Łazienka i przeciekający prysznic. Jest informacja na drzwiach, żeby uważać podczas brania prysznica, ale to nie kwestia niedomkniętych drzwi tylko tego, że woda wypływa na posadzkę, bo jest nieszczelność. W nocy ktoś chodził w apartamencie nad nami i było wszystko słychać.

L'emplacement est impeccable, près du parc et des restaurants. Notre chambre est très confortable avec de très bons lits. La cuisine est petite mais il ne manque rien, il y a des produits vaisselles, éponge...Le service de nettoyage est très efficace, le personnel agréable.

Le lavabo de la douche est vraiment petit avec une tablette par dessus ne permet pas de s'y brosser les dents, heureusement qu'il y a le lavabo de la cuisine.

Die Lage ist super, es sind 2 Ubahnstationen in der Nähe und viele Pubs und Geschäfte. Es war auch alles sehr sauber & das Personal wirklich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gegend ist auch mega schön. Es hat nicht gestört, dass das Bad relativ klein war - die Dusche war super & hat gut abgedichtet, somit wars voll okay.

Es wurde relativ heiß im Zimmer (vermutlich weil DG)

OK with many things to do better

Unfortunately there were a few points I didn't like: 1. I forgot my adapter and the hotel didn't have one (which should be basics knowing the difference in Europe & UK) 2. my room was in the basement (window grille, didn't like that), 3. noisy & poorly soundproofed 4. bath filthy (mold & grid) 5. no internet most of the time (even though they gave me a second spot, it didn't work neither and I had to go every day to the Paddington station to get my theatre tickets, boarding pass, etc.)

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed like Restaurant, coffee shops and supermarkets. Hyde Park was just few minutes away walking. Bayswater and Queensway tube station was 5 minutes away from the Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly specially Sam, he was very quick if we needed help or support. We liked the place and for sure we will go back again.

The location to Notting Hill Carnival! We were there for the Sunday revelry and it was so easy to get back to our hotel after all the partying! We’ll def stay again next year.

Although there is no breakfast on site, it was available at another hotel nearby (with a 10% discount for guests). However the Monday morning staff were not sure of the times and when we got there we found it was too late! Perhaps the times should be displayed and staff informed?

L’établissement est très bien placé, avec à proximité des restaurants, des supermarchés, des épiceries ainsi que deux stations de métro. Pas loin de nothing hill ce qui est très appréciable car on peut s’y rendre à pied. Le personnel est très gentil et très aimable. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les matins. Le lit est très confortable.

La « cuisine » n’a aucun équipemet, pas de casseroles ni de poêle, nous les avons réclamer à la réception mais nous ne les avons jamais eu. Nous n’avons donc pas pu nous faire à manger chaud durant une semaine et nous avons manger uniquement des salades froides préparées. Les meubles sont très vieux et cassés. La salle de bain est très petite et il y’avait de la moisissure dans les joints de la douche. Il ya une climatisation portative qui fait un bruit atroce et en plus l’évacuation de la climatisation sort par la fenêtre par un trou situé en dessous, ce qui fait que l’air chaud de dehors rentrait ce qui était contre productif niveau température.. Enfin, une des fenêtres était cassée donc elle se fermait mais ne pouvait pas se verrouiller.

Solamente hay alojamiento y barato no es. En la habitación no nos cabía la maleta abierta. Teníamos que ponerla encima de la cama y tampoco había armario donde guardar la ropa. Tenían una pequeña burra con 4 perchas. En la ducha no me podía ni agachar para coger el jabón. Tenía que salir de ella para cogerlo. Tampoco había armario para dejar el neceser. Se escuchaba cualquier ruido… Es cierto que estaba limpio, y la cama era más o menos cómoda

It was a cosy and clean room in the heart of London. We also attended during Carnival so it was very lovely. The rooms have a small kitchenette and fridge which makes all the difference.

Good location. Staff member on check in was friendly and helpful. It has a kitchenette, including a fridge with a good freezer compartment.

