Pacific Point Market & Suites

This property is well located with an ocean view! The apartment was spacious and had a big balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had a set of 4 dishes so had to wash regularly. It would have been nice to have more drinking glasses. The bed was comfortable. There is a coffee shop and market downstairs. I would recommend this property.

Great location, nice staff! Grocery store and café downstairs is a great bonus! We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Very nice and quiet

Nice spacious apartments. Could use a few more curtains.

It was lovely. Very clean and spacious. Nice view. Close to all amenities. Right below was the Market where you could grab snacks and food items, and beside the Market was a wonderful coffee shop where we picked up latte's and fresh pastries each morning.. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints at all.

Large unit, modern, clean. Check in/out was very easy

Great spacious place with the bonus of a grocery store and coffee shop below!

The check-in was easy. The view amazing, the facility was clean and had all the amenities to create a comfortable stay. The Telus box in the main room is broken so the TV not usable and the shower did not work in the bathroom - hence the 3 stars for condition and facilities and as the check in is the store clerk, there isn't much option for resolving these issues in the moment.

Excellent service. Spacious and very clean space. Nice view.

We loved our stay at the suites. It was a great home base for visiting family. The suite itself was clean, quiet and spacious. We loved being able have somewhere to work remotely (wifi was great) or to just hang out and visit with each other. The grocery store and coffee shop was great to have literally right downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Powell River. Loved having rhe market downstairs, very convenient.

A fabulous stay. Spotless, comfy, modern! We loved the heated floors in the bathroom

We loved staying here. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

We stayed in a large 2 bedroom suite, and it had a full kitchen and dining table, as well as nice living room area area. Staff was incredible nice and helpful ... letting us check in early and helping with returning something we forgot. The space was very clean and had lots of light. We really enjoyed staying at Pacific Point and would definitely book there again.

Huge! I was so surprised at how big and beautiful this condo was

This was part of a tour. Huge suite above a well stocked mini market and great coffee shop. Walking distance to a good waterfront restaurant. Excellent value and very comfortable.

A complete well-appointed condo, with all your needs including a fully equipped kitchen. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable in room laundry facilities extra special. Staff was super helpful, we were missing our information sheet upon check-in and so we had lots of questions and each time they were friendly helpful

Had everything we needed.

Excellent 👍

Had everything we needed

Suite was spacious and well kept. Good view of the coastline and sunset on balcony. The road noice was very loud all the times. Not great if you are a light sleeper.

This was our second stay here and we will be back again. The rooms are well equipped in the kitchen, having insuite laundry is nice. It wasn’t too hot but the AC cranks and turns the suite into “Icelandia” 😄

It was a really nice big living area and bedrooms. It was great having two bathrooms. The kitchen seemed well stocked with dishes and utensils. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning so did not spend much time in the room. Our only negative was the traffic noise during the night from the street out front.

We stayed here for one night during a week-long British Columbia road trip. First, the view from our suite was spectacular: from our large, picture-frame windows, we could see the crystal blue Georgia Strait and the green, green mountains of Texada Island. The suite was spacious (2 bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a porch), relatively clean, modern (open-ish floor plan with tall ceilings), conveniently located, quiet, and filled with light during the day. We didn't know what to expect given that it's above a grocery store, but we were pleasantly surprised. Another plus is that it has a free in-unit washer and dryer, which was very helpful. My only complaints are that some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, the couch could be more thoroughly vacuumed (the crevices had crumbs), and there were a few tiny flies inside (a previous guest may have left the door open and let them in). But those complaints pale in comparison to the all the positives. This place is a steal, and we would recommend staying here.

Great new unit - loved the cleanliness and the features. We were only there 1 night, but would gladly stay a few days in Powell River; lots of great places to visit and eat. And being above the cool market was a bonus!

Very spacious property with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry machines, balcony. Clean and well maintained. Large bathtub. The bed was a bit small for a couple. They would not provide us a hairdryer. Grocery store and bakery open at 6 am attached to property. Free parking.

Big, clean and updated space! A bit noisy as there is a lot of construction out back. Perfect for a few day stay or even a quick overnight work trip.

New condo with everything we need, great stay!

