El edificio tiene mucha personalidad y se nota que detrás hubo un proyecto, dedicación y una intención clara de crear un espacio especial. La decoración está cuidada y cuenta con estancias e instalaciones amplias que muestran el potencial que tiene.

Actualmente transmite cierta sensación de abandono y decadencia, con poco ambiente, un personal correcto pero bastante distante y algunos servicios poco cuidados. La habitación tenía muchísima humedad y el wifi era malo, mientras que el gimnasio estaba bastante descuidado y con material que necesitaba mantenimiento.

Private room is okay. My first room had broken aircon, management gave me a new room straight away. Very good location to walk around. Very quiet.

Everything feels (is) quite old (showers on the toilets, aircon...) but it's still quite clean. There's a lock on the main door at night so...don't forget your keys.

Posizione fantastica, gran parte dei punti d'interesse di George Town sono visitabili a piedi con una passeggiata. La colazione buona, i ragazzi la preparano al momento. Da indagare se si sceglie o se è a piatto fisso. Lo staff è sempre gentile, disponibile, ci ha permesso di tenere i bagagli tutto il giorno del check out e pure di utilizzare i bagni comuni della struttura per una doccia veloce prima di lasciare George Town. Inoltre presente anche dispenser dell'acqua potabile (non scontato).

Le stanze sono effettivamente piccole ma comunque dotate di tutto pertanto con qualche lieve compromesso si può comunque gestire, visto il prezzo è decisamente più che ottimo.

Friendly staff to help and the location is great. It is near to a lot of our planned visit location. Public street car park a plenty in front the guest house. The room is cosy and the bed is great to us. Historical building with story. Overall is great value.

We have called 2 times to check in due to out of normal check-in hour but it went not answered. Lucky the shop is yet to close. Bathroom is small with many stain. Our bathroom does not come with a ventilator, making the room stuffy. The staff told us there is but we saw none or probably not working. The humidity just build into the room since the bathroom has no window. The room is quite noisy when next room is using bathroom. Water flushing sound and slightly louder voice is obvious to us. The staff who is making the room in the morning is very noisy. Always video calling and talking loud with various machines noise. Someone also keep playing the drums and instrument from time to time. We believed is the guesthouse's guest. Overall, we are not getting good deserved rest thus, we check out early.

The location is extremely good, right at the centre of the city and they don't charge for pet-friendly.

The noise cancellation is extremely bad, not recommend for people who are experiencing light sleep, you can hear the sound from the mosque early in the morning and also the noise from the traffic is very audible.

Well located within George Town.

1. Layout of building was strange. Two flights of stairs with no option of a lift. Not ideal with heavy luggage. 2. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where they have a closing time and lock up at night. Early starts for tours meant having to be responsible for unlocking the gates to the hotel. Saw a fellow tourist struggle with the gate, give up and head back to their room. 3. Despite putting “please clean room” sign on my door twice, my room was never once cleaned. I don’t need fresh bedding or towels every day, but even I thought that was ridiculous. 4. Customer service was non existent. Very rarely got a “good morning” or “hello” when walking in and out. I don’t expect OTT Disney level of customer service, but I do expect basics manners. 5. No windows in room, meant no natural sunlight. Felt like staying in a Scandinavian prison cell.

這裡以前是賣珠寶的店家, 後改建, 房子很古典美, 但!!!沒電梯!!! 冷氣不涼, 後來跟一樓櫃台說冷氣真的不涼, 有幫我們換到另一間, 稍微好一些!

Simply don’t stay here. Dirty room, no window and unventilated, one of the lighs didn’t work, mattress felt like sleeping on the floor and the smell of humidity was unbearable (it even woke me up at night). I complaint about it and they didn’t even bother to give me a solution. Feels like nobody really cares about that place. I’m not a picky person and I have slept in many hostels in my life, but this time I had payed for two nights and left right after the first one (first time in my life I do so). Save your energy, time and money and book somewhere else! I am sure there are much better places around. For example, Chulia Mansion Hotel is just around the corner and you get muuuuuuch better place for just a very little more of money.

La proximité de l’emplacement avec le centre historique, le street art et les restaurants. Décoration de la salle d’accueil très agréable.

