La consigne du bagage: nous avions prévenu un des employés que nous viendrions chercher notre valise a une certaine heure. Une fois devant la porte, pas de réponse, pareil en essayant de téléphoner. En sonnant à chaque appartement, nous avons enfin quelqu'un qui nous a ouvert. Lorsque nous avons récupéré le bagage, nous avons vu l'employé avec son portable, en communication privée. Dommage pour cet événement qui a dénaturé ma note

Welcome was OK even though we arrived at 2300. Check-in was good and room comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast basic but again enough to start the day. The nightmare happened after the checkout. We left our bagage there during the day and informed the employee that we will pick it up around 3pm. Once in front of the main door, we rang both bells, we called reception. No answer! As we were in a hurry, we rang all other apartments to have a chance opening the door. We were quite lucky! Once we collected our bagage we discovered the employee, busy with a private call, apparently surprised to see us. That is a real pity!

colazione pessima, niente da scegliere, mi hanno servito una merendina imbustata e 4 fette biscottate (nemmeno imbustate) che probabilmente erano avanzati da un altro tavolo. area colazioni veramente indescrivibile, 4 tavoli attaccati in 2mq.

The place is old. Needs upgrade. The location is very good. No AC. The host is nice. Very close to Rome Termini. Breakfast is not a breakfast! I only drank coffee.

tragedy, it's not even a two-star hotel but a guesthouse but the worst one can be. No one at the reception. I had to call people in the apartments to get help. A sleepy woman opened the door to me with complaints about why I wasn't looking for the owner. She helped me, so it was probably a person from the owner. The conditions in the room were poor. The price in relation to the quality was very high. I do not recommend

Oda çok soğuktu, kalorifer yanmıyordu, klima yoktu, yedek battaniye yoktu, oda bakımsız ve karanlıktı, internet çekmiyordu, kahvaltı çok kötüydü, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Excelente suite, quarto limpíssimo, com toalhas e roupa de cama limpa e de boa qualidade, tudo muito bonito, Infelizmente o quarto que pegamos tinha muito barulho, talvez porque ficava de frente e ao lado das portas principais. No geral maravilhoso e recomendo, ótima região e super seguro. Perto de tudo.

No elevator, so if you have suitcases it could be a bit of a haste climbing up to 4th floor. Also requested an iron like 4 times and the staff didn’t seem to care.

Only reason why I am giving it two stars is I read the review before I booked it. This is not a hotel. It does not have a reception area. The lady that took a photo of my ID gave me the key and left immediately. I booked a double/deluxe room and she gave me a single room. On the website it clearly stated that all single rooms were booked. I am not used to sleeping on single bed as I twist and turn in my sleep, therefore this was an inconvenience for me. The place was relatively clean.

All in all, I regret booking this hotel. It was very overpriced for what it was; there were damaged fixtures in the room (the bathroom door handle was faulty and falling off, and the basin plug was stuck) and the fan rattled. It needed a really good clean - the grouting in the bathroom was filthy, the surfaces were dusty, there was dirt on the walls and the visible cabling connected the TV was caked in dust. It also wasn’t soundproofed rooms as advertised; I stayed right next to the food area and could hear a pin drop in there. I was woken up early each night. I think it needs a full refurbishment. A real disappointment.

The worst hotel booking i have done so far. No one at the reception and we were unable to check in at 2.30 pm. No one attend the phone calls as well. After an hour of waiting outside the door, I had to book another nearby hotel. Later I filed a complaint but the hotel did not accept their fault and no to refund given for the booking. A team with no dignity or self respect.Think twice before you book in this property.

It was hotter inside my room with a fan on than it was outside. I couldn’t sleep it was the worst night sleep I’ve ever had

The staff were very kind, Also, the location was perfect. It was convenient for the students.

There was no AC, just a ceiling fan which was not sufficient for the summer weather.

It’s really a bed and breakfast not a hotel.

