It offers family room with bunk beds. The hotel is just next to K Square Mall. Easy to find food, place to play for the kids and do some shopping.

The television remote didn’t work. Had to ask the staff to change the remote a few times.

The small Stayed at Eska Hotel Batam recently. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and room maintenance were disappointing. There were yellow stains on the bed sheet, one of the small pillows was dirty, and the hanger provided was broken. Hope the hotel can improve their housekeeping and room inspection standards.

The surrounding is good especially with the K Mall opening.

The walls are quite thin and can be noisy at times. The tv is bad for eye sight.

Grab do not know the exact location of hotel. When I book grab he dropped me near the mall, I got difficulty to locate the lobby hotel. Until I ask few person at shopping mall ,but they give me wrong location , until I ask the cleaner of the mall, he was very good and courteous and direct me to the hotel lobby.

Location very hard to find. Even the grab also not familiar with hotel location. Need more sign board to lead the hotel lobby.

It's a nice clean hotel in a good location for a fair price.

The internet was absolutely horrible, I was unable to work using the hotel internet. They upgraded my room when I complained about it the first time, but even in the new room the internet was unusable. Unfortunately this means I'll never be able to stay in this hotel again.

Near to mall and there is breakfast in the morning. Staff are friendly and polite.

Water sound can be heard running when i was sleeping at night.

Corridor passage have cigarettes smell . The toilet seats is broken , we went to reception to inform instead of offering to repair/change the seats the receptionist ask if we broke it . Furniture and wall fixture is old and dust, bathroom towel is yellish too. The worst part is theres no sound proof to the wall, and the room beside us turn on the TV so loud throughout the whole night. We stay in room 322.

Big room, towel smell nice and housekeeping, security officer very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is not bad but not much variety. If come late, will only have leftovers, sometimes food abit salty Hotel have spa but need to rebook as I try to walk in but full house. Never try the rooftop cafe so cannot comment on that. Overall a pleasant stay with family with kids. Quiet place.

Hotel should replace the small fridge as not not really working. I put some can drinks but not cold an it's seem warm. Extension per hour cost 100 thousand rupiah ($10 sgd) and extended 2hrs for both rooms but on the day of check up, front office asked one room to vacate as nobody informed them that I asked for an extension for both rooms 1day in advance but after explaining, front office staff let us extend. Front office team never communicates well. Location wise too far from Nagoya hill mall, harbour bay. A new mall, k square mall In front of the hotel but nothing much as most shops haven't opened yet.

The Hotel is near to new mall K Square so easy and convienent to get food and others.

Everything else was ok except location.

The mall in the map is closed making the street look dark and empty. No other shops available within the vicinity as well.

Good location. Took the deluxe room package. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and polite.

I stayed at the 3rd floor. Whenever the 4th floor person opens the taps in the shower, I hear the water flowing sound. That was very irritating especially late night.

I like the hotel location it is a bit quiet and the staff are very attentive and welcoming.

The biggest room is too small, ceiling low, no windows, and the rooms smells of paint and glue. The corridor is too dark too. I have check-in and immediately check out, and decided to book other hotel. Not a place for claustrophobic people.

Breakfast was good enough, beds were comfy and the room was pretty clean. Although the TV was not a smart TV, we enjoyed the channels available.

I honestly enjoyed my stay the first time here, back in December 2024. But this time... we only got to enjoy the first quarter of our stay. Starting from the middle of first night, there were frequent electricity trips. Then the maintenance staff came to reset the breaker. Then in less than 20 mins, another electricity trip. And this happened for the rest of our stay, up until check out. Everytime, we would have to wake up and manually turn on the air-conditioner every time they resetted the breaker. The thing is, there was no apology for the inconvenience and most importantly, no clear information as to why the trips kept happening. We would have appreciated at least that. Staying here again may not be on my list in the future.

The staff was terrific, the room nice and clean and the free massage was a huge bonus!

The family room was excellent for a family of 4. Bunker bed,Queen size and a couch. Family Massage Spa is in the hotel that makes it convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2 Mins walk theres a 24 hour IndoMart. 4 Mins walk theres a Coffee/Bakery. 4 Mins walk there's Nasi Padang restaurant.

The rooftop setup was beautiful and well-designed. It created a nice, relaxing atmosphere that made the stay feel special.

What could be improved.. 1.The surrounding area felt a bit boring during our visit, as the mall nearby was under renovation and there wasn’t much to do. 2.The food quality was average. It could be improved in terms of taste, cleanliness, and serving temperature. For example, the vegetables were overcooked. The staff drop the bread on the table but still put it back for serving. 3. It was quite noisy in the morning due to loud announcements about breakfast. 4. Housekeeping was disruptive. They had to call out several times to clean the room in front of ours, which affected the peacefulness of our stay.

Look, I book coz I saw the reviews were nice. But, unfortunately the service, its not bad, but its weird. The check in counter, one of the staff, he is not friendly, no smiles. I don't hate it, it does not bother so much, until I hit the breakfast in the morning, I was getting eggs, for myself, for my brother and my niece, and I queued twice for all these eggs, second time in queued, this was the chef question, "Akak bukan udah ambil eggs, tadi?". Look if I am getting the eggs even for myself for as many as I want, why does it matter to ask me that kind of questions? Its call a buffet breakfast for a reason. Btw, the chef even asked, "Jadi scramble egg ini untuk berapa orang?" That had me almost cursing at him. So he does not deserve my thank you. Good part, bell boy and the other senior guy at the check in counter were nice. Friendly. Room was clean and nice. Location was ok, I got lost, but I like the adventure.

Everything here I like. The hotel also close to many shop such as mini market, karaoke, morning bakery, kedai makan sederhana, spa, atm machine. You can reach all the location by walking only

The parking you will need to pay. But it’s oke because they will give you 10000rp

The ac is not really cold.the toilet was clogged and a bit slow for water in the toilet floor to drain.
