Urban Residence

Whole experience outstanding

Can't think of a thing as a negative

Τhe biggest advantages is the location, very close to HYGEIA Hospital, which makes it particularly convenient for anyone who needs easy and quick access to the hospital.

The Urban Residence was unfortunately a disappointing experience and, in my opinion, far too expensive for the quality and level of service provided. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The accommodation was not properly cleaned, with visible dust in several areas and, even worse, hairs from previous guests, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. In addition, we found the hotel to be very inflexible with every request we made. There seemed to be little willingness to accommodate guests or offer reasonable solutions, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the Urban Residence did not meet those expectations, and the value for money was very poor.

Very clean and comfortable..

Everything was wonderful. The staff was so helpful.

True diamond around the apartments !! Well done for the wonderful service!! Definitely coming back

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location for our needs to visit the nearby hospitals. Also has parking onsite.

Very friendly staff Clean property Big rooms Good area

The location was perfect for where I was working. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating.

- Location is excellent near Hospitals and shopping malls - Cleanliness was impeccable, the apartment was cleaned every single day of our stay - Great hosts tended to our every wish without delay, including our early arrival and late departure from the premises - Spacious, fully equipped quite rooms with huge balconies

Nothing really

Great host, great location, great stay

The owners are so welcoming and the property is cozy, well decorated, equipped and clean. Home away from home.

The location was excellent for attending events in the olympic stadium.

It took a while for the wifi connect when we were in our room, but the hosts were very kind and re-reouted the internet until we were able to connect.

I had a wonderful stay at Urban Residence! Everything was perfect - the place was very clean, quiet, and felt incredibly safe. The atmosphere was calm and very welcoming, and I truly appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. A special thank you to Mrs Tula - such a warm and caring person who made my stay to feel like home. I can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended! Cristina G M xx

No negatives.

This is a 10/10 place, the only place in Athens that i felt like i am in my own home. You can sense the love that is poured daily to maintain and to make us feel loved and cared. The cleanliness, the quality and the vibe is excelent, the sorrounding is so Zen and the couple that manages the property are the coolest. These service apartments are the reason i reconsidered booking an apartment and NOT a hotel!

There is nothing that i dont like about it.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Beautiful place.

Expensive

Lovely and clean. Perfect for my family. The staff were lovely and welcoming. They provided great advice on places to eat and visit during our stay.

Great apartment! Clean, comfortable and spacious for two people. Location is ideal, private parking is a plus. Lovely owner, excellent communication.

Small, cosy and very comfortable accommodation; lovely place which felt like 'home away from home'. Very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed just stayed one night with my husband as we travelled for the Andre Rieu concert. Perfectly situated very close to the venue. We walked back after the concert. Definitely a place we would return to for a stay over in Athens.

Location, cleanliness

We booked a 2 bedroom suite as we wanted to have 2 bathrooms, but this was at the sacrifice of a lounge which was not mentioned in any of the advertising. Also the patron door in the main bedroom vibrated regularly throughout the day and night making a very noticeable loud noise, only opening the patio door stopped the noise, which is not ideal.

The keys were easily handed over (it was within working hours, but on Sunday) and straight to the accommodation. There were no issues whatsoever. The room was easily accessible.

Spacious rooms with nice balcony; quiet neighborhood; friendly staff

Unfortunately no breakfast is being served

EVERYTHING! This is our fourth stay; and we love it. The apartments are nice, comfortable, very clean and they have everything you need. Bed and pillows are comfy, lots of space to store your clothes. Big balconies with good outdoor funiture. Housekeeping is excellent. We always choose Urban Residences when we don't want to stay in the center of Athens or when we prefer to stay in this area. Mr. Iannis and Mrs. Toula they always go above and beyond to help and please you. Excellent hostesses!

NOTHING

Lovely, modern, and very clean apartments. The space was ample and welcoming. The location was in a nice and safe area. The hosts prepared a map and even got up early to wish us a good trip. We'd definitely recommend this place without hesitation.

The check-in process was a little slow, especially after traveling several hours.

Very close to the stadium!

Nothing

Everything was brand new, modern, clean, great location, hosts were absolutely lovely.

Nothing. It was fab. We would all 6 of us go back there in a flash

A high-end flat in a quite neighborhood next to OAKA, Ygeia and Mitera Hospitals. The host Mrs. Toulla is an amazing lady very helpful. Highly recommended for all type of visitors.

Beautiful, would definitely go again.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for our needs. The hosts are exceptional they have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect! .

Everything

Nothing to report

The apartment had a fully functional kitchen, great air con with a lovely balcony to sit out on. Host was happy to help with any query & was very knowledgeable about the local area & Athens in general. As a single female traveller I felt safe within my apartment & the building. Would 100% recommend to all.

Great location Very clean Very comfortable furniture Perfect veranda

A bit high price

Spacious clean room with big balcony, friendly and helpful personnel. Well equiped.

We staied here just for one night but it was better than we expected. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. It had a big terrace and other amenities you might need. The Olympic stadium is very close so it's a perfect location to stay if you're planning to go to a concert.

Very spacious extremely comfortable apartments. The owner met us and could not have been more helpful. Such a warm welcome. Very impressed.

There was nothing at all not to like. Perfect !

The apartment was in the perfect location for my concert at the Olympic stadium. The property was very well kept and spotlessly clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Great location, near the hospitals and golden hall. The Urban Residence is located on a nice, tree lined road. Very comfortable bed and well furnished apartment. Very nice, large balcony with good outdoor furniture.

Nothing big to dislike, just small thaings like it was quite noisy in the evenings, although it generally quietened down by midnight. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful. The private parking is very tight, however you can usually park on the street nearby.

It’s perfectly clean and comfortable. Nice bed, pillows, bathroom, kitchenette. Very pleasant and helpful staff, particularly Mrs. Toula