Chambre digne d’un Crous, un lit, une douche au dessus d’un toilette, et rien d’autre. Matelas inconfortable et déformé. Serviettes de toilette transparentes. Petit déjeuner frugal, à partir de 9h00, mais servi 40 minutes après. Ne pas prévoir de visite tôt le matin. Personnel absolument non accommodant, peu souriant. Strict minimum. Pas de ménage pendant notre séjour.

Location really central to everything in Georgetown. The Price is good as well.

The staff was helpful and acceptable when needed. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant and really extraordinary. I liked the interior design a lot. It was a quiet season. Hotel was just in the centre and everything was easily accessible, good restaurants right by the door. We weren't bothered about the lack of elevators. Breakfast was okay, though you had to wait some time to get it since it was made while waiting.

The hotel and room were quite dirty and the whole place could probably use a big clean-up. :) There's some noise from outside e.g. if it rains a lot, but that was predictable for us. AC did not work properly at first - while at the lowest set temperature kept horrible noise and still did not reach the target temperature. However, after asking to fix/clean the machine, the staff did clean it and the next night we slept a lot better and cooler and AC was quiet as well.

Zajtrk je bil res dober, čeprav imaš samo eno opcijo in to so jajčka s toastom in hrenovno ter kava. Lokacija hotela je tudi super saj je v središču mesta. Sobe imajo vse kar rabiš razen hladilnika. Hotel je sicer urejen in čist.

Postelje res niso udobne, vzmernica je debela samo 10 cm zato ležiš na lesu... Klima tudi ni hladila praktično nič. Poleg tega je postelja še dvignena na podestu in je zelo zelo vroče za spati. V tušu in iz pipe je voda samo vroča. Hotel ima na voljo pitnik z pitno vodo ampak je tudi ta vroča. Ponoči je bilo tudi zelo hrupno in smo se zbujali. Tukaj nebi ostala več kot 1 noč.

Location is 10/10. It stays in thé heart of Penang surrounded with lots of restaurants, cafe….. Easy to walk to visiting points in town.

Facilities are quite old. The shower is too weak. Room is too narrow.

The showerhead was not working properly. And AC even if you leave it on for whole day, it doesn’t make a difference in temp.

I don't like stuff hotels with too many guests and annoying elevator music. Kim Haus is very chilled, no frills, lot's of free space to lounge around, outdoor gym, funky art style, firendly helpful staff

La habitación huele un poco a humedad porque no tiene ventana y es muy muy pequeña. Al llegar por la noche nos dimos cuenta que el baño no olía bien.

The room was stuffy. Aircon wasnt great. Windows are fake. But pretty cool courtyard, I like it. The location of this accommodation is good, it is in the centre of Georgetown. It can be a little noisy in the day because of some machinery.

It is not a total dislike, but it would be nice to have a less stuffy room. The vandilation is quite bad in the room. The windows are there but it is connected to the courtyard. Floor not 100% clean but it is alright.

Foram muito atenciosos e deixaram nos entrar mais cedo no quarto, pois o nosso barco chegou de madrugada. Hotel com uma decoração linda, super tranquilo e com segurança de noite. Localização TOP! WIFI bom.

The Agoda photos show a completely different room from what was provided in reality. I was assigned a room on Level 4 while staying with my small fur baby, and there is no guest lift access to Level 4. I had to carry her and climb the staircase. Although there is a lift, it is for staff only, not for guests. This was neither stated nor explained clearly, and I honestly don’t understand how this is acceptable.

I got a very good room, bigger than I had even expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.

The only thing I didn't like was that someone kept on knocking my door and I just didn't know who it was or why.

The aesthetic was great. Great for pinterest pictures. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. All the main attractions are nearby. The hotel is clean and has the minimalist vibe which we adored.

The building is is really cool, and is based in the heart of George Town. The room is snug but comfortable, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The gym is usable, however the chest machine was basically useless.

I had a few cockroaches in my room when I entered, and they kept popping up. I did manage to deal with them and the cockroaches weren't very big, but was nervous they've been crawling on me the middle of night

Zimmer ohne Fenster bzw. ein Minifenster in der Dusche!!! zum Flur hin (stand nicht in der Beschreibung). Kein Warmwasser zum Duschen. Zimmer so klein, daß man, um ins Bett zu kommen, über den Partner krabbeln musste. Die wenigen Möbel waren sehr abgewohnt. Die Bettwäsche roch etwas eigentümlich.
