O Hotel é do padrão Íbis. Tivemos problema no aquecedor e nos trocaram de quarto. No outro dia tivemos falta de água que foi resolvido ao longo do dia.

Hotel bien placé pour visiter Paris

Staff is very nice but the bathroom smelled, they don’t have a safe in the rim which is a terrible inconvience and the rooms are tiny. A bit far from the touristic sites.

Great location, lots of food options, close to the metro. Room door didn’t close properly, had to really pull it shut and there was mold on the shower wall. Staff were super helpful and they had a little bar to have a nightcap at.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room we were provided. The room, advertised for 3 people, was far too small and uncomfortable. It was clearly designed for a maximum of 1 or 2 people, and there was not even enough space to open our suitcases properly. The layout and design of the room were poor, and it made our stay very inconvenient and unpleasant. It seems that more thought should be given to the comfort and needs of your customers rather than just maximizing profit. Unfortunately, this has been the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly suggest you reevaluate how you market and design your rooms to avoid future dissatisfaction.

Habitacion super pequeña (aunque es Paris), falta de ventilacion y almohada pequeña (tuve que pedir mas). Lo demas bien y fueron muy atentos.

대로변에 위치하지 않아 조용했고, 방이 크지는 않았지만 1명이 쓰기에는 나쁘지 않았어요. 객실은 깔끔했고, 청소 상태도 좋았어요. 로비 옆에 테라스를 이용할 수 있어서 일행들과 얘기하기 좋았어요.

O quarto que reservamos é extremamente apertado, era sempre uma dificuldade para abrir a mala grande no chão… Fora isso, a estadia foi boa, cama muito confortável, ducha muito boa também, funcionários em geral foram educados e cordiais, mas nada de extraordinário. Très bel hôtel mais éviter la chambre 106 qui se trouve à côté de l extracteur d’air. Beaucoup trop de vent. Nous avons eu cette chambre sûrement à cause de notre réservation sur hôtel. Com dommage car l hôtel est très joli.

Hotel funcional, práctico y bien situado . La habitación es muy pequeña, típico de Ibis, las camas son cómodas y el baño con buena ducha. Desayuno muy correcto para ser París.

The room was clean but building is old. The breakfast was very basic. If you wanna stay here dont get the breakfast option. No water bottle in the room but there was a fountain downstairs. It is too far from attractions and if you are visiting Paris as a tourist you will find travel time annoying. The cleaners dont do a great job, one day we returned and the bathroom was untouched so we reported and they cleaned.

Room is clean but small without much facilities for 2 persons stay. Setup is very basic. Not cheap. Good for short stay without complain.

Es war alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Klimaanlage ging noch nicht, haben wir aber zu unserer Zeit( Ende Mai 25 C) nicht benötigt.Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war i.O. . Das Hotelzimmer war kleiner wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, aber da wir nur unterwegs waren, war es absolut i.O. Wasser steht einem zu jeder Zeit, um Wasserflaschen zu füllen, zur Verfügung. 5Min Füssweg zur Metro. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Overall, the IBIS people were nice and friendly, but we had an issue with the parking. on the website you said the parking would be included but once we arrived to the hotel they said no I’ve been asked to pay extra to €23 for parking. that’s very expensive and it wasn’t expected and it was not really stated clearly on your website. For future customer, you should make it clear because parking is a big issue anywhere, especially when visiting big cities like Paris.

Vicinissima alla fermata della metro Place d’Italie (100 mt). Zona tranquilla anche per tornare in hotel la sera tardi. L’hotel è piccolo e le stanze lo sono ancora di più: noi abbiamo preso una camera matrimoniale più divano letto aggiunto. Dal bordo del letto alla parete ci sono circa 50 cm. Non esiste un armadio ma solo un piccolissimo spazio dove riporre i cappotti. Le valigie… se vi stanno sotto il letto. Il bagno ok: veniva pulito e disinfettato ogni giorno, nulla da eccepire. Il prezzo è ok per essere a Parigi sotto Natale e ovviamente non pretendevamo di più. Diciamo che se vi interessa l’hotel solo per dormirci va bene, altrimenti meglio guardarsi intorno. Esiste anche il servizio di colazione 10 euro/ persona: Non lo abbiamo mai provato anche perché Parigi è piena di Boulangeries. Nelle vicinanze c’è un locale dove cucinano delle ottime crepes e galettes che viene anche proposto dall’albergo: secondo me vale la stessa cosa pena provare. Personale gentile e disponibile: permettono anche di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out: a Parigi costa mediamente 5 euro a bagaglio. Direi che l’hotel strappa la sufficienza a conti fatti.

The hotel's air conditioning did not work (it seemed any room as I also heard another customer complain as well about no air conditioning.) When bringing this up, the front desk said "The air conditioning is different than your country" and said they would provide a fan, but never did. Probably didn't have any left. I never experienced this poor of A\C during many other trips to Paris or France or to any other country. Note, this was AFTER the heat wave that Paris was experiencing. The elevator did not work for the entire time I stayed at the hotel. The rooms appear to have been renovated and were nice and clean, but I would highly recommend to avoiding staying at this hotel at all costs.

