My son has stayed there several times, its his go to stop when visiting Lincoln.

Booked last minute for son’s graduation was not expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised the room was spacious, spotless and had everything you needed would recommend and stay again if in the area thank you

We were here for 2 nights with arrival Friday evening, the staff were very friendly and told us about the restaurant discount if showing the paper card. We had an issue the next morning with a broken kettle, this was sorted in no time at all. We liked our stay that much we rebooked for a visit we are doing to the area next year. We look forward to our next visit.

Stayed here ready for my daughter’s graduation early the next morning was perfect for it !easy parking right outside ,big spacious rooms with everything you would need for an over night stay , bed was very comfy and although the bathroom was very dated it was spotless hats off to the house keeping team 😊

Design fault in the bedroom the bed in my opinion is on the wrong wall. It is on the same side as the bathroom so that when you switch the light on in the bathroom at night is blinding and the noise from the fan as the bed is on the same wall as the bathroom.

Couldn't open window as broken on a very warm night. Fan in room but not ideal as noisy. No shower curtain so water all over floor could easily have slipped. Tea tray very basic and no bottled water. No fridge.

Shower. You could choose water for bath OR shower, but water came out for both at same time. Swivel chair in room very squeaky. Window didn't shut fully resulting in road noise, annoying when early morning.

Very happy with all aspects of my stay.

Ideal stopover location for a festival. Staff very friendly, room ideal size and clean. Decent restaurant next door as well as a new golfing facility that shows sport. It does however have a bit of a motorway services feel about it.

Too far from the centre and room a bit noisy as there was no double glazing. It would be better if restaurant and golf facility opened later than 11 or hotel had full bar facilities.

When we used the shower in the morning, the water turned off and wouldn't turn on again for 5 minutes then it ran fine.

No lift, but not a big issue. Plug sockets.... You couldn't plug anything in on the desk plug sockets as there wasn't enough space below the plug to manually fit any modern plug. When mentioned to the staff I was told I was in one of the older non refurbished rooms, wonder what the other rooms look like.....

The property was very well maintained inside, they were also revamping when we stayed so it’s was fresh. The room was very clean and tidy, lovely quiet bar area in the lobby. Apart from people having a picnic at midnight on the lawn outside our room it was very quiet given where it is. Lovely welcoming staff and great parking.

Unfortunately because they were revamping they were having carpet fitted just outside our room, every now and again we’d get a strong smell of glue come through the bottom of the door, and lots of banging but at least they waited till after 9am.

The toilet didn’t flush, when I brought it up they said “oh that was reported to us 5 days ago, we’ll get someone in to look at it” The next night….. the toilet didn’t flush! The next day…. The toilet didn’t flush! The bed was too soft and felt like I was sleeping upside down, very uncomfortable and it was too hot in the room! All in all an absolutely horrendous stay and I certainly won’t be going back! Absolute sh** show! Quite literally!

Was advised upon check in that as we had a table booked at the restaurant we would receive a 15% discount off food and drinks that evening. When we came to pay our bill we received 3% discount off the whole bill, and were then informed that the discount did not apply to drinks and did not apply to certain items on the menu. Very poor. With regards to the room. The beds are on wheels!! Which means every time you sit on the bed it moves.

Love how clean it was. Love how easy check in. Love the room, it was amazing with hot tub. I love that the garage over the road I could get a sandwich of a packet of crisp at 3am. The staff was amazing and caring. Loved it all

Just this time when booking mentions it was our 56 th wedding anniversary and I asked if possible for a " nice roommessage ok .but it was one of the older rooms ,must stress nothing wrong except the toilet and shower as usual in a separate room. The hand basin unit was in the bedroom next to the bed! A little unusual in today's en suite designs

The room looked quite modern. The 2 ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly. Discount of 15% off food at its namesake restaurant across the car park.

It's entirely my fault for not checking the exact location as we were going to see a friend who lives near the town centre. I didn't realise how far away this was from town. We didn't sleep well, unfortunately, due to the pillows being uncomfortable. The room was also very warm, even with the window open. We didn't see any information about your facilities in the room either, and the phone signal is none existent in that part of the hotel even with WiFi.

Hotel liegt im Westen von Lincoln, von dort ca. 3 km bis zur Innenstadt. Zimmer war etwas kleiner als die, die ich bisher hier hatte. Schöne Dusche, kleine Probleme wurden sofort abgestellt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldnt get our tv to work properly. It was dealt with immediately. The room was lovely. Big and very tastefully decorated and furnished.Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.

The staff where both very pleasant, particularly the young lady who checked us in. The bed was super sized and comfortable. Good sized room. Great value for the small price we paid (less than the usual motel brands).

The room was stiflingly hot, but that was unavoidable as it was in the middle of the heatwave. Buildings in the UK are designed with extreme heat in mind! Luckily we brought our own fan.

Very hot room, windows were all closed so very stuffy when first entered.

We stayed in the room with the hot tub room 122 the Kennedy suite which was really nice because yesterday was very hot but it had air conditioning. The hot tub was great at night very private. Bed were comfy. Had a bath and a shower and x2 televisions. We liked that it had a restaurant next door which we got a discount for staying in the hotel.

The step from the bathroom to hot tub room was abit dangerous and the decking could do with a revamp in my opinion. The dressing gowns smelt fusty in the wardrobe too. The tv area with the back rest i think would be better with just a comfy 2 seater sofa or 2 massage chairs as the backrest wasnt comfy we ended up laying on bed to watch tv

Located only 10 minutes away from the show ground, which is what we needed.

Shower not great as the water came out of the bath tap as well with no way of turning it off. Plug sockets didn’t work as they were put too close to the bench so you couldn’t plug your plug in. Lots of traffic noise with it being so close to the main road.

The room was clean and spacious. Standard double room comes with a big king bed and TV. No air-conditioning but a fan was provided.

Room was large. Bed was comfortable. TV above the bed good. Bathroom was large too and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was air conditioned which we really appreciated. Room very clean with good amount of towels/ bath mats/ shower mats etc. Nice/ helpful to have a fridge.

Hot tub was too hot and couldn’t get it to be cooler. No plug near a mirror for the hair dryer. Struggled to climb over the bar around the bed in the suite. No medium soft drink glasses - only small. No shelf for own toiletries in shower. Shower water pressure was awful!

I was travelling with my elderly mum & you ensured we were almost next door to each other which was very much appreciated. The helpfulness of staff throughout our stay was outstanding. Convenient & plentiful free parking. Comfy bed, lovely towels. Cleanliness of linen and room in general.

The soap & shower gel dispensers looked pretty cheap & nasty. The shower gel dispenser needed a bit of a deep clean or replacing. The water pressure was much too low and inconsistent.

Rooms for the disabled are on the ground floor. Decent size and excellent walk in shower

Not being able to have breakfast in the hotel and too late a start time at 0800. Couldn't use, had to go hungry. No air conditioning. 2 small fans in the room as much good as a chocolate frog on a fireguard. Plus no socket one side of the bed to plug one in

The room and the outside area was lovely , the outside garden bit and bathroom were really nice. The food at the restaurant was lovely.

The jacuzzi was in poor condition the bracket to remove the top on and off was broken , the jets kept erroring and turning off , the headrests in the jacuzzi were broken. The air con even though set at 28 degrees was cold , the bed was uncomfortable and strangely lumpy and one of the worst nights sleep i've ever had
