Первое, что бросилось в глаза — это удобное расположение отеля. До центра города было легко добраться, и вокруг было много интересных мест для прогулок. Номер был просторным и уютным, с современным дизайном и всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Лучший вид с террасы, все супер!

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Personal ungewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. ht.

Einzig was ich bemängle ist das das Apartement um den Preis besser erhalten werden müsste. Dinge die kaputt werden sollten sofort repariert werden. Schimmel in der Dusche geht gar nicht. Auch erwarte ich mir eine besser ausgestatte Küche und nicht nur 4 Gläser und 4 Teller

الموقع والاطلالة خياليه الشقة كبيرة وفيه جلسات خارجية حلوة وشرحه واطلالتها على البحر مباشرة من جميع الاتجاهات

بعض التفاصيل بالشقة تحتاج صيانة والأثاث نوعا ما قديم والمناشف وأغطية الأسرة تحتاج اهتمام اكثر

الجناح كان جدا جميل وفخم وباطلالة بانوراميه على المارينا قريب منه منطقة مطاعم وكافيهات .

ينقص فقط موظفين الاستقبال حيث انني حظرت ولم اجد الا موظف وغحد فقط وايضا تم تأخيري بالدخول للجناح حيث انني لم ادخل الا الساعه ٣ والنصف .

The location

Этот отель - тайная жемчужина гигантского мегаполиса. Великолепное расположение в настоящем оазисе у моря, всего в 10-12 евро на такси от старого города с его толпами туристов и суетой. Отель окружен отличными ресторанами, они прямо в шаговой доступности. Но в этой жемчужине была еще одна - наш апартамент на третьем, последнем этаже. Даже для семьи из шести человек он был огромен. Гостиная метров в сто и такая же волшебная терраса с неповторимым видом на Мраморное море. Три отличных спальни, две душевых, три туалета, две гардеробных, кухня. И все это за вменяемые деньги. При этом ежедневный быстрый и внимательный клининг, очень профессиональный портье на рецепции да плюсом ко всему - бассейны в соседнем Шератоне, доступные гостям нашего отеля. Описание номера и отеля и на половину не отражает его достоинств. К тому же весь отель - это 5-6 апартаментов. Мы за 4 дня ни разу не увидели соседей. Из такого домика совсем иначе воспринимается Стамбул.

Есть пара мелочей. Очень мало посуды и приборов на кухне. В душе всегда идет горячая вода, холодной не удается добиться.

Top Lage, Super Aussicht, Zentral aber Das beste ist das Personal, von Empfang bis Zimmerreinung einfach Spitze. Das gibt es leider nicht mehr so oft. Zu jeder tageszeit, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jedenfall Sehr Empfehlenswert.

lokacija je odlična, uz obalu mora, mirno, bezbedno, u samoj marini su prijatni restorani....na par stotina metara, čim predjete pasarelom na drugu stranu brze saobraćajnice, u centru ste dešavanja... sve je blizu

imate kuhinju, ali nemate baš ništa od opreme za kuhinju... verovatno iz higijenskih razloga, ali to mi je bilo neobično...svakako ništa bitno

Все понравилось: расположен в яхт-клубе с шикарным видом из окна, ежедневная уборка в номере, чисто и тихо. Огромная терраса. Диван в зале раскладывается. Парковка большая на улице. Рядом метро.

Набор на кухне минимальный, есть плита но готовить не на чем, ничего не разогреть. Чайник бракованный был в номере. Воду в душе сложно настроить.

Nice and excellent sea view, large rooms and new and clean

The kitchen is not supplied by essential tools , spoons , no microwave , the airconditioner is very hot and not adjusted to appropriate temperature even by staff

Beautiful location big apartmens, amazing Bosphorus views with floor to ceiling windows.

Could a have a bit of retouch and one of apartments definitely need curtains as the blind let in quite a bit of light in mornings.

