Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The room was spacious, they upgraded the room from double to triple for free (for 2 persons). It was rather clean and looked nice. The location was appropriate for our needs.
There were signs of mold in the bathroom, and the major drawback - for one day and night there was no hot water at all! Considering that we stayed for 2 nights, it was very inconvenient. The staff clearly did what they could do, and the next day the water appeared but still it was disappointing.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Vi hade en stor rymlig lägenhet med dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar. Rymlig toa med badkar. Området var lugnt och kändes säkert. Vi promenerade snabbt till tunnelbanestationen Saint Agnese/Annibaliano när vi skulle någonstans, som låg på linje B. Direkt förbindelse till Colloseum. Lätt att byta till linje A vid Termini, när vi skulle till Vatikanstaten. Bredvid stationen fanns McDonalds som hade öppet tidigt och sent. Dessutom testade vi restaurangen San Marino som hade öppet relativt sent när vi anlände på kvällen. Kommunikation med värden Simone skedde smidigt via WhatsApp, där vi också fick resetips.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Najviac sa mi páčila lokalita k pomeru ceny. Odporúčania hosťujúceho a rýchla odozva. Ak máte rôzne problémy tak sa obráťte na neho. Metro je cca 5/6 minút pešo a taktiež aj autobusy chodia pravidelne z krátkej vzdialenosti cca 8 minút. Ubytovanie má jeden ventilátor k dispozícií.

I had a very bad experience with the host. First, the night before my arrival someone without name or presentation asked for my passport details (off course I didn’t give them) when I arrived at the property there was no one waiting for us, when I tried calling and texting they didn’t reply so I had to book another place. When they finally reply (one hour later) they said that the person asking for my details was their assistant and that they needed my details to automate my entrance. None of this information was said when the booking was confirmed. All this while waiting outside with 37 degrees and after a long travel.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Sehr gute Lage mit direkter Nähe zur Metro. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Check-in verlief auch spät in der Nacht völlig unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, im Chat jederzeit hilfsbereit und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.
Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, wodurch es nachts recht warm wurde. Außerdem war es nachts etwas laut.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Simone è un host gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, la struttura è bella fresca (non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere neppure il condizionatore, nonostante fosse il 7 luglio), pulita e spaziosa. Nelle vicinanze è facile trovare parcheggio su pubblica via (anche su strisce bianche) e ottimi sono i collegamenti con i mezzi e le attività. Consigliatissima!

He sent us directions on how to get to the hotel from Fiumicino Airport when we landed, helped us with our luggage when we got to the hotel, and subsequently shared directions for getting to popular tourist attractions from the hotel, as well as his recommendations for where to eat. I really appreciated the calm and privacy that came with the location of the hotel. I definitely always felt safe walking in the neighbourhood. There seemed to be a small number of guest rooms in the building, which maintained an authentic rather than a commercial atmosphere. Our room was a good size, provided a great sanctuary from the summer heat, and we at no point heard any noise pollution from outside. The AC and the remote-operated blinds were very handy and easy to use. We made good use of the mini fridge in our room, which also kept being refilled with a bottle of water for each of us daily. The bathroom was very clean and also a good size. I liked that there was room around the sink to place our toiletries.
The water in the shower sometimes took a while to warm up when you were the first person to use it that day, and the water pressure was quite weak. It wasn't a big problem for us, though.

Quando siamo entrati nella 8, palesemente si vedeva che non era stata pulita, wc sporco, pavimento idem, luci non funzionanti e ragnatele che cadevano dal soffitto! Nella 2 pulizia da rivedere e assenza di acqua calda. Abbiamo scritto subito alla struttura, che non ci ha degnato di risposta, fino a che il giorno dopo abbiamo visto la receptionist e non ha mostrato minima comprensione del disservizio. Fortuna il soggiorno è stato solo di una notte!

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Eenvoudig, maar goed (niets kapot). Schoon. Goed bereikbaar per metro en met diverse bussen. Bed van 190 (in mijn geval 2-persoons bovendien voor mij alleen), stond aangegeven, maar voor lange mensen wel een punt van aandacht.
Wifi met zeer zwak signaal (eigenlijk geen wifi) in mijn kamer. Op klacht werd pas na herhaald verzoek, ruim dag later gereageerd. Helaas geen oplossing. Geheel is stil, behalve kamer boven die van mij: sommige dagen vanaf 6.00u geloop, geschuif met piepend meubilair, enz.

Stanza molto grande e accogliente e soprattutto pulitissima, che non è così scontato. Simone è molto gentile e affabile. Quando ritorneremo a Roma sicuramente soggiorneremo nuovamente lì.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026die Lage war für uns perfekt: in einem schönen authentischen Viertel mit viel Grün, wenige U-Bahn Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt. Unsere Zimmer lagen zum grünen Innenhof und waren sehr ruhig. Wir hatten 2 grosse Räume mit schönem Holzparkett, kleiner Küchenzeile und begehbarem Kleiderschrank, perfekt für uns als Familie. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt ( zu einem sehr fairen Preis) und erhielten Tipps für die Umgebung. Vielen Dank Simone!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026女仆热情，但是不懂英语，沟通困难。小区环境尚可，周围邻居乐于助人，意大利人民很友善。
第一，老板待客之道很差劲。我们到达时候被凉在外面将近三个小时，我们自己加上路过邻居帮忙打电话联系老板，老板始终不接电话，眼看天越来越黑，我们又渴又饿又累，蚊子还欺负我们，异国他乡，无比焦虑，最终老板给同租的热心帮忙年轻人回电话了，在他的帮助下，我们才拿到钥匙，安顿下来。在我们住的七天六晚里，始终没有见到老板，更没有得到他的道歉。 二，住房设施老旧，淋浴的水小得只能勉强打湿身体，根本不敢洗头或者用沐浴露，怕冲洗不干净。床垫已经软塌塌的，睡了腰痛。枕头不知道塞的啥，好像一团旧布团睡在上面坑坑洼洼的感觉，好难受。 第三，房子临街，睡眠浅的人怕是睡不好了。
