Great space with a great staff! It was clean, easy to walk around, and the staff was very helpful for booking a car to the airport the next morning. I wish I could stay longer and enjoy it, may even be back when I come next year for leisure.

The shower didn't get anything other than freezing cold, the porch was a little overgrown so you couldn't use it very well (but I wasn't there long enough to fully utilize it), and it was a little confusing getting in, but they were SO helpful and walked me through everything.

The location was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Larisa is very sweet and helpful! She really helped us with the map of Rome! The location was also great. 2 minutes from Spanish steps,9 minutes from Fontana di trevi.

We expected the room to be cleaner. There was mold on the walls connecting the bathroom to the the bedroom and also dirt and shoe prints on the walls that could have been cleaned. Also on shower handle was broken.

It was clean spacious and it felt very country like in the busy Rome

Everyone was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. It was in a perfect location and was perfect for our needs

There were no issues, we just needed to make sure we read the instructions they gave us for getting to our room.

Perfect location and lovely room. The lady on reception was lovely, offering restaurant recommendations, a later check out and arranging a taxi to take us to the station.

All good- maybe pillows could be softer but that’s it!

Property was in a great location and was quiet and safe. It was clean and well serviced.

The shower was terrible. The shower rose needs replacing. The wifi didn’t work most of the time we were staying and the cell service in the room was very poor so communication was difficult.

Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions. The room was very clean and the check in was smooth. There is a lift, which is great for luggage. Check out staff was amazing. She arranged our taxi and waited with us until it arrived. We highly recommend this place.

The best thing about the property was Michela!!! He was so kind and accomodating. The room was so nice and extremely comfortable. Had a cool feel about the decor and its style. Great reataurant right acroas the street and steps from the Spanish Steps. All in all an AMAZING stay and again so many thanks to Michela for making our first stop INCREDIBLE!!!

Great location!! Manager of the property was very nice and accommodating. About a 3 minute walk to the Metro Subway that can bring you everywhere or 10 min walk to main attractions.

The room was spacious and well located - right near the Spanish Steps. Check in was easy and the person managing the check in process was very nice and helpful to us during our early arrival.

The bathroom could have been cleaner - there was mold in the shower that grossed me out. Also, since it’s the type of rental where there is no ongoing front desk or assistance, it would be nice if they replaced the waters in the room, even for a charge, daily so that guests have access to clean drinking water. I also think there should be some hooks to hang towels.

The room was uncomfortable, the bed linen was dirty, there were no slippers in the room, the soundproofing was terrible, the noise of the cars did not allow me to sleep peacefully

Nice spacious room, located very centrally with good metro connection. Larisa did a great job welcoming us and was very responsive.

This was our first time in Rome so we aren't sure of the overall quality, but we were personally disappointed and did not think it was good value for money. For the price paid, the room is in need of refurbishment (bed was squeeky, noisy AC, shower box, bathroom generally). The price is similar to nearby 4 start hotels or airbnbs, without offering advantages of either (e.g. no breakfast or kitchen space). The location is however excellent and staff was incredibly welcoming, so we overall enjoyed our stay.

Well maintained boutique property just a two minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Our concierge was simply amazing, providing recommendations for anything we asked and arranging transportation for us. Complementary Prosecco, sparkling water and olive oil in our room was a bonus. We would highly recommend and love to return!!

Great location. Fair price. Suite room was quite a good size. Need to have proper black out shades for the glass shower that looks into the rest of the suite.

Larisa made it feel special for us and treated us like family. Very nice to have spent time at QT sistina rooms. Great location . Friendly service and seamless experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a block away from the Spanish Steps, putting you in the center of everything. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great, spacious apartment.

We stayed there 8 years ago, same room. Now needs a paint, polish the floor and fix the curtains (not easy to open and close) …. We still enjoyed the stay, yet it is time for mini renovation

We had an amazing stay here for a surprise trip for my partners birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and Larissa was great at communicating with us. We would not hesitate to book here again!

Location is prime !!

A fabulously positioned, small group of rooms. Right near the top of Spanish Steps with plenty of food options nearby. Room was a decent size with modern touches like nespresso machine and rain shower. Staff were communicative and friendly. A wonderful stay.

The room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The building's location is also excellent. The receptionist Larisa was incredibly attentive, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and welcoming us with thoughtful treats in the room. Although the building lacks a doorman outside of business hours, which can make check-in a bit challenging, our communication with Larisa by phone was very efficient, and we encountered no issues. Highly recommended!