Amazing accommodations. Super convenient to have the grocery store right underneath

We always enjoy our stay here.

New bright 2 bedroom condo with loads of space. Amazing value!

Wonderful, large and clean rooms. Appreciate the outdoor space and proximity to the market!

Very spacious and very clean. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and spacious, and the price point was excellent! The only thing we noticed was the walls were a bit thin so we could hear our neighbours however it did not impact our experience. I would definitely go back there again again.

Beautiful, new and clean! Nice having the market below, ocean views, and laundry. Black out curtains would be my only recommendation. Will definitely be booking again next summer.

Safe,quiet,shopping,easy parking

Easily accessible with market on the property. Bath products needed…soap, conditioner, etc. Extras in kitchen would be appreciated. Great location!

Wow! The suite was gorgeous. Anything you needed was included - dishes, small appliances, dishwasher. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our stay was excellent from the time we arrived until we left - highly recommend!

A nice condo/apartment style property. Like new condition. Perfect for our short stay.

The size of the suite

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Our suite was roomy, comfortable and very clean!

This place was great we loved everything. The market is beautiful and all of the staff were amazing! The condo was clean and so comfortable!

Very very roomy. It's a condo. It feels brand new. It even has a washer and dryer plus a full kitchen all very clean. (No facial tissue or bedside clock weren't a big deal).

I initially staying at this property last year while visiting my friends place down the street. We had a pleasant experience, so we booked again this year. Despite calling to confirm of two separate bathrooms, we got a three bedrooms and a one bathroom place. Also my credit card was pre charged without me checking in physically with a $20 fee for an extra person (which we had initially). My friend cancelled so there was only two of us. Wanting to get the refund of the $20, I was told to ask when we checked out the next day.

Quite large property with two bathrooms. Some noise from other guests in the middle of the night (early hours Saturday morning). Kitchen not brilliantly stocked with all utensils and pots etc. Walls very bare. Very comfortable place though and staff very helpful.

It is clean, relaxing, spacious with access to convenient stores. Good for family to share.

Love the location. Unit was great size, lovely and clean.

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and the three bdrm suite was very spacious.

Very clean and new looking. Beds are quite comfortable and the location is convenient as well. Easy check in and out. It's a bit bleak though with nothing on the walls and bare minimum furnishings. The walls are quite thin and a fair amount of road noise makes its way in too. No screens on the windows. I always feel a bit lonely there.

Great place to stay.

Great location and space!! A couple of loud rattles from the fridge through out the first night. Night two not a sound! 😊

My only suggestion is for the Pacific Point Market, that the employees making sandwiches need to change their gloves after wiping down equipment, stocking shelves and touching many other things before making a sandwich.

Great stay

Lots of interior space. Comfortable. But seems unfinished or at least very new. Minimal dishes but enough for basic cooking. WiFi was intermittent. Easy check in. Pleasant folks. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms but only one shower worked. Bathtub in 2nd bathroom only. Good location.

The kitchen had most items needed over the course of five days.

Great place. We will definitely stay there again.

Large 2 bedroom suite, full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Awesome market and coffee shop on 1st level. Ocean views and closed to the warefront.

Quick stop over, very convenient to have the market directly below. It has everything you need and more. Shower leaks onto floor quite significantly and the kitchen could be better equipped with dishes. Feels like a hodgepodge of random dishes and would be good to have a consistent set of dishes.

Huge condo, had a great stay. Great views from the living room. A bit out of town, but is a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Market downstairs is very convenient.

Very clean, large and very comfy beds

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Great place to stay.

Great place!

We have stayed here for 4 days. Staffs are super nice, the place is clean, free wifi, location is convenient with a shop right underneath where you can basically pickup most of the things you will be needing. Fast foods and bigger grocery shops are 5 min drive. The AC is an added bonus. The only things you might need to bring is a hairdryer and a shampoo. Will definitely stay here once again for future trips. Thanks

It was a lovely unit. Very comfortable. There might have one more chair in the living room .Otherwise everything was great.

Esto no es un hotel, es un departamento muy grande y con todos los servixios, nuevo y muy completo

.

Beautiful room.

Very nice place, convenient.