My experience with Hotel Bolognese (Via Palestro 15, 00185 Rome Italy) was awful. It was a nightmare and the most terrible experience I have ever had with hotels around the world. I lived there for four nights. The hotel was very noisy during the days and nights (see the attached pictures for the measured noise level in the room). You will not sleep well in this noisy room. The owners are very unfriendly and aggressive. The breakfast was really bad. The owners are immoral. They tried to maximize their profit by providing very small amount of food and expired cooked eggs in the breakfast. They didn’t arrange the bed sheets in my room (I attached a picture to show my bed sheets when I returned to the hotel at 6PM. It was exactly the same as I left the hotel in the morning). Also, to maximize their profit, they required me to pay the city tax by cash and didn’t allow card payment. Try to avoid this terrible hotel!

I had to stand out of the hotel for more than an hour after travelling 12 hours. I went on calling them over phone and went on pressing door bells but nobody opened the door and attended calls. There was no staff, no attendance. Its a family run business and not a hotel. You dont get anybody. The room can accommodate only a bed of the size of a train or bus sleeper berth. This is an extremely poor property and mischievous.

Not sound proof at all. In fact terrible. I could hear people breathing next door. The bar does not exist as stated. Refer broken and when ask the manager shrugged his shoulders. No one ever at front desk. I had to go out and buy toilet paper. This is the hotel that will make me pay attention to the satisfaction ratings.

You can’t change room temperature by yourself. I asked them but their answer was “it’s from government” then can put heater only from 5pm till early morning so in the morning it’s too cold so you can’t sleep well. 政府により暖房が17時から早朝までしかrつけられないと言われた死ぬほど寒くて寝れなかった。もっと他にいい宿があるはず。

L’hôtel Bolognese est une sorte de petite pension de famille très agréable. Le confort est simple et les chambres sont basiques mais on n’a pas besoin de plus lorsque l’on utilise la chambre uniquement pour dormir, le reste du temps étant consacré à visiter et découvrir la ville. Et lorsqu’on regarde le prix de la chambre, c’est très satisfaisant. Les patrons de cet hôtel sont adorables et réellement à l’écoute des clients. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent une chambre propre, sans artifices et une équipe (un couple charmant) à l’écoute. Je reviendrai à l’hôte Bolognese lors de mon prochain séjour à Rome ! Le quartier est idéal. À quelques minutes à pieds de la gare de Termini et proche du centre historique de Rome. Le quartier est tranquille et la rue sécurisée par les nombreuses ambassades qui s’y trouvent. À partir de l’hôtel Bolognese, vous pouvez visiter tout Rome à pieds! Ou en transport, nombreux dans le coin.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is spacious. The family running it truly puts their heart in every detail. The staff is available and fluent in foreign language, which was of great help in exploring the city with their valuable recommendations. I recommend this welcoming place to all travelers

Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e cortese. La proprietaria mi aveva offerto la colazione nonostante non fosse inclusa nel prezzo, non ho accettato solo perché avevo già fatto colazione. Da migliorare il cuscino, troppo basso e arrototondato. L'aria condizionata in camera non c'era ma la struttura era fresca quindi se ne poteva fare a meno.

The place is close to termi station that is convenient, if you have heavy luggage there are stairs , no elevator , breakfast not so good .. but they were courteous and accommodating

You can only reach them by phone which we had to do to tell them about our late arrival.. was hard to reach and not very service minded. You have to pay an extra fee for a late check in. No aircon in our room. Close to the central station so ok for one night.

If you need a quiet bedroom to sleep then this not the hotel for you. My room faced onto a courtyard & private residences. Motor bikes were parked in the courtyard late at night & naturally families had guess & talked. I suspected that the blankets & bed quilt were not clean between guess.

everything disgusting receptionist who said he didn’t have space for my booking. no change for the city taxe. finally puts me in a room very small put with high ceiling. at night I was frozen no extra covers no heating no reception. I didn’t even want to take a shower in the morning and waited next hotel. everything is an extra. to keep your luggage 5€ but in fact it stays in the corridor with no reception. anybody can take your suitcase and leave the is never there. at 9:30 waited door open for check out. I just left the keys and went away.

I recently stayed at a two-star hotel with a great location, run by friendly owners who made breakfasts even more enjoyable with their company. We spent five nights at the hotel and were pleased to find fresh towels and a well-maintained room upon our return each day.

The location is well connected with the metro, buses and night buses. Breakfast is simple and good. Marco and wife are very kind and helpful.

The sound proofing can be improved.
