離主要街道有些距離,但有buggy car 載至主街口,也算方便。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un séjour parfait, bien au-delà de nos attentes ! Tout était parfait, et même mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Valley Village et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et très bon. L’hôtel est également très bien situé et constitue un endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter d’un séjour au calme. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Ngoc, qui a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Elle nous a beaucoup aidés et nous a donné de précieux conseils, notamment pour l’achat des billets pour VinWonders et Sun World. Elle a été aux petits soins avec nous et a même eu la gentillesse de nous offrir la navette pour l’aéroport afin de nous faciliter le départ, puisque notre vol était tôt le matin. Ce geste nous a vraiment touchés. Je souhaite également remercier Hoa Mai pour le massage. C’était un moment extrêmement apaisant et relaxant. Honnêtement, c’est le meilleur massage que j’ai reçu de toute ma vie. Une expérience que je n’oublierai pas ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Valley Village pour votre accueil, votre sourire, votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse. Vous avez vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour à Phu Quoc inoubliable. L’accueil chaleureux, l’équipe est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuné est délicieux. Le Resort est très bien placé à côté de beaucoup de lieux d’intérêt et loin de l’agitation. Les navettes sont également très pratiques. Le restaurant est délicieux. Cours de yoga gratuits plusieurs fois par semaine. Massage super également.

Nous n’étions pas vraiment alaise avec la salle de bain extérieur.

Fantastyczne miejsce w środku dżungli, na uboczu. Urządzone ze smakiem. Bardzo mili ludzie na recepcji. Pomocni ponad przeciętnie. Szczególnie pani z recepcji, której imienia nie poznałem, ale pojawiała się przy śniadaniach i właśnie w recepcji. Bardzo uczynna i miła. W ośrodku jest pies Deng i co najmniej 5 kotów, więc jeśli ktoś lubi zwierzęta, tak jak my, to stanowi dodatkową atrakcję. W ostatnim dniu spotkała nas niespodzianka. Valley Village zorganizowała nam taksówkę na lotnisko na własny koszt. To był miły prezent. Dziękujemy

Właściwie nie mam zastrzeżeń. Gdybym miał wymyślić coś na siłę, to podczas naszego pobytu trwała rozbudowa basenu. Ale sam basen był czynny, tylko w pobliżu pracowali robotnicy budowalni. Kiedyś muszą takie remonty robić, więc to właściwie nie jest zarzut. Na pewno basen po przebudowie będzie się dobrze prezentował.

Ce petit resort propose des hébergements en bungalow situés en haut d'une coline en pleine nature, il propose une alternative parfaite au gros resort surpeuplés et bétonnés de la côte. Ici vous trouverez un environnement verdoyant, du calme et une équipe incroyable de gentillesse et d'attentions. Tout est fait pour se détendre et se reposer ! les chambres sont très propres dans des bungalows bien isolés et bien pensés avec une belle terrasse devant pour se détendre et la salle de bain à l'arrière qui est ouverte sur la forêt ! tentez l'expérience c'est incroyable ! Le resort propose le petit déjeuner, un restaurant dès 11h, service de laverie, cours de Yoga gratuit et SPA massage, le tout à des tarifs très bon marché. La piscine est très belle au milieu du jardin est suffisamment grande et va être un peu agrandie encore. Le resort est très en retrait de la route principale qui va du nord au sud de l'île mais un service de navette gratuite vous dépose et vous ramène au bas de la coline en quelques minutes et jusqu'à 22h ! l'emplacement central est parfait, proche de l'aéroport, de la ville principale, des bus qui desservent le nord ou sud de l'île en 40mn. La plage est accessible en quelques minutes depuis le bas de la coline. Nous sommes venus pour 3 nuits et nous sommes finalement restés 8 nuits et plus si nous avions pu ! Merci encore à toute l'équipe qui est vraiment d'une gentillesse rare, ils ont rendus notre séjour incroyable !

Hôtel exceptionnel, offrant des prestations remarquable. En effet, le petit déjeuner est parfait, il y'a des cours de YOGA, un service SPA au rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, une navette qui permet de rejoindre en qq minutes l'hôtel et la route principale ou la plage, enfin le restaurant de l'hôtel et sa piscine sont très appréciable. Il est également important de souligner le dévouement du personnel de l'hôtel qui ont tout fait pour que le séjour soit mémorable pour nous. Merci

有森林感，早餐很好吃，24小時都有熱水，泳池很漂亮，而且住客沒有住滿，不擁擠。每周一周三周五上午十點有免費瑜伽課，雖然我第一次來富國島，都出去玩北島樂園跟南島樂園，沒用過，但二訪富國島的時候，可以好好staycation.渡假村位置有點偏僻，飯店內有提供租賃機車，真是太好了！24小時一輛20萬盾，可以殺價，我付了20萬後，去車棚領車聽到隔壁白人用9折18萬租到！哈，到處都可以講價。雖然沒差多少錢啦！好有趣。