Das Hotel liegt angenehm ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Wir sind am Ostermontag mit der fünfköpfigen Familie angereist und wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Rezeptionisten begrüßt. Er fragte uns ob wir ein Frühstück zu den Zimmern dazu buchen wollen, welches ich nicht reserviert hatte. Wir buchten das FS erstmal nur für den nächsten Morgen, um es zu testen. Unsere beiden nebeneinanderliegenden Zimmer befanden sich in der 1.Etage. Die Zimmer waren sauber mit vernünftigem Bad und einem Fenster, welches sich auch öffnen ließ. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Größe der Zimmer. Da wir ein Beistellbett benötigten, war es schon sehr beengt und man musste ständig aufpassen, nicht irgendwo zu stolpern. Das Frühstück war gut und für den Preis mehr als erwartet. Am Kaffeeautomaten (welcher auch heiße Schokolade ausgab) konnte man sich selbst bedienen, so oft man wollte. Außerdem gab es O- und Apfelsaft. Die Speisenauswahl war nicht groß aber in Ordnung. Am Di. und Mi. war alles entspannt, am Do. und Fr. war es aber eindeutig zu voll und man musste warten, um einen Platz im FS-Raum zu bekommen, weswegen wir am Sa. auf das FS verzichteten. Sowohl das Personal an der Rezeption, als auch im FS-Raum und auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Auto hatten wir ganz in der Nähe in einer TG geparkt und haben dort für 5 Tage lediglich 33€ bezahlt. Der Preis ist für Paris super, da muss man auch kleine Abstriche in Kauf nehmen. Ansonsten zahlt man das Vielfache!

L'hôtel en lui même nous avons trouvé que la chambre était petite mal agencé, les parties moquettes et mur avec des tâches c'est pas clean clean.calme dans l'ensemble sauf quelques incivilités de personnes sifflant dans les couloirs ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du choix ne changez pas sur ça !!!la jeune fille au service du petit déjeuner très gentil le personnel de nettoyage si vous leur dites pas bonjour pas de bonjour et la personne à la réception devrait être un peu plus souriante.

Tycker om det mesta med detta hotell, frukosten är superb, sängarna sköna, rummet snyggt och rent om än mycket litet. Det är lugnt och tyst och personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellets läge passar oss mycket bra. Finns ett enda minus och det är att det inte finns kassaskåp att låsa in värdesaker i.

This property disappoints. There were a couple of super nice staff but check in was slow and a bit tense. The room was painfully small for two people with thread bare towels and inadequate space for luggage. There’s major construction going on which was loud and disruptive. Try another option if you have a choice.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens mais cette fois ci la couette avait des taches.

J’ai pour habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel et ces temps ci l’accueil se dégrade. La porte fenêtre avait un petit soucis et par conséquent il faisait froid dans la chambre.

Le sejour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble mise à part la première nuit dans une chambre où le chauffage était défaillant et donc une nuit bien froide sans pouvoir changer de chambre. Sinon tout s’est bien passé même en temps de confinement

Fuimos 2 adultos y 1 niño nos metieron en una habitacion con 2 camas en la cual no habia sitio ni para dejar las maletas de lo pequeña que era. El desayuno hay que madrugar si llegas pasadas las 9 te encontraras los que ha quedado de los primeros reponen muy poco.

Péssima estadia. Fui furtada dentro do hotel, os funcionários não ajudam em nada e o que aparentou, não te dá nenhuma atenção eles não dão a mínima e quando se diz que vai a polícia dar queixa eles dizem que a polícia não faz nada ou seja já devem ser costume acontecer isso, não mostra as câmeras, um atendimento altamente incompetente, nenhum respeito pelo cliente.

It's an Ibis hotel, so you know beforehand it's a no-frills place. However, you do expect a minimum level of quality accomodations and of service. Unfortunately, this specific Ibis hotel in Paris is in poor shape. The biggest problem we had was that there was no ventilation inside the room and the bathroom ceiling was moldy, which created an awful smell. The second problem was that the air conditioning system was not working properly and the room was very warm including at night (we stayed there in mid-summer). Every night before going to bed I took a cold shower to cool off and when I woke up in the morning I was drenched in sweat due to the heat. The front-desk staff consisted of young people who were not too helpful at times. They seemed bored and were often chatting with others or on social media. The only two positive things I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast was pretty good and that it's in a good location.

This hotel is very clean, close to Place I’talie metro but it lacks simple little comforts : no drawers in bathroom, bedroom , no Kleenex, no extra mirror, no extra trash can, we couldn’t figure out how to use the electric conversion... etc ... for the same rate compared with others in the area.

A smart, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It's a short walk from a metro station, and there are plenty of shops and food places around if you don't want to travel far.

The hotel is located very near to underground / metro, which is very convenient. The room was ridiculously small, no place to place a suitcase.
