Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Lovely hotel in a great location. Everyone who worked there was very welcoming and pleasant. We paid extra for a delux room with sea view and we were not disappointed.
There was an occasional drain smell when you entered the room but it quickly dissipated.

Despite the hotel is built in front of the sea, there is no beach and the access to the sea is not easy: umbrellas and sunbeds are located on a concrete platform or on the lawns near the pool, that is not a large one.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The hotel was in a great position with easy access to all the restaurants and bars along the harbour, a short walking distance away. It was clean and comfortable had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the amenities were what you would expect from a hotel like this.. overall we had a really enjoyable stay here and I would definitely stay here agin if I was to revisit Santa Eularia.
The pool was the only thing that let this hotel down a bit, it was too small. There were plenty of sunbeds but they all faced away from the pool which was strange. You could access more sunbeds on a concrete verge overlooking the sea but this area was away from the pool area.

I wouldn’t put the room at 4*. It had no more facilities than a 3* and was nothing special. That said, the window in the shower looking out into the sea was something very special

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La habitación estaba bien aunque era pequeña y tenía vistas a la pared de la fachada frontal y el mar sólo se veía parcialmente desde la terraza. Estaba reformada y el baño también y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.
Las zonas comunes no me gustaron. El ascensor era súper pequeño y hacía calor asfixiante. La piscina era una charca, diminuta y el agua miy caliente que no te refrescaba. Y el desayuno era de bastante baja calidad además de ser pequeño el salón para la alta ocupación que tenía el hotel.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the sea. The staff are really nice, very friendly. Dulcie who did my room deserves a special mention, she was a really nice person and always went out of her way to say hello.
As previous respondents have said, the hotel is a little dated. The rooms have been refurbished but some of the communal areas are shabby. The carpet on the floors is one of the worst offenders. There is also a drain smell as has also been mentioned by others. The lifts are also tiny and only really take one person at a time. The hotel also says that you cannot reserve sunbeds yet folk were out doing just that at 07.30 as I saw them from my balcony. It looked surreal.

L'accueil, quand on demande si quelqu'un parle français et qu'on a l'impression de déranger... Compliqué aussi d'avoir un transat : les personnes mettent leurs serviettes et ne sont pas à la piscine une bonne partie de la journée, et le personnel ne fait rien. Niveau restauration, le regret d'avoir pris la demi-pension. Il vaut mieux aller manger dans les petits restaurants à côté. Le matin, au petit-déjeuner, très compliqué d'avoir une tasse pour le café, on a l'impression de devoir faire une épreuve de Koh-Lanta pour réussir à en avoir une, et la propreté de la vaisselle laisse à désirer.

L’ingresso è un po’ scomodo e la spiaggia antistante è piccola e poco praticabile.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the location was great (walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars) and the staff were kind. The number of sun beds available by the pool and sea was great too.
The breakfast could have more variation - we stayed for 8 nights so after a few days of the same thing it got a bit boring, but the selection was of good quality so it's really a suggestion more than a complaint.

Destacaría especialmente la zona de la piscina, muy tranquila y agradable, y el servicio del pool bar, que fue buenísimo durante toda nuestra estancia. Mención especial para Darí y Su, los monitores de animación y aquafitness: súper divertidos, cercanos y muy buenos en lo que hacen. Consiguen crear un ambiente genial y hacen que las actividades sean uno de los mejores momentos del día. ¡Una experiencia estupenda y un hotel al que volveríamos sin duda!

Large buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Very clean, comfortable sized rooms. Nice big bathroom with good lighting.
Little bit of an older crowd, tour groups, etc, staying here, but that didn't bother us at all. We were out most of the time.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026I really loved the hotel’s cleanliness, the friendly and welcoming staff, the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful beach, and how safe I felt throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The only downside was that complimentary drinking water was provided in the room only on the first day and was not replenished afterwards. Considering that the tap water in Ibiza is not recommended for drinking, this was inconvenient. I also felt that the €50 charge for a bathrobe was quite expensive.

We arrived late at night to the hotel and it wasn't until the next morning when it was light that we saw we didn't have much of a sea view. As we had booked a delux sea view room we asked at reception if they had another room which was sorted out straight away. Very good choice of breakfast. We loved the location which was on the edge of Santa Eularia. It was about a five minute stroll to the promenade which went right round the bay.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Sa situation en bord de mer et en retrait de la foule, tout en étant proche des restaurants et commerces. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner propose un large choix.
La vue mer depuis les chambres peut être très réduite à cause du positionnement du bâtiment. La baignade en mer n’est pas très facile devant l’hôtel.

Regular la gestión en recepción . Fui a reservar una ducha de cortesía para el día siguiente que me iba , y el chico de recepción me dijo q lo hiciese por la mañana , cuando fui al día siguiente por la mañana , me dijeron que ya no tenía sitio , que estaba todo ocupado . Me pareció fatal , puesto que yo fui a reservar 24 h antes y no me dejaron . Las instalaciones están regular, les hace falta una renovación . Y el tema toallas , me dijeron al hacer el check in , que las conservará toda mi estancia .,, no me pareció para un hotel de su categoría .

Questo è il secondo anno che torniamo qui e che dire ci sentiamo a casa. C’è una pace ed una riservatezza che non ha prezzo. La location è un sogno, lo staff è molto disponibile e la pulizia ottima. Ci rivediamo presto ❤️
Unico neo non c’è una grande varietà e qualità della cena rispetto alla colazione che invece ci è piaciuta molto di più.

Desayuno muy variado. El personal es muy amable tanto en la recepción como en el resto de servicios. Nos ha encantado la posibilidad de tener clases de pilates o yoga diariamente de forma gratuita. Los profesores Dari y Susi son fabulosos y encima dan muy buenos consejos en la isla.

Les animations du soir...Répétitives. Les prix des boissons et nourriture hors forfait.

We were originally put in a room in ground floor that smelt like sewage. Thankfully we were moved and our next room was also much bigger - I don’t think all rooms are equal! Also there were miscommunications at reception re waiting for our room to be ready and also when we had booked the shower room before leaving.

Alquilamos una habitación de lujo completa con balcón y vista al mar. Me dieron una habitación que no tenía ni balcón ni vista al mar, el cuarto de baño no estaba limpio no tenía ni bañera como las fotos ni bidet tampoco, traté de tomar una ducha y se salía toda el agua no cerraba bien la puerta era muy antiguo todo ese cuarto debía de estar condenado para una reforma grande no alquilen una cosa que no está en condiciones. Los enchufes tampoco funcionaban para cargar los teléfonos me tuve que ir no estaban condiciones