這家飯店的收費是，你刷卡只是擁有訂房權，沒有收費，但booking已經跟我的國泰世華銀行 cube信用卡收費了，我4月29號預定房間，五月信用卡帳單就已經被銀行收費，但我九月入住的時候，又在被櫃檯要求付住房費！雖然櫃檯說，你有證據，他們會退費！但是我那一天是訂了許多行程跟其他間旅館，所有的帳集合成以一筆錢。從銀行app刷卡紀錄根本看不出一對一的紀錄，也就是說你當場跟櫃檯舉證困難！只能認賠，當場刷卡再付一次住宿費用！自救程序不是算了！要不然就是回台灣後，找booking.com 跟國泰世華算帳！整趟旅程的飯店，包含之後的其他家旅店，我都要求付款兩次！

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. ​Service & Personal: Das gesamte Team war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. ​Lage & Transfer: Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber genau das hat für die gewünschte Ruhe gesorgt. Ein riesiges Plus: Der hoteleigene Shuttle-Service! Von 7:00 bis 22:00 Uhr wird man bei Bedarf mit einem kleinen Elektroauto kostenlos zur Hauptstraße gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Super organisiert und bequem. ​Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war makellos sauber, gemütlich und gepflegt. ​Frühstück: Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight – eine tolle Auswahl, frisch und besonders lecker. ​Hier hat einfach alles gepasst.

Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Da ich aber sonst auch eher nicht weich schlafe hat mich das nicht gestört.

Our holiday in Valley Village Resort was way beyond our expectatives. The apartments are moodish, confortable and so clean. The restaurant serves excellent food. All staff is so kind. Staff also prepared a nice surprise for our dauther's birthday. Excellent.

The only thing is it is a bit remote but this is to its advantage as it's peace and quiet. Also they have free shuttle to and from the beach.

It is secluded from the usual hectic city life. The greenery around makes you calm and peaceful. A perfect vacation point

There should be a net on the wall facing the washroom as insects tend to come in. It will avoid mosquitoes also

This place is amazing. The staff are so thoughtful and lovely and remember small touches to make your stay an amazing one. The buggy service to and from the main area is great, it always was available. The massages were a great price and we also got laundry done through the hotel quickly and at a good price. They arranged taxis again at a great price. We could not have asked for more. The standard of the accommodation construction was incredible. Sitting/laying on the balcony in the middle of nature was priceless. The cleanliness was also 5 star, we travel alot and have not stayed in a cleaner place.

L’allotjament estava molt net i les habitacions són molt espaioses. El personal de l’hotel va ser súper amable en tot moment. El desdejuni molt bo i abundant. Hi tornaria sense dubtar!

My family and I enjoyed the hidden aspect, in the forest listening to the surroundings was super chilled, being able to have a shower/use the toilet and look out to so much greenery! We loved that. It wasn't my son's birthday while staying there but they came out to wish a happy birthday with a cake and that made his day 😊 their friendly attitude and willingness to help was amazing.

The bed was a little hard but the staff asked if we would like an extra mattress topper to make it more comfortable.

Phòng sạch sẽ và nội thất khá là mới. Nhân viên rất hỗ trợ khách hàng. Bữa sáng thì ổn áp, có món mình thích có món ko. Không gian nhà hàng thì khá là mát mẻ, yên tĩnh và sạch sẽ. Rất đáng tiền.

Bàn chải đánh răng dùng ko thích lắm, lọ sữa tắm hơi ít, chỉ dùng đc 2 lần là hết rồi. Nước ép nên giảm độ ngọt.

De locatie, rustig gelegen maar dankzij het golfkarretje word je snel naar de main road gebracht. Daar kan je vlot een bus of taxi nemen. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet! Zwembad en gebouwen liggen in een heel mooie tuin. Elke dag verse en zachte handdoeken. Tenslotte: het personeel. We waren hier 4 nachten en dat voelde veeeeel te kort!

Het gevolg van in de natuur zijn: de muggen. Maar ook daarvoor kregen we een spray bij het onthaal mee. Algemeen onderhoud aan het huisje waar wij zaten, alles is minder fris dan op de foto's maar we beseffen dat het klimaat en de natuur dat moeilijker maken dan in een nieuwbouw appartemenstblok met airco.

It was so good to get back to the great hotel that became a real home. It's a nice place to relax. The location is so good, away from the road noise and karaoke. With the buggy service there are no problems to reach the sea, and with big terraces and balconies you can enjoy even the rainy weather. The beds are super big and very comfy. The stuff is very friendly and happy to help any moment. I'm sure, I'll definitely come back.

Personalet var simpelthen så nærværende og virkelig hjælpsomme. Der var to hunde, en ældre hund og en lille hvalp. Helt fantastisk. Altid hjælpsomme med at køre os ned til vejen.

