Great location - rooms were a very good size - walking distance to local restaurants, shops etc

Lift didn’t work - rooms were very dated - mattress was uncomfortable soft and springs were knackered - pool spa was closed . 2 adults , 1 child and 1 baby . Was a struggle with all the bags and buggy etc with no lift .

No hot water in shower (sink tap hotter than the sun). No fridge. No working lift (moved to third floor). Staff trying their best. Pool still being returned after two years.

The pool isn’t working n hasn’t been open for a while but it is about to open which is great the only real complaints I had was I am disabled n the lift wasn’t working n had a top floor room n so had to order room service aswell as not great with stairs and they forgot my order n did it nearly 2 hours late

The hotel is in a good location for visiting friends or businesses South Lincoln area and Lincoln. There's a lot of traffic but the rooms are double glazed so it's not a noise issue. I stay was good to average for this kind of hotel.

While we were there the hotels only lift was not working and had not been working for at least a week prior to us arriving. This was disappointing as we had to carry things upstairs and if we wanted to pop to the car for something it was down the stairs back up the stairs et cetera so I would hope that if I ever book it again I can contact the Reception area and confirm that the lift is working.

Lovely comfy hotel good location

We enjoyed an overnight stay at The Bentley Hotel. Staff friendly and courteous. Room excellent and sparkley clean. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Food was wonderful honestly the best. Our compliments to the chef. Breakfast was superb. A great variety of cooked food and fresh pastries. Coffee good. An excellent breakfast. Staff super efficient and no nice and smiley. Value for money. We would definitely stay again. Our sincere thanks to all staff.

Bar area is inside with no windows. Old air conditioning unit that was rather loud to run.

We had stayed there September last year and were very satisfied

After our previous stay which we were very satisfied with this time we were very disappointed. Firstly the dressing table on the bedroom was very sticky hadn't been polished or even been dusted. Everything you put on there just stuck. Secondly the bathroom along the back of the bath had all pink stains on. It looked like s toothbrush stain or the top of the toothpaste . There was only 2 tissues left in the box on the cabinet by the bed. On visiting the restaurant in the evening we were given table 6. my husband kept moving his feet about under the table as all the floor was really sticky and it all stuck to the bottom of his shoes. Can't fault the meal it was lovely . When we went back to our room upstairs his shoes kept sticking to the carpet. Once in the room he took off his shoes and tried to remove it but not very successfully.

It's location very much suited our need for a central base for sightseeing. It also had a Hickory Smoker Restaurant next door.

The shower was fixed and hard to operate.

Sadly, there weren’t really facilities that other than the gym as the pool and hair salon area is all closed off, however once these reopen this is a great Hotel for stopping off or business, it’s right on a very busy junction roundabout and rooms are either noisy or dark. I can’t really see it as a holiday Hotel. A massive shout out to Katy in Reception who was so kind when we had to change our caravan plans to stay at the hotel due to the very hot weather. Difficult when travelling with animals. She was so friendly and helpful with local tips - a real asset to the chain . If travelling with dogs , recommend Whisby nature reserve ( just park on road near car park which shuts at 6pm ) a beautiful walk around the lake

As I said, it’s hard to say as most of the facilities I’ve shut until 2027. Breakfast was mainly unappetising. however the lady who was working on her own there was doing a great job ; they made me eggs to order and a vegetarian sausage , but the quality of everything else was pretty poor. We couldn’t go in the main restaurant in the evening because we had a dog so we went to the martini bar, not very aptly named as when we requested a cocktail they didn’t serve any. Draft Aspalls cider was nice. Home-made pizza ordered was pretty vile, though the base was proper dough , not a ready made base , it had to be sent back as it was not only burnt on the bottom but the cheese was rank and not mozzarella- more like a mix of cheap ready grated cheddar and something unidentifiable , at £14 for a pizza, you don’t expect that. As a replacement we had sweet potato and Butterbean curry which was very nice as a vegetarian option, but £18 for a veggie main course is again not value at all. There are quite a few other places to eat in the nearby area so the Hotel really needs to up its game in terms of the quality of the individual produce that’s bought in order to make the food. The chefs were doing a great job but they can’t do a better job without better produce. AC in room 102 was good and quiet , AC in 246 worked but was so noisy like something from Moscow Cold War - however it worked which was what we needed . Lifts also out of order . Stupidly long walk for a disabled person to room 246.

Staff were lovely and so helpful, ive broken my foot and was on a 2nd floor room but without hesitation staff offered to move us to a ground floor room, all staff Couldnt have been more helpfull.

My partner and I where extremely pleased with every asspect of our stay the room was comfortable and clean we both very much enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere the staff where lovely and the food was delicious we also brought 2 dogs with us on the our stay and they where looked after to

On a very hot day, the reception and function rooms were very cool. The bedroom was also very cool. The quality of the buffet at night was great, and breakfast on Sunday morning was brilliant.

The lifts were out of order, and our room was a long walk on the second floor. To be fair, the receptionist dif say that if it was a problem, she could look for another room, but I didn't want to make a fuss and I knew a lot of our extended family were staying. I realised that I shoild have asked for another room, but that was my fault.

Great location easy to find lots of parking and disabled spaces.

Handy location for our needs. As I had requested, we were given a room at the back away from the road.

Location was key as we were visiting my brother who lives about a mile away. Also convenient for joining the A46 on our way south. Rooms were a generous size.Some maintanance needed in bathroom but clean. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly Olivia on reception. Breakfast was plentiful. Food in the bar was very good.

Seemed a bit drab in corridors and room but I think that was the colours of the decor and lighting.

Room had seen better days. The two arm chairs were a bit grubby. The large towel in the bathroom was shedding fluff for some reason. The shelf above the hanging rail was dusty. I found out because the clothes l put up were dusty.

Katy at reception was.helpful on arrival....really great.... I explained the fact that after I booked online and after it said *have U used your blue light card * bit late now I thought ...anyways told Katy this ...and her my veterans card ...and she said I can give U this as a matter of goodwill ...and it was a drinks voucher. Which was used ... The room was fine ..but cudnt work any air conditioning working ...and opening the window wasn't great ..or helped ..the breakfast was good ..however it cudve been labelled that there was pork in one n Lincolnshire sausages in seperate containers ....the soap dispenser in the container in the shower did not work ....at all . When checking out ...there was a car parked really close too me .so much so I cudnt get in my driver's side ....anyways ..the reception were gud...and said wait a min ..I will check whose it is...not was one of the chefs there....so this was moved so I can get in my car.......so well done on this ......finally there was a cleaner with blonde /brownish hair I was talking to at the reception while waiting for car to be moved and tbh with you ..she was as lovely as can be.........(Is she a part time model ?!)...cheers kindly.

Very helpful staff, clean & comfortable hotel

Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses on the twin beds seemed clean I didn't remove sheet0, the bases were old, yellowed and dreadfully creaky when ever you moved It was very disappointing and let the room down a couple of divan bases would not be expensive and would make a huge difference to the overall appearance of the room.

The hotel it self is good and the bar staff specifically on this stay, especially Jo, went above and beyond! 10/10.
