Reydel Hotel

C magnifique

Tienen chinches

Tienen chicnches

Nemis olyan a környezete élőben mint amiket mutogatnak

Nice place, quite and near

Schlechte Erfahrungen

The best thing in this hotel is its location and the staff, I was really comfortable staying there and the service was excellent

Nada.

Hotel is situated in a spot near to everywhere u like to visit, rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff are very kind and cooperative especially the chef with glasses and the two waiters at restaurant, the manger and the receptionist. Breakfast is delicious with adequate quantity. Thanks a lot .. much recommended

N/A

The hotel genuinely felt like home, the staff are so lovely, communication is great

A szálloda jó elhelyezkedésű. A szobában tisztaság volt. Mi összességében elégedettek voltunk a szolgáltatásokkal.

The hotel's location is excellent, the staff is very helpful, and the rest of the facilities are good.

❌ Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Substandard ConditionsOverall Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Our recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to serious management issues and poor room conditions.Check-in and Service IssuesLost Reservation: We arrived at 18:09, but the front desk had already given our assigned room to someone else.Long Delays: We were forced to wait inside our car with young children for nearly three hours while the staff attempted to arrange alternative accommodations.Language Barrier: Communication was extremely difficult as the reception staff could not speak or understand English.Room Quality and ComfortLack of Cleanliness: The accommodation was visibly dirty upon arrival.Severe Odor: There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property. The staff attempted to mask it using camphor blocks, but this only made the air quality worse.Broken Amenities: Both the air conditioning unit and the Wi-Fi internet were completely non-functional during our stay.ConclusionThe first night was highly stressful and uncomfortable for my family. Due to the lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene, and unprofessional check-in process, I cannot recommend this property. Management urgently needs to improve its customer service and maintenance standards.

A-Z

Location wasn’t bad One staff member tried his best and found me a fan but only got this near the end of my stay

Don’t book if you want air con. Ac is advertised but in my room the ac didn’t work and the staff tried to gaslight me saying I didn’t need ac in the weather (it was up to 27°c at the time). The ac units are seemingly for decoration as there aren’t ac remotes in the rooms. They keep a few remotes in reception but none of them worked for the ac in my room. Staff smoke in the reception area and with a room near reception I could smell it getting into my room at times. Also woke up one morning to a bug infestation across the floor in my room (no food was left out and the infestation was coming from a hole in the wall). Lots of flies in reception as well.

Konaklama ücretine göre çok iyi. Herhangi bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Otel çalışanları ılımlı ve nazik. Biz memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location is excellent, with many of the city's main tourist attractions just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious they serve traditional Turkish breakfast which was great. The hotel owner is very cooperative with us. They also provide transportation service to and from the airport. Thank you we will be back next year

Her gun eyni kahvaaltini verirlar deyisiklik olmalir tezeliyina subhe ediram corek tezadir deyil.

Location 👌🏻 Staff ♥️ Service 🙏🏻

Was really good The stuff was so helpful

Zum übernachten gut, alles sehr gut erreichbar, personal freundlich.

I was hesitant about this hotel before booking.. but really the location, hotel, staff and cleanliness were amazing. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and the price is very low compared to other places

Kısa ve öz kesinlikle gitmeyin

Vonj po vlagi, zajedavci na postelji, okolica hotela je umazana (zanemarjena) hotel smo pred časom zaputili skratka hotel neizpolnjene evropskih standardov

The hotel was OK.. The service was super, elinora is super woman always helpful , selman is a great guy helpful friendly, location is good.

Hotel was infested with insects and I couldn’t stay there and did not receive compensation.

Good location near to metro , tram, bus station

It is not clean

Very nice owner and son working Very helpful Clean rooms

Everything for reasonable for the price

TV NOT WORKING Aircondition very bad The room has Window at tanks Reception worker dosnt answer for Hello

Nice cute room

Washroom size too small.

The place is very dirty and filthy and there are insects

The Location of hotel is great Clean and calm Respectful staff Compared to its price it's a good deal

Nice people

This hotel my friend and I stayed one night. The transportation was very close to hotel which that's why we picked that hotel. Breakfast was fine. The hotel was clean. Good for the price. People in this hotel were very nice.

Hotel owner and personnel were great. Very friendly and communicative. Hotel is really clean. Rooms are great, AC works good, beds are soft and bathroom is clean. It was our first stay here and we loved it. Coming again next year for sure! Cheers.

Location and Staff

Breakfast should have more varraity and cleaning was not good

Otel konumu ve çevre çok ama çok kötü araç park edip yürüdük yürümek zorundasın zaten etraftaki acayip tiplerden rahatsız olduk otel içi be çalışanlar iyi oda temiz değildi sadece tek kullanımlık terkik verilmeli kahvaltı fena değildi bekar kalınabilir

The location is great! Tram, metro, buses very close. I loved it very much. Some cheaper restaurants near by as well.

Oda temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Park yeri için de yardımcı oldular. Memnun kaldık.

Locaion is very good, every hlstorical place is closed, manager mr sado bey perfect,

Nothing

The hotel staff is wonderful, kind and always present The location is even more wonderful for the price, because it is close to everything and you don't need transportation.

The hotel is perfectly located and cozy. I was really enjoyed in my room and had a good rest. Also there is a beautiful terrace with nice views on Haliç bridge

İst ok.

We didn’t eat breakfast there because we wanted to experience more turkish food outside. The room was way too good for the price that we payed. The staff was amazing, they were there every time to answer our requests. We really recommend❤️❤️

For the price we payed it’s was too good!

I didn't like anything it all

Alot of miss and noisy, never will recommend to anyone.

Nothing at all

It was smelly, dirty and rude people. Also the neighborhood was very bad.

The best hotel and so friendly staff ❤️❤️ I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants great facilities and best location in the beautiful Istanbul city ❤️❤️❤️

We had a really good stay here , very friendly staff , especially the manager . He really went out his way and made sure we had a good stay at the hotel . I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again next time I visit Istanbul

Wij werden heel warm ontvangen. Was dicht bij de winkels op loopafstand. Personeel was heel behulpzaam.

The location was good, near the most important districts in Istanbul. I liked the help of the staff of arranging Taxis and giving some advices.

Was not clean enough, beds are old and not comfortable, breakfast was poor. There was no water at the hotel for almost 10 hours due to some work outside but at least the staff could provide the guests with some 5l water bottle for each room.