Man skal indfinde sig med at der godt kan være lidt dyr i nærheden. Myg og gekkoer blandt andet.

Ich muss wirklich sagen alles, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem bei jedem Problem. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat grosse Fenster was viel natürliches Licht ins Zimmr bringt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, am Frühstücksbuffet gabe es von herzhaft bis süss alles. Auch die Speisekarte für das Mittag- und Abendessen war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist etwas von der Hauptstrasse entfernt aber das macht es umso schöner, da man keinen Autolärm hat. Das einzige was man hört sind dir Grillen und Frösche. Ich konnte mich bei meinem Aufenthalt super entspannen. Die Massagen nach einem langen Tag waren super entspannend. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttel bis zur Hauptstrasse an was super praktisch ist. Wenn man dan wieder abgeholt werden möchte an der Hauptstrasse kann man dem Hotel auf Whatsapp kurz eine Nachricht schreiben und dann kommen sie einem abholen.

Location, rooms, pool and facilities are all great but the star of the property is the team.

The place is even better, than we expected. Very green and quiet area away from the road, exost and noise. The buggy service helps guests to get to the main road and the Long beach. The stuff treats every guest as a treasure and is ready to help during the day and even in the night.

Das Leben mitten in der Natur

This place is just amazing they couldn't do enough, we had a issue with the tap going into the pool they repaired it within 20 minutes, the accommodation is truly amazing stunning layout, the breakfast was amazing so much choice . The dinner in the evening had loads to pick from and was cooked to perfection. The staff are a credit to the company and treat you like family. We will honestly be coming back, there is nothing we found wrong with this place. They even pick you up on a golf buggy and take you down to town if needs be. They have 2 dogs that run around the place what is so cute. I asked them if they could do the room out as I just asked my girlfriend to marry me and they went all out and done the room to perfection

There is nothing to moan about just wished we could off stayed longer.

Bon emplacement, proche de l'aéroport et au centre de l'île. Très joli au milieu des arbres. Personnel très sympathique, disponible et aidant. Bon massage au spa.

Les logements sont passables, la clim marche mal, et les ventilateurs ne fonctionnent pas. La condensation/l'humidité dans la chambre goutte du plafond partout dans la chambre. C'est très désagréable d'avoir de l'eau qui te coule dessus toute la nuit. Les lits sont très durs, pas du tout confortables. Les draps étaient sales. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. La pire des surprise c'était lors de notre première nuit, nous avons voulu aller nous baigner vers 20h, la piscine était encerclée de 3 vipères vertes à queue rouge, extrêmement dangereux. Il paraît qu'un client s'était déjà fait mordre.

Estaba muy alejado y un camino nada fácil para acceder. Lo bueno que te pueden llevar desde el hotel a las zonas donde se puede caminar y las habitación mal acondicionada con goteras porque llovía y estaban en bruto las paredes. No volvería

Es un lugar mágico, apartado del centro pero tienen un carrito que te lleva y te recoge en la avenida cuando les dices y las veces que les digas. Si alquilas moto es ideal. El personal es muy amable y humano. Hacen que tú estancia sea ideal. Nos hubiésemos quedado a vivir. Las piscinas increíbles, la habitación con terrazas y amacas y el desayuno de lo mejor de nuestro viaje. Si nunca volvemos a phu quoc este será sin duda nuestra casa. Mil gracias a todos el equipo porque son unos magníficos professionales. El baño es tan original como maravilloso

Amazing staff, peaceful setting, rustic vibe. They provide a buggy to the end of the road free of charge. Every member of staff was so friendly; be it in the restaurant, a driver, in the reception.

Only thing I’d add would be a fan on the outside of the chalet 😀

Amazing stay, very eco-themed and organic property. Cozy and peaceful. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant. Very helpful staff, I absolutely loved my stay.

Nice location at a quiet and distant-from-city, but not too far at the same time. The jungle setting and spacious landscape is soothing, relaxing. Mostly staaff were helpful and kind.

If you are not used to riding motorbike, this location is some distance from the town streets, so eityer get the shuttle-buggy at stipulated timings, or get cab, or ride motorbike. Otherwise, everything is quite good 👍

Нет такого. Как совет , было бы неплохо проводить занятия йогой чаще и чуть раньше по времени утром. Но это очень субъективное мнение.

Nous avons été réveillé 2 matins (séjour de 7 nuits)par la musique de la salle du restaurant vers 6h15...Dommage !!!

The resort is in midst of Greenery, its a very calm and soothing environment in the property. The staff are exceptionally helpful and they take care of you extremely good. The property Dog Deng, is a very smart and good boy. The property also has a litter of kittens along with the mumma cat and daddy cat😍😍. Genuine suggestion- dont skip the property due to any negative review, everything is Comfortable in here.

Nothing as so , as they are really helpful and you wont face any issues at the property, the staff is always there to help you.