1. The door did not shut properly without lifting it and pushing it hard. This is basic safety. 2. The shower did not drain properly and the seals leaked. There was a sign saying to close the doors fully, which I did, but even after a very short shower the tray was almost full, and then water seeped out to the floor (not over the top, through the poorly fitting sealant). 3. There was a window, but only 2m up, above what was once a door, and frosted glass. 4. A bedside lamp did exist, but it required an adaptor for a UK plug, which was not provided. 5. The WiFi was too weak to work in my groundfloor room, I had to hotspot from my phone. 6. It was very noisy, both noise inside the hotel and from people on the steps of the hotel. 7. The floor in the room squeaked and was not fitted properly. It was not a cheap room, I had not expected this poor a room at that price. I don't like writing negative reviews, and do not normally have to do so. I regret picking this place and paying this much and am surprised at the positive reviews which had led me to do so.

Mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. Personal super amable. La ubicación es perfecta. Andando a 10 min a Nothing Hill y en transporte público (varios buses y metro) al centro. El barrio es tranquilo y bonito y cerca hay supers y restaurantes. Nos ha encantado. Relación calidad precio perfecta.

It was way above our expectations! We absolutely loved the picturesque neighbourhood, with 3–4 subway stations and several bus routes nearby, making it really easy to get anywhere in the city. Notting Hill and Portobello Road were also within walking distance, which was super convenient. There were plenty of cafés, restaurants and grocery stores around, which really enhanced our stay and made everyday life so easy. The room was perfect for our stay, clean, comfortable, and with daily room service. The kitchenette was really useful, and we really appreciated that the coffee and tea supplies were replenished every day without us even having to ask. Honestly, it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had in London. I would definitely recommend it and would happily book it again in the future!

The only thing I would mention as a minor downside was the Wi-Fi connection. It worked perfectly in the lobby, but the connection in our room was quite poor. Of course, it wasn’t a big issue at all and definitely not something that affected our stay, but after a long day, it would sometimes have been nice to be able to browse the internet or quickly check something from the comfort of our bed.

Stanza piccolina, il letto era ad incasso tra la finestra e un muro, ma per un weekend va benissimo. Peccato per la metro chiusa, altrimenti posizione super top.

Purtroppo i nostri vicini di stanza erano molto molto rumorosi e si sentiva tutto. Il bagno era un po' malconcio, ma pulito.

Locația foarte bună, curățenia și amabilitatea personalului de la recepție. Comunicarea a fost plăcută, iar primirea a fost foarte bună.

Camera este foarte mică, iar chicineta ocupă o parte semnificativă din spațiu, fără să fie foarte utilă. De asemenea, spațiul pentru depozitarea hainelor este insuficient, ceea ce face șederea mai puțin confortabilă, mai ales pentru mai multe zile.

Εξαιρετική περιοχή και αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα που ήταν πεντακάθαρο γεγονός που είναι το πιο σημαντικό. Γενικώς το προσωπικό ήταν διαθέσιμο να εξυπηρετήσει για να βελτιώσει τις συνθήκες. Είχαμε κλείσει το οικονομικό δωμάτιο όμως το πρώτο που πήγαμε ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρό και την επόμενη ημέρα μας άλλαξαν σε ένα ελαφρώς μεγαλύτερο.

Το μέγεθος του αρχικού δωματίου και του μπάνιου του ήταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ μικρά. δεν χωρούσε να ανοίξουμε ούτε την βαλίτσα. Η τηλεόραση δεν δουλεύε, η πόρτα έκλεινε με δυσκολία. Θα έπρεπε να το προσέχουν λίγο περισσότερο γιατί γενικά είναι ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο.

No air conditioning, but a fan was provided.

It’s in a safe and quiet area. The family room we got has a fan. It helps since it was summer. It also has a small kitchenette. Walkable to some eateries and shops.

Alcuni dettagli da rivedere, rinfrescare il bagno ad esempio (funzionale seppur molto piccolo)

Posizione comodissima nel bellissimo quartiere di Bayswater, due metropolitane a pochi passi dall’albergo, grande vantaggio economico di avere un angolo cottura nella stanza che ci ha permesso di risparmiare non poco, dati i prezzi molto elevati di Londra…staff estremamente disponibile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci ritornerò!