Location in a very nice and quiet areas with great restaurants, staff and size of the apartment were excellent. Not very far from city centre by taxi 20 minutes

Excellent kitchen with white wares but kitchen gears like pots pans and all small things for self cooking were lacking.

Location and size of the apartment excellent view and kind staff We were 9 people from 3 different countries and leaved in 2 penthouse apartments. Everybody had great vacation crossing this property.

Probably was not maintained, was not clean, things such as TVs, toilets did not work properly and it was a water leak in bedroom when it was raining.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Lage ist super .

Konumu harikaydı, çalışanlar güzel yüzlü ve iyiydi ama sanırım imkanları yoktu.

Odalar ilk bakışta düzenli gibi duruyor ama çok pisti, hatta pislik içindeydi. Yatak altları, eşya altları, dolap içleri gerçek manada çok kirliydi. Kendimi çok değersiz hissettim. Ayrıca, birkaç başka odalara da geçtiğimiz halde klozet rezervuarı su akıtması için 2 tuşa birden basmamız lazımmış. Tazyikli su gelmiyor bile. Tuvaletimizi dışarıda restaurantta halletmeye çalışıyorduk. Sheratona aitmiş burası ama gerçek anlamda teknik rezaletti. Çamaşır makinası için lastik kısımları çok pisti. Eşyamızı temizlemeye korktuk. En kötüsü de 3 yaşındaki oğlum ve benim heryerimizi ısıran birşeyler vardı. Sinek ısırığına benzeyen ama çabuk su toplayan birşey. Kaşınmaktan mahvolduk. Sanırım pislikten evde eşyalar arasında falan bit pire gibi şeyler vardı.

If they offer breakfast, it would be of great value even if they cooperate with any of the Cafe or restaurants in the Marina or with the Sheraton hotel.

الاطالة خياليه والمنطقه كانها جزيره فيها مارينا يخوت فاخره وتحت الشقق يوجد مطاعم راقيه والعاب اطفال خشبيه ويوجد سوبر ماركت قريب يمكن استخدام مرافق فندق الشيرتون التابع لنفس الشقق فهي بادارة شيراتون استمعنا بالمسبح وجلسات الفندق

الستائر لاتحجب الاضاءه في الشقق خدمة الغرف يدخلون الغرفة بدون استاذان بعض الاحيان

الموقع جيد وقريب من التسوق حيث يوجد جسر خارجي يربط بين السكن والسوق . هادئ جداً

غرفة النوم فيها ستر وكان لا يعمل فكانت أشعة الشمس مزعجه صباحاً.

5 éve semmilyen karbantartás nem volt. Eredetileg luxus apartmannak készúlt, de a felújítás elmaradt. Több minden nem működik. Minden szobàban van TV, de nem csatlakiznak sr a kábelhez, se a nethez. A vezetékek lognak a semmibe.

Je suis très déçue par cet hôtel. Sur la description, il était indiqué que de nombreux services étaient disponibles : piscine, spa, salle de fitness… Mais sur place, aucun de ces services n’est réellement dans l’hôtel. Il faut aller dans l’hôtel voisin, ce qui n’est précisé nulle part. De plus, la réservation sur place n’est pas possible : on nous a expliqué que tout devait se faire uniquement par Internet, sans aucune explication Le lobby à l’entrée est très médiocre, ce qui surprend pour un établissement annoncé comme un hôtel 4 étoiles. L’expérience globale ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui était présenté dans la description.

Excelente ubicación, mucho espacio para habitar y descansar. El personal fue muy amable. Excelente alojamiento para un grupo grande.

El horno/microondas no traía instrucciones. Nunca supimos como hacerlo funcionar. No habían implementos para cocinar, solo un par de sartenes.

The location was perfect for my needs.

There was a fence on the terrace that was failing and swinging in the wind and created a very dangerous condition. The air conditioning did not work. When I opened the doors many cats entered the unit! Window shades did not work. The bathtub did not work. The internet did not work. The washing machine did not work. Lights did not work. There were no pots or pans to cook. I left a day early because I am violently allergic to cats. When I asked for a refund for only the last day because I did not stay in the unit, they said no refund for even one night!

