Gigi has a beautiful place and she is an excellent hostess. The little extra touches makes for a great stay

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Really good menu to choose from, healthy choices and beautifully presented. We liked getting to know Gigi at breakfast, she is an excellent host and a lovely lady! She takes such pride in what she does. The rooms are so comfortable and Gigi really made our weekend. Our daughter loved getting to know Barnaby the dog. He is a darling.

Absolutely everything. The host was attentive, welcoming and just wonderfully welcoming. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her.

It is a very cozy b&b, in a quiet area. Gigi is very nice and attentive. Breakfast is fabulous. A great place to stay.

Overall it was one of the best B&Bs I have stayed. Gigi made the best breakfast and the garden was beautiful. We needed a day to relax from our hectic travel week and this exceeded our expectations. Thanks Gigi for being such a wonderful hostess.

There was nothing we didn’t like it was a great B & B in a perfect setting.

Everything was excellent, room, breakfast and hospitality. We particularly appreciated being able to sit in the beautiful large garden.

Gigi is the perfect host. She did everything she could to make us feel at home. The Malvern room is very big and has its own terrace with a lovely view. The Swan room is although very big. The breakfast was more than enough. Everything was very clean. We could although use her garage, because we stayed there with our British roadster, build in Malvern. An unforgettable stay and we surely will come back.

My room was excellent, well in excess of what I expected. I had a nice balcony with an excellent view of the hills. Also good to cool off on at the end of the day. Host was very friendly and helpful about everything, suggesting places to go for visits. She also had a very friendly dog who was a little fuss pot.

Beautiful, a home from home! Gigi was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of nice touches in the room, bottled water, sachets of horlicks and hot chocolate as well as tea coffee etc. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was first class!

Excellent range of choices for breakfast, including the speciality oats and fruit. Quiet location. Beautiful garden. Choice of local footpaths to walk. Pub and village shop close by.

We had a great two night stay at Orchard Side. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Gigi is a terrific host, so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, and the garden surrounding the house is lovely.

The owner was most welcoming and had thought of absolutely everything a guest could possibly want or need. There was a wide choice available for breakfast and everything was beautifully prepared and presented. The location was also perfect for attending the Malvern Flower show or for walking in the Malvern hills.

Our room did not have an ensuite bathroom which was a shame, but it was right next to our room and was for our sole use, so was not a problem.

The warm welcome and the lovely decor. The choice of food, the quality and lovely presentation were well above a standard B n B but the price was so reasonable. Everything was presented in reusable containers. The gardens were so well looked after. And the cherry on the cake has to be Barnaby, the puppy dog. He is gorgeous 😍

I couldn't fault this place. The warmth, care, and love by Gigi gave me the 5 star treatment, and the property was excellent. I would rate this place as a 5 star.

I didn't like the stairs, but then there were not many B&B have lifts! But apart from that, it was fantastic, and Gigi was a lovely hostest. I will definitely enquire about her self-catering place.

Gigi the hostess was very welcoming and made my stay a very pleasant one. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommended to stay at plus 10mins drive away from the Malvern hills.

My room didn't have an en-suite bathroom but a handy sink. However, the shared bathroom was absolutely fine.

Gigi's overnight oats for breakfast were divine. The room was cosy, very well equipped and peaceful. Loved being in the beautifully designed garden and the location was perfect for my needs.

Excellent property. Comfortable rooms, beds and bathrooms. Ms. Gigi the host was superb and ever so kind and helpful. She made us feel at home, served lovely breakfast by herself. Great location too, good restaurants and pubs nearby, and the lovely towns of Malvern nearby were very scenic. Loved our stay, and would love to go back in the near future. Thanks to the host.

Gigi the owner was a wonderful host in a delightfully serene and comfortable setting. The breakfast was easily the best that I've ever had in a place that I've stayed in the UK.

Our host, Gigi, gave us a warm welcome to her lovely home. We stayed in the B&B part of the property. The house is homely, clean and tidy. Our room was large, with en-suite and a large private balcony, where we could have had tea if the weather had been kinder. Gigi has an excellent selection for breakfast, all beautifully prepared. Gigi was able to give us some excellent recommendations of local places to experience, including the monthly village fair, which was lovely and well supported. Malvern itself has plenty to occupy us for our weekend and Orchard Side is well placed for visiting the local area. I would happily recommend Orchard Side to my friends and family. We would be happy to return. Thank you, Gigi.