Avrei preferito una stanza più grande, ma è comunque andata bene anche così.

Ottima posizione vicina a Hide Park a Notting Hill e Portobello road. Parcheggio a 25£ ma per Londra va bene. Camera silenziosa anche se in centro a Londra. Per Londra ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale molto cortese

Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa in una zona residenziale, camera pulita un po’ piccola ma noi tornavamo solo alla sera per dormirci. Dotata di un angolo cottura. Il bagno era abbastanza grande, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l acqua calda della doccia poi abbiamo risolto. Staff molto disponibile, possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check in e dopo il check out, cosa molto comoda. Ci ritornerei volentieri

Nice small clean room with a fridge, a kettle , a small stove top and a portable ac which worked well as the summer days were quite warm.😊 Staff very welcoming and friendly and always had a friendly greeting. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Staff made a microwave available for me in the community kitchen. Hotel close walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway tubes and bus 94 , 23 and 7 which take you right into central London. Rental bikes are also a walking distance away.

Not really too much of a problem as I was out a lot but the tv in the room froze several times .

We stayed only 1 night,it was in a good and safe area.

We got a room placed mid-sole , basement. In the bathroom smelled a little bit like mold and were stains of water on the ceiling.

La posizione in zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Cordialità del personale e la tipologia della camera che, per gli standard londinesi, non era piccola, comprendendo anche un angolo pranzo.

La dimensione del bagno, decisamente piccolo. Le stoviglie in dotazione erano ridotte al minimo assoluto.

Πολλές φθορές το δωμάτιο, όχι καθαρό και χωρίς κλιματισμό. Πετύχαμε μέρες πολύ ζεστές και δε μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς από τη ζέστη. Ηχομόνωση μηδέν.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana di Bayswater, a diversi minimarket e ristoranti. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, frequentato da persone per bene, anche di notte non si sentono rumori. Lo staff è molto gentile, sia alla reception che le donne delle pulizie. I letti e le pulizie della stanza vengono fatte tutti i giorni.

L’unica pecca è la mancanza dell’aria condizionata. Un ventilatore non basta. Un paio di notti ho fatto fatica a dormire per via del caldo (dovuto anche dalle alte temperature esterne di quei giorni). Per il resto il soggiorno si può considerare molto buono.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, la atención del personal fue buena.

La señal de wifi, al menos en la habitación en la que estábamos era muy mala Por otro lado, tener en cuenta que el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. Si vas en verano solo cuentan con ventilador. No recomendable si sufrís de calor

Sehr hellhörig und Schimmel im Badezimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz unten, Fenster ohne Gitter, wenn man dies öffnet, fühlte man sich nicht wirklich sicher. Immerhin wurde die Option zum Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Küche war auch ein Witz, defekter Kühlschrank und wenig Geschirr. Sonst ok.

There was nothing I can say that I “liked”.

The room electrical fuse was switched off so no lighting came on initially. The bed was small for two people. There was a desk crammed in front of the wardrobe. There was an ugly kitchen sink and old electric hob and worktop in the room. There were no bedside tables. Only one light worked above the bed. The shower was tiny and very old. The lipped and bed was uncomfortable. The room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. There was a very noisy free standing fan in the room. The tv did not work as was very pixelated. The room was tiny. Would I ever stay there again? NO.

Location, just a short walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, then 30 minute walk into London. Reception staff were all very friendly

No aircon. We stayed during a heatwave, and whilst fans were in the room, it was still very hot.

Ideal location in Notting hill. Room was comfy and clean.

Room was very small and hot in the recent heatwave. . Definitely needed an upgrade but I think it has only recently been taken over. Shower was poor.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff upon check in. And nice and modern in the lobby. I was worried there would be no space to park but there was a corner I could back up into that wasn’t actually a space but the hotel were fine with it! The room was clean and compact. Location was perfect, 2 tube stations were right by it within a 5 minute walk!

The room is small but has everything you need however the bathroom is tiny! You had to almost open the bathroom door to get from the toilet to the shower where the sink was too big and taking up far too much of the rom! That’s my only downfall, never seen a bathroom quite that small where your knees actually have to go to the side of the sink when sat on the loo!