This property should not be allowed in any rental program until numerous issues are addressed. For example, there was a fence on the terrace that was failing and swinging in the wind and this created a very dangerous condition. The air conditioning did not work. When I opened the doors (because the air conditioning did not work) cats entered the unit! Indeed the property appears to be infested with cats. Window shades did not work. The bathtub did not work. The internet only worked in some areas of the building. The washing machine did not work. Lights did not work. There were no pots or pans to cook. I left a day early because I am violently allergic to cats. When I asked for a refund for only the last day they said no refund.

Great location with lots of good cafes and restaurants all around the apartment. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was big and spacious and really comfortable. It was cleaned daily and It had amazing views over the marina. the patio area was as big as the living area which was also great. The staff were very welcoming and on hand 24 hr It is also Less than a 10 min walk to the town centre which is a vibrant bustling place to walk around. Will definitely stay here again.

It felt like everything happening in the room next door was happening inside our room. We were exposed to extremely loud noise and inappropriate conversations, especially considering we were with children. This seriously impacted our comfort and did not meet our expectations for a quiet stay

Could easily hear voices and noise from next door apartment. Would be helpful if more coffee & tea could be provided everyday.

!st night I was in the 1st floor with kitchen which I had a nice view. But, after the 2nd day a room became available in the 2nd floor and Gokhan at reception was extremely nice helping me to move my room. It was a great room. I was extremely comfy and view was exceptional. Staff was very nice specialy Gokhan who was always responding and helping if I had any Qs. Lots of restuarants around to have Breakfast, lunch and dinner and very nice area for walking.

The only problem was the AC which was making a very bad noise. Specilay at night. It was hot and I had to kept the AC on. But noise was anowing .

Good location. Easy to reach by car or public transport. Nice view from terrace on Marina. Migros near by. Convenient Terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Big size of the room for 2 adults and 2 child.

Terrence needs to be cleaned carefully. Didn’t work wc properly. A bit more ware would be good.

The location is excellent just on the marina.. u have few restaurants and cafes down .. and u cross the road to reach very nice shopping and restaurant neighbourhood. The staff are amazing and helpfull

We stayed 2 times before,, now it seems old and not taken care off.. curtains are broken some don't slide down or up.. shower water temperature keeps changing and hard to set .. washing machine is very dirty .. and overall hygiene and cleaning is not great

Kısa süreli ama çok keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Çocuklar ile geniş alan sayesinde rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Kahvaltı verilmese de yakında kahvaltı alınabilecek seçenekler mevcut. Yaz mevsiminde sadece güneşlikler arızalı olduğu için gün ışığı sabahın erken saatlerinde sıkıntı olabilir.

Location is good for families with kids, it is a park zone with playgrounds near by. Also, downstairs restaurants can bring you breakfast in the room.

Facilities require a renovation. Swimming pool located in the Sheraton (7min away by a really bumpy road), so for a trolley it was problem to get there.

It’s part of the Sheraton Group and this gives a lot of more guarantees than private owner.

Very good location. A clean and well-kept place with a wonderful view of the sea. Very kind people.

A little bit old-furniture reception

Helheten var bra, har bott där tidigare då hade vi problem med värmen i rummet var vinter och iskallt. De kom upp för att fixa den men gick inte. Väldigt lyhörd man hör allt från rummen bredvid. Denna gång hade vi problem med duschvattenet då det endast kom kokhett vatten. De tog oss till ett annat rum för dusch. Den skulle lagas dagen efter men var fortfarande samma.

The couch was dirty. the plumbing system was a disaster. One toilet was not working well.

Quite old furniture, no swimming pool onsite, and a lot of construction work around.

Staff was excellent, place was immaculate and very comfortable. Would def consider coming back to visit again.