It was easy to find and comfortable.

Orchard Side was the perfect base for our short getaway in the Malvern Hills area. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with lovely little touches to make it feel extra homely. Breakfast was superb, and nothing was too much trouble. Gigi was a wonderful host. We felt truly welcomed into her beautiful home and we would love to stay here again!

Simply an amazing place to stay! We were lucky enough to stay in the Annexe meaning we were self contained - but had the fortune of being looked after by Gigi. She even brought us breakfast into the annexe! The annexe was very well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful big windows into the garden. Slept very well too thanks to the comfortable bed. Gigi was so welcoming and helpful- a truly exceptional host.

Location is really lovely but then I do know the area very well. The Malvern Hills is a stunning backdrop and this b&b has a very informative host which is particularly helpful if you don't know the area. The breakfast 😋 sums it up. Very relaxed stay & highly recommended.

Very welcoming and informative host, who went out of her way to help us. The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was available on request and was delicious. The location was great for us and it was a delight to sit in the lovely garden, relax and watch the fish. Highly recommend.

My husband and myself have just returned from a 3 night stay in the deluxe Malvern Room it was spotlessly clean breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully, Gigi was so accommodating.

Fabulous place whether you choose the Bed and Breakfast part or the self-catering Annex. We've been many times to both parts. It's in a fantastic area of countryside too.

The property was fully equipped in every way. Lovely, spacious accommodation and very amenable host. Every detail for a comfortable visit has been considered. We especially loved the garden with seating provided in several spots to catch the best of the weather. Comfortable bed, good sized fridge and a comfy recliner chair were also appreciated. Safe and secure parking was a bonus.

Gigi runs the gold standard of B&Bs. Staying here is an absolute delight.

Lovely location, close to the swan inn pub. The annex was bright, nicely decorated and had a recently refurbished bathroom. The annex overlooked the garden and the garden was beautiful with a lovely blossom tree.

We wouldn’t change anything

The property was comfortable and well maintained. The garden was immaculate. It is in an ideal spot to visit The Malverns, but the village of Hanley Swan is worth investigating - it has a lovely pond, and a great pub.

Like it all

We just loved staying here. It's our second time, albeit the first was a few years ago. The property is homely, spacious and immaculately kept, and for our dogs, the garden is just great - they loved wandering around having a good sniff. Gigi is very warm, friendly and flexible and really whilst we stayed, made us feel like we were very welcome there. We didn't feel like anything would have been too much trouble had we needed anything. The location is really good. Obviously you'll need a car to get around as the local area is spread around the hills, but where Orchard Side is located is just ideal - everything's just a short car ride away if you want to stay in the local area and not far from the main roads into the area. The property is totally secure and you'll feel safe and sound during your stay.

Gigi was so helpful, kind and responsive. She made a wonderful breakfast, provided many ideas for activities and food and was a pleasure to meet.

The stay with Gigi at Orchard Side was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived she made us feel so welcome and it felt so much like home from home. All the small extra touches really made our stay so lovely and the breakfast was amazing, beautifully presented and very tasty! We were very happy to stay at Orchard Side Bed and Breakfast during our friends' wedding at Barns & Yard. Our host Gigi couldn't have been lovelier or more accommodating, and we enjoyed her sweet dog Charlie too. The Annex was comfortable and has everything we needed and more (hair dryer, fan, sewing kit, extra pillows, maps of the area etc).

It was more like staying at an old friend's house than staying at a B&B. There is a wonderful sense of calm and tranquility in the house. My room was lovely, it overlooked the garden with a view to the fields beyond. Gigi, the owner, looked after me so well and is a wonderful conversationalist. Breakfast was a absolute delight, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I can one hundred percent recommend Orchard Side Bed and Breakfast. In fact, I liked it so much I'm already planning my next visit!

Absolutely delightful place to stay Gigi the owner was very friendly kind she even picked me and my disabled son up from the train station lovely lady whom am sure we will definitely meet again as I hope to return for some much needed walking in the hills of Malvern beautiful village couldn’t really ask for more if you’re looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend orchardside guesthouse and annex we stayed in the annex was perfect two nights was good value for money thankyou to Gigi x

The lovely welcome we received. The room was excellent. The food at breakfast was delicious. There was a good walk directly from the house to the countryside.
