Breakfast was more extensive than I’ve seen anywhere. Delicious. Swimming pool was great. Big enough for lap swimming and relaxing. Golf course was easy to access and very good layout and condition.

The staff were good and quite helpful with our requests. I accidentally took the wrong luggage at the ferry terminal, and one of the ladies at the front desk (tanned skin) was really helpful. She helped me call and communicate with the ferry provider and eventually helped me solve the problem. Really appreciate her help. I also liked the spacious lobby. Other than that, there wasn't really much else that I personally liked about the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room can definitely be improved. The carpets felt quite dirty, and the roof terrace also showed quite obvious signs of wear and poor maintenance. The grass carpet looked discoloured, damp and generally didn't feel very clean. There were also some litter on the grass carpet when I first checked in. Another major concern for me was the toilet. There was only a manual bidet washer, but the water pressure was extremely weak. It didn't really do the job properly after using the toilet. The toilet also had a stale, faint smell when we first entered the room, which made me feel that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The carpet cleaning throughout the room could also be improved. Breakfast was another disappointment. I had to pay around $20 per person for breakfast, which I wouldn't mind if the food was good, but unfortunately the food was not up to my expectations. At that price, I expected a better standard. Location-wise, if you're looking for a hotel where you can walk out and easily explore the surrounding area, this probably isn't the place for you. There isn't really much within walking distance, so you'll need transport to get around. Overall, I feel the hotel's pricing and standard of cleanliness don't quite match up. I hope Radisson can improve the cleanliness and maintenance, especially considering the price point..

I didn't expect the hotel to be so good in everything! From the check-in, room and even the service outside the main door.. everything was great. I enjoyed my stay and wish i stayed longer. This is probably the best hotel in Batam, just like some reviews have also said. A lady named "Mega" was very kind to me and the reception staff were very attentive as well. I can't wait to return to batam for this hotel!

Requested extra bed during booking (in apps). Was not informed its chargable, untll we reached the hotel. We had to change our plan.

It has been my annual choice of stay. Love its space and crowd size.

Perhaps the range in breakfast has been kept same over the years. Maybe alittle refresh on the menu will be good?

It’s a lovely open property, view is amazing with golf course around. The staff is great. Lounge area is nice and cosy. Amazing breakfast. The spa at the hotel is also great. Good facility with gym, sauna and Table Tennis area. All very well kept.

Radisson has to be the most beautiful hotel in Batam, in verdant terrain and with well-designed pools surrounding ir. Highly recommended for friends and family.

An excellent stylish hotel/resort in Batam, very quiet, with excellent large rooms, in particular the suites (as we were fortunate to have been upgraded). The peaceful view over the golf course is very relaxing. Certainly the best resort breakfast in Batam and a very good restaurant. There is also a cafeteria with tasty snacks and cakes. A choice of swimming pool! We most certainly enjoyed our stay and were truly thankful for the upgrade to a spacious suite. Thank you Raddison. We hope to come back when we visit Batam again.

This is my second visit to Raddisson and I must say it is an excellent hotel with exceptional service by staff. The room was welcoming, spacious and spick and span. The hotel looks very new and is within an accessible location by Grab to the city. I was given a King bed even though they ran out of it as I had booked the hotel on the day of travel. But due to the conscientious staff, the hotel managed to find a King bed for us with a great view. The staff service is top notch. Really worth a visit.

The breakfast had good variety but perhaps some of the dishes could be more tasty. Not really a downer though.

They follow my request correctly and we do enjoy our stay there with connecting room. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying there. Breakfast was good.

The facilities are really great and child-friendly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool available. The outdoor pool is kids friendly. You can do a lot of activities there such as archery and golf which we did not do. There is also a animal themed kids club available. We added on breakfast for the second and last day and the spread is really great. It is also halal so my family was able to eat everything available. Staff were attentive and ready to assist whenever. The room itself seems slightly dated but it was large enough where it can fit our extra bed. Large enough walking space where we can open up our luggage to repack.

Location is further from Batam Centre which is where the bigger malls are but you can take a Grab and its about 15 - 20 mins. Towels provided were a little scratchy and not plush.

Restful getaway that gave us a much needed break. The breakfast spread was amazing and customer service was exceptional.

Staff was incredible--friendly and attentive. The room was just nice, eventhough it was pool-facing with the occasional noise coming from the pool, it was not loud or disruptive. Bed was just perfect and super comfortable. Breakfast was great, though wish it would have been slightly more different everyday so that its something to look forward to each day, but it is already good enough. Oh it is rare to find a very good hotel gym that has machines that are similar to commercial gyms outside. The dumbbells are still maxed at 20kg though, but the gym has LifeFitness benches and cables, a smith machine with plates, and plenty of machines to get a real good workout in.

Location was a little away from the city, but it was good for people who wants to be away from the city. Only thing I didnt like about the room was that you can see other people's balcony, which also means others can see yours. Kind of wish there was more to do in the hotel. Not for the kids, but for the adults. Maybe complimentary activities or other things that would make the price worth.

Expectations exceeded. Surrounded by hills and a golf course, the hotel yields the feeling that it is located in the highlands. Very scenic and tranquil!

I liked the location, the room setup and available amenities. It is great to see that the aircon termperature control actually works. The poolside is great, overlooking the golf course.

The shower space in the room is quite limited and dark. Most hotels, unfortunately, now have these automatic coffee machines for breakfast and the coffee is average at best. I know a barista may be expensive, yet it would lift the entire hotel.

My 3rd time in this hotel. I always travel and book this hotel with my family. The hotel has a kids facility with a theatre room, toys and even a string hammock for kids to relax. This time, we booked the studio suite as we had 3 adults and 2 children, and it was super spacious, enough room for the kids to run around. We travelled on national day weekend and the price was quite steep but understandable since it was last minute booking. There is another indoor pool on the 10th floor, the place has a gym, game area and sauna room. The staff Sularto assisted me and my daughter quite kindly and made sure we had everything we need for us to relax. The location of this hotel is near to city centre as well, about 15-20mins away from places you may want to visit with kids such as Batam Zoo, Pollux mall (indoor playground), Grand mosque, Next level Gold Coast Beach area cafe, Batam Central spas. I am so pleased with this hotel. We loved the breakfast, the pool is relaxing with a great view, there's archery for kids in the hotel as well and arts and crafts activities. Highly recommend if you don't mind spending a bit. The only downside was we were at the 15th floor and it was super hot in the walkway to our room, there was no aircon and the housekeeping did not clean our room when we were out the whole day.

They should designate a smoking area in their hotel. Seemed like it was okay. to smoke anywhere in the hotel area as long as it was outdoor.

The morning breakfast has a good variety of food. Bed was ok but pillows were a little soft. Internet access was good. They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also. A family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools, one for the kids also. Even have a kids room and daily kids activities.

The shower floor was mouldy, iron was not clean and burned a hole through my expensive outfit (for my anniversary dinner), and yeah that was it.
