Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Cuando nuestro aire acondicionado se estropeó nos cambiaron de habitación y para compensar las molestias nos cambiaron a una habitación triple (nosotros teníamos una doble)
Aunque esté bien comunicado con buses, vas a echar una hora para ir y otra hora para volver del centro. Debía haber algún insecto en la habitación porque tanto mi pareja como yo estamos abrasados de picaduras. No es nuestro caso, pero como seas un poco ancho no vas a poder entrar en la ducha.

Lo stato di manutenzione generale della stanza. Vernici scrostate sulle pareti del bagno, mobile sotto lavello rotto e sbilenco, sedile wc instabile. Una tenda oscurante che non oscura.

We didn’t have blankets/covers, at night it gets pretty cold even when the ac is turned off so I think they should be available. Location is alright, but its a long walk to Tiburtina station unless you go with a bus.

La ducha muy pequeña, pero nada insufrible. La TV no tenía ningún canal disponible.

No está bien que den solo una tarjeta como llave, al sacarla se corta la electricidad y el frigobar deja de funcionar, con temperaturas de más de 33°C al retornar la hotel no se dispone de una botella de agua fría, inconsebible, además hay que dejar la tarjeta cada vez que se sale del hotel, lo cual genera inseguridad.

O ar condicionado não gela nada, eles usa um sistema de que desliga o ar quando sai do quarto, além de não gela nada ainda demora a gela o mínimo que tem. O banheiro um cúbico, tem que tomar banho de braços fechados, se for lavar o cabelo já não dá o espaço. A janela não fecha o suficiente pra deixar escurinho o quarto. O Wi-Fi não pega.

Cred ca ar trebui un pic mai îngrijită cladirea, spre exemplu la noi în camera mânerele de la ferestre dadeau sa cadă, curățenie se face zilnic, dar având in vedere si prețul, pentru o cazare la Roma si nu dorești lux,raportul preț calitate, e ok! Sincer recomand, daca nu ești prea pretențios!

Fridge is off when we are out all day, because there’s no power in the room, and air conditioning is not cool enough and it takes a long time to cool the room, specially it was a very hot day during summer of August, so, whatever we keep in the fridge is spoiled. Not happy.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I liked that it was near a laundromat and some food places that are open later than average. The front office was 24 hours which was very nice in case we stepped in late. The staff was very kind. The property was also very close to a bus station.
I really didn’t like the shower. It was so cramped and the ceilings had damage like holes and water damage. The beds were paper thin and it felt closer to sleeping on a cot. Strangely there was only ever a flat sheet on the beds, never any comforters and the pillows were very flat. The MOST inconvenient thing was that we booked this place specifically for the AC it had, we knew how hot and humid Rome can be in the summer so we wanted to come back to a cooler room. However, if you leave the room and take out the room key from the light switch the whole power shuts off in the room automatically. Meaning no AC, no charging while you’re out, no fridge with cold drinks. The room was always warm when we came back and there was no solution since you are only allowed 1 key card for your stay.

I want to give a shout out to the romanian manager who was wonderful. One of the best customer care I've seen in a long time. She was very helpful so, thank you! The room was clean and spacious.
Just the shower could benefit from some improvements.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026the room was clean, it had an air conditioner and a small fridge. we booked for 3 days but we only got 2 small bottles of the shower gel, however when i asked the staff for more, they gave me even more than needed. our flight was in the night, so we arrived at the hotel around 3 a.m. but we didn't have to pay more for a late check-in like in some places to stay.
we only got something like bed sheet to cover, but on the first night it was very cold even under the "quilt". also towels, although you could smell they're fresh and clean, but at least on one of them i saw some dark and yellow stains. when we were taking shower i think either the water was leaking outside the shower or it was somehow going out through the door because after taking shower it was always a lot of water outside the shower on one site, but it couldve just been our problem. the last thing is inside of the room had no information about the price of the beverages in the fridge. although it wasn't expensive, but it would be nice to know how much i will pay. in my previous place they were free, so i forgot to ask myself.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un problema con la secadora del departamento y enseguida nos buscaron otra. Igualmente llamaron un taxi el día que nos fuimos. Tiene un closet con un espejo grande al interior que me gustó. La cama era cómoda.
Aunque no estaba precisamente sucio, tampoco se sentía impecable. Principalmente el piso se sintió pegajoso cuando llegamos. Las almohadas, para mi gusto personal, eran muy grandes y duras. El espacio de la ducha fue bien pequeño, lo cual lo hacía incómodo y la ducha no drenaba bien. Aunque llegar al centro es fácil vía un bus + metro en Triburtina, el lugar en sí mismo no es céntrico. Queda como en un suburbio.

Petit réfrigérateur très utile. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Bon emplacement ,arrêt de bus juste en face. Je recommande donc cet hôtel.

Ustawienie łazienki było średnie, po otworzeniu drzwi wchodziło się na prysznic. W pokoju 114 w prysznicu była tylko opcja deszczownicy, nie było oddzielnej słuchawki prysznicowej. Deszczownica była krzywo ustawiona, przez co woda lała się na ścianę zamiast na dół.

Purtroppo c’era la maniglia della finestra che non chiudeva alla perfezione ed un leggero cigolio nel funzionamento del frigo che all’inizio credevo di avere un grillo in stanza , per il resto tutto bene . Mi son solo lamentato con lo staff per l’alto costo della tassa soggiorno che il comune di Roma chiede .

Reviewed May 14, 2026Café da manhã com preço ótimo. Foi o hotel mais limpo de toda a nossa viagem. O povo do hotel é super receptivo e ajudou em tudo de que precisamos! Ponto de onibus à 2 minutos a pé. Mercado e padarias muito próximos ao hotel. Apenas 9 euros para ir da estação de ônibus até o hotel de táxi.
Precisa pegar 2 transportes pra chegar até o centro.