A great room in a great location. The room was spacious for a city centre location. The welcome Prosecco and water was a lovely touch. Communication with QT suites was extremely efficient and the host was exceptionally helpful with helping our needs.

The shower was a little leaky and very sensitive which meant the water was very hot and difficult to change.

We felt like we were in our favorite area of Rome. They gave us special instructions to enter the building a few days before. It involes a few steps to enter the building (way less complicated than how it may seem), and thats ok because we felt safe. Our less expensive room was fantastic. Bathroom spacious, lol had a see through shower if you wanted the shades up. Window opened up, which was fun to see the walkers below in the side streat. No complaints. Larisa gave us a list of restraunts. The ones we tried were delicious.

Super helpful staff during a taxi surprise strike. They helped us make dinner reservations and have us many suggestions. The location was very close to the Spanish Steps. The bed was very comfortable and the AC felt great on which a hot day.

QT Suites Roma were amazing. The location was literally a few hundred metres from the Spanish Steps and within a half walk of many major historical sites. The security of the building was great. We could hear no noise within or from outside. The apartment was lovely appointed and so clean. The staff were friendly. We would come again!

QT suites has so much going for it, it is beautiful inside, excellent facilities and fantastic location. Reception and contact prior to our stay was very informative and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying at QT suites in Rome.

Excellent location.

Rooms - smaller than appear on the pictures in Booking. Very noisy room - on the street. No staff available in the afternoon. Old elevator that did not work in the morning (we had to go down the stairs with all our luggage). Relatively expensive for the limited value you get.

The location was good, at the top of the Spanish steps. However the shower was only dribbling water, we hoped we would see someone at the desk but didn’t. We had long busy days in Rome sightseeing and came back to wash in the sink. On the third day we received a message that the plumbing was being fixed on our fourth day so they knew there was an issue and allowed us to stay in that apartment, did not switch us to another or offer us a discount/refund. It was fixed for our last and final day. It was so unfair that they knew and didn’t provide us with any explanation or offer discount. We paid for a fully operational room.

Excellent location and very big room

The suites manager Larissa was amazing! she sent us a list of great restaurants to visit and provided various tips for local attractions and commute. The hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, and a 10 minute walk to most attractions. The room itself was very comfortable, and very clean. We are glad we stayed here during our visit to Rome, and would go there again if we were to visit.

Larissa was incredibly helpful and responsive! She gave us a list of places to eat and was very attentive to our needs! The place could use a little maintenance- the caulking around the shower needs to be replaced, it’s moldy and the kettle and coffee maker need to be descaled but those are minor things. They had umbrellas for us when it started pouring rain and they even held our luggage for us for a few extra hours after we checked out.

Qt Suites is the best option in ROME to stay. The staff and service was 5 stars. The room was very comfortable, clean and near to Spanish steps, metro, shopping and restaurants. Thank you for everything !!

Out of all of our hotel stays, this one was the most stressful in terms of paperwork, instructions on how to access the rooms, pre-authorizations via credit card charges, etc. We wouldn’t stay here the next time we’re in Rome.

Second time at QT, best value for money, safe location, very clean and comfortable with a cosy balcony.

The location very close to the Spanish Steps was perfect for exploring Rome attractions. The suite was comfortable and nicely appointed. The communication was excellent as were the ease of checking in and out of the suite I highly recommend!

Location was good close to everything with easy check in process.

The shower pressure wasn’t good and the knob touchy to get right. The aircon said it was on 18 but felt like 24 it was quite hot in the room and stuffy. The aircon light that stays on during the night was really bright and we found it difficult to fall asleep. Choosing between turning it off and the heat unfortunately we didn’t have a choice.

Lovely large room with comfy bed and in a perfect location for exploring room. Quiet but on a street which is moments to all good shopping and the Spainish steps.

The location was excellent and was easy to find for us and taxi drivers. It was literally 20metres to the top of the Spanish steps. The room was a good size and the staff (especially Larissa) were extremely helpful and were very welcoming. Plenty of shops and facilities located nearby. I would happily recommend this venue.

The shower in our suite was quite small and tricky to shower in. First world problem though.

We had an issue with the toilet constantly running and the shower was blocked. Management were efficient at sending a plumber in to look at the issue and then offered for us to move into another room. Air conditioning in first room wasn’t running effectively, when we moved into the other room it was a lot cooler.

The property Isn’t manned 24/7, however if you needed to contact them, they do reply within minutes.