Very nice but a couple of issues. The air conditioning was very high (low?). We nearly froze! And Netflix or some better tv channels would be nice.

Loved our stay. Thank you!

The unit is quite big enough for 6 adults . We are very happy to stay in there.

Very clean and tidy

The room is big and new，

Perfect choice for a hockey tournament long weekend! Everything about the stay was great. the location is perfect, wonderful view and a straight shot to the ferry and sports complex. The condo was spacious and fully equipped. Having the market and coffee shop downstairs was super convenient and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

It's hard to book this place for a reason - we love staying here and will be back.

Very large modern suite, like new inside with lovely kitchen and bathroom and ensuite in master bedroom. Nice deck and view. Handy location above a nice market and coffee shop

Very clean, modern, and convenient spot for grocery. Beautiful partial view of the ocean

Super Clean and quiet

This was a very spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment. There was also 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. It was so nice to have loads of space an easy drive to the ferry. There is a great food market and coffee shop below the apartment!

Had problems getting our suitcases up the narrow stairs. Steep and railings on the wrong side.

Beautiful, clean, lots of room. Beautiful view.

Great place!

We absolutely loved the suite! So convenient having the full market below! Everything we needed was right here. The suite was clean and sooo comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a beautiful view of the Ocean! I wish we were staying longer.

Great place

this is the best place i stayed in so far in the island. full kitchen clean room friendly staff. all is good in all aspect of customer service

It was very spacious, I could live there, nice view. Convenient for where we needed to be the next day. Wish I could've stayed longer. It was a bit noisy with traffic but still loved it there. I would stay there again.

Overall all the stay was great. Very spacious and clean! The only thing I would recommend is the staff have better communication with what’s going on with the rooms. Upon check in, around 7pm the person at the desk gave me the keys and mentioned the people before may not have checked out. They told me to go up and knock to see if anyone’s in the room. If so, come back to let them know. I was a bit hesitant and found that unprofessional to have to do that myself incase people were still in the room. That would be awkward. Luckily it was vacant!

Spacious and very clean.

Great unit for our family - we all had a bedroom to ourselves. Felt like I could live in it comfortably. The market downstairs is perfect for snacks and the morning coffee.

The check in was easy & the staff member was very friendly. The unit was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was some building noise (hvac) & the stairway leading to the unit wasn’t well lit but those are minor complaints. Definitely recommend!

Great value as get alot of bedrooms and bathrooms for a reasonable price. Main detractor was noise from heating/airconditioning system? Cycled on and off loudly every minute or so. I turned everything off in the unit so maybe for business below? Didn't get much sleep. Was unit 203

Everything was satisfactory.

First time going to Powell River. At first, a bit hesitant because we didn't know this area. Picking up the keys are done at the Market below, units are on the second floor, but away from the market. Plenty of parking. This unit was a very nice surprise, not that many photos on the website though, but new and clean.

Absolutely excellent stay. Very affordable and suite was exceptional in every way but one. Floor around counter has loose board which could cause tripping. Needs better signage for check in, otherwise, food market on main floor was first class and lovely little coffee shop was attached to market. All in all, a stellar place to stay.

Upon checking in we were given an uncleaned room. Once we sorted that out, our stay for two nights was great.

staying in a 2 BR condo for less than a hotel? yes, with a convenient market and coffe shop below, and a 5 minute drive into town for dinner. This is a fully equipped 2 br condo, clean, convenient for a 3 night stay in PR. The only minor quibble is the music from the coffee shop below and traffic noise due to location at intersection of Marine and Joyce. But would stay here again.

After several long travel days and okay hotels Pacific Point Suites in Powell River, British Columbia, was a welcome oasis. A bright, spotlessly clean, fully equipped three-bedroom apartment for less than several “5 star” hotels in major cities. Pleasant, helpful and attentive staff were tremendous — from sorting out the online booking process (that the hotel has no control over) to late check-in and quick, simple check-out

We had a great stay here for two nights! Super handy with the grocery store below. It's a massive apartment which was good, to have some space and a full kitchen etc. It was a little noisy at times with the road noise, but it wasn't a huge deal for a couple nights. I would stay here agin.
