inoltre ricevuto in omaggio un massaggio di mezz’ora presso un centro convenzionato davvero molto bello. Nel complesso, l’attenzione verso l’ospite è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel.

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che migliorerei. All’arrivo ci è stata richiesta una cauzione per la camera, da versare in contanti: 400.000 rupie, 50 euro oppure 50 dollari. Non ero stata informata prima e la richiesta mi ha colta di sorpresa. Considerando che alcuni elementi della camera, come le ante degli armadi, erano piuttosto vecchi e usurati, ho vissuto il soggiorno con un po’ di apprensione per il timore che potessero essere contestati danni già presenti. Anche il tour organizzato prevedeva una durata di 8 ore, con un supplemento di 150.000 rupie per ogni ora aggiuntiva. La condizione mi era stata comunicata, ma personalmente ho trovato più comoda la formula utilizzata da altre strutture, con un prezzo fisso per l’intera giornata, soprattutto considerando il traffico di Bali e i tempi di percorrenza difficilmente prevedibili. Infine, il servizio di trasferimento da e per l’aeroporto proposto dall’hotel mi è sembrato piuttosto costoso rispetto alle alternative disponibili: Grab o i taxi prenotabili tramite Booking risultavano sensibilmente più economici.

Хочу сказать огромное спасибо команде Lavalon за наш прекрасный отдых! Это место покорило нас с первой минуты. Персонал здесь не просто работники, а настоящие друзья, которые знают свое дело. Неоднократно нас выручала администратор Ратих — всегда на связи, помогла решить не одну проблему за считанные минуты, при этом улыбка не сходит с ее лица. В номерах поддерживается безупречная чистота: постельное белье меняют каждый день, а сотрудники по уборке номеров работают незаметно и аккуратно. Территория небольшая, но чувствуется, что за ней следят с душой — всё цветет и радует глаз. Вишенка на торте — это ресторан: еда просто пальчики оближешь, все свежее, порции большие. Расположение удобное: до океана 7-10 минут пешком по приятной дороге. Рекомендую всем, кто ценит уют и человеческое отношение!

На наш взгляд недостатков не было.

Didnt like the fact that quite a few people watching afl n one lady wanted to watch nrl so they accomadated her n moved us from the smoking area to the non smoking area but told me i could smoke there because it suited them.

This is a little gem in the heart of Legian area. Outstanding value for money, good breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, massage places, tattoo parlours etc.

Nothing worth mentioning. If you’re looking for a comfy no frills stay and you want something reasonably priced, look no further.

Great location, as we have been there 2 previous times for a walk to the beach or Garlic Lane. The pool is always good and well managed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and clean

We found that some of the good restaurants we used to go to are no longer there because they have closed. The staff were previously 10/10, but this time not as attentive and would score 7/10. The breakfast is simple but could be improved with changes during the week. There were also a lot of children and not school holidays, with a large group that made a lot of noise.

Huge number of things. 1. Wifi did not work in my room. 2. Unclean 3. Only one key, so can’t use electricity while out to charge my stuff (laptop, phone, charger) and they refused to give me extra one only one key per room. 4. Staff and manger were not helpful. 5. When you have a shower it leaks thru the whole bathroom due to bad design. Spoke to manager about my issues with the room, she just gave excuses. At end of the conversation I asked her one simple question “during this whole talk you never once asked how we could fix these issues for me as a customer” she was dumb founded, she still did not help with any the issues. And to top it all off I asked for ice for my drinks, they stated $3 AUD for ice and $5AUD for room service fee. Overall really bad experience I am aware it was good value for money but when you don’t get looked after as a customer it’s not good.

as always the staff make the stay worthwhile, they are just delightful and always helpful. the location is fantastic and the facilities are good.

some more work on maintenance is needed and please get new kettles.

Les chambres sont modernes et assez bien équipées mais le vieillissement commence à faire son effet (usure des meubles, évacuations d'eau moins efficaces) Excellent rapport qualité/prix Nombreux commerces autour de l'hôtel mais ceux-ci sont surtout des salons de massage ou de tatouage ! Personnel d'une très grande gentillesse mais la réception n'est pas toujours serviable (refus de prendre en charge mes cartes postales déjà timbrées ; la poste n'ouvrait qu'à 10 heures et je quittais l'hôtel à 9 heures) La cuisine est bonne au restaurant avec des prix compétitifs (par rapport aux restaurants des alentours). Il est avantageux d'y prendre ses repas si on supporte le bruit des téléviseurs La piscine, située au milieu de l'hôtel, est assez longue pour qu'on puisse y nager mais elle génère beaucoup de bruit vers les chambres qui donnent toutes sur elle La plage est à cinq minutes à pied mais il s'agit d'une plage pour surfeurs (nombreux rouleaux), pas vraiment pour baigneurs

J'ai effectué cette année deux séjours de 4 nuits en août avant et après un séjour à Ubud. J'avais beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel en 2026 où j’avais effectué également deux séjours mais, cette fois, je l'ai trouvé beaucoup trop bruyant en raison d'une clientèle sans grande éducation. Cet hôtel favorise largement une clientèle australienne populaire et cela se ressent : diffusion permanente dans la salle de restaurant de matchs de rugby en continu et avec le son très fort, politique de prix favorisant l'achat de bouteilles de bière par cinq unités à la fois, piscine transformée en fumoir, irrespect des horaires nocturnes de tranquillité (il a fallu faire appel à la réception pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre)

Le petit déjeuner était assez varié et bon, le personnel est assez sympathique.

La chambre 221 est infesté de punaises de lit ! Nous avons dû changer 2 fois de chambre c’est inadmissible, de plus aucun geste commercial a été effectué le personnel c’est tout simplement excuser. Sans oublier que à début le personnel voyait pas le problème, franchement ayant déjà eu des punaises c’est un véritable cauchemar c’est un scandale !!!!

Location was horrendous, noise 24/7 especially if you had an outer room, like 222 to 231, the beds were like sleeping on a wooden plane, the pillows were like rocks and yes l know the Balinese motel beds a firmer than Australia but this was hard and yes we paid about 78 a night but the price shouldn't matter as l went on the photos and description and the reviews then price and the last thing was the pool area l felt like l was intruding not because of staff but because if other patrons

It’s was so lovely to stay here, we took our 2 kids and they loved the little kiddy pool was such a lovely size, the location is just what we love right in the heart of Legian which is lovely, the rooms were nice and clean all the time and the staff were exceptional. Have already booked to go back

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et à proximité des commerces. La piscine est très chouette pour les enfants. Nous avions 2 chambres communicantes ce qui est très pratique avec de jeunes enfants. Le petit déjeuner est complet et le personnel très agréable. Nous étions agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hôtel pour le prix de la chambre.

L’isolation au niveau de la porte est quasi inexistant et le bruit de la rue la nuit donne l’impression qu’il n’y a pas de porte ou qu’elle est ouverte. Les boules quies sont une bonne idée. Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule carte par chambre. Cela ne permet pas de laisser la climatisation en marche quand on s’absente pour pouvoir rentrer dans une chambre fraîche.

Kamers op de 4e niet aan de straatzijde. Dus beperkt lawaai. Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Wel een beetje Australische enclave 😀
