Lovely friendly welcome when we arrived, lots of evening meal recommendations as well as activities to do for our next day. It was great to know that we could have food in our room or the communal kitchen/ bar area using plates and cutlery from the bar. I would 100% recommend as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the center and it’s like a home away from home, we couldn’t have felt more comfortable!

It was on a main road and was very noisy so as it was very hot we roasted as couldn’t have the windows open

I stayed in the fabulous studio apartment. It was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfy amd the shower was great. The added bonus of a breakfast basket was great. I was helped up with my bags amd shown the room by the friendly guy at reception.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est incroyable, tout à disposition à pied et pourtant, il fait très calme ! Donc c’est très reposant après une longue journée. De plus, le lit est ultra confortable et le personnel est juste adorable

Room was very spacious and really nicely set out. Bathroom had a really nice shower with good water pressure. We loved the sofa and the armchair that were in the rook too - very comfy!

Only thing we weren't keen on was the sticky door and slightly dodgy key which meant that the door was tricky to open - thankfully the member of staff was able to show us a tactic to get it open!

Good location (4 minutes drive to RST). Very welcoming. Clean, comfortable room. Unexpected complimentary breakfast (porridge, fruit & croissants) in room. Similar price to a Travelodge (but much better) and free parking.

Great property. Really well kept. Plenty of parking. About a 20/25 minute walk into town.

I would have loved the option to get a breakfast. But I loved the effort made in the room with porridge and croissants. Room was very warm. But still loved it.

The room was spacious and clean. Very nice, friendly staff. Good size bed, complimentary breakfast of porridge, pastrys and apples. Free parking. Bus stop handy (but not frequent), can catch a river boat into Stratford which is a 15 min walk to a nearby caravan site on the side of the river. Theres a very nice Chinese restaurant nearby.

The hotel is located a 30 minute walk into Stratford as it's in a town called Tiddington, no problems with the hotel itself though.

Extremely uncomfortable furniture, disgusting carpets that looked as though they’d never once been cleaned, shower too small for anyone but a child to comfortably stand in, shabby door that got stuck, exceedingly unhelpful staff.

Really lovely stay here. Staff were very friendly and the room was really comfortable. 30 mins walk into town which was great for us.

Staff were incredibly helpful in ensuring that we knew the arrival procedures. Rooms were lovely and our request to have one room made up as two twins was met with no issues at all. Great location - easily walkable into Stratford town centre. Quiet and incredibly comfortable bed for sleeping.

Nothing not to like - was exactly as expected. We stayed when the weather was incredibly warm and the room was a bit stuffy, but fortunately every room had a fan, which made sleeping very comfortable.

It was so convenient for a party we were going to. 200metre up the road. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless with good quality bedding and towels. Very good parking and relatively close to Stratford.

Guess a problem with this summer- room was very hot. Not really hotel's fault.

Very kind and friendly people at the desk. We were somewhat early but were welcomed to our room and to the hotel.

The only minus was that there was no airconditioning in this summer of heatwave after heatwave. There was a good-sized fan that made it comfortable enough to sleep. Only one night there and a very pleasant experience.

Location was great for visiting Stratford. Free car parking. Host's recommendation to use a water taxi was an excellent way to get into the town centre. Light breakfast provided in the bedroom was an unexpected treat.

We stayed in Room 4 front of property - facing the sun all day. Modifications are needed as the room was so hot it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We will have more heatwaves in the UK. Daytime cooling such as keeping windows closed to hot air and shielded from sunlight are needed - blinds/shading awning. At night much wider opening of windows is needed for ventilation. A fan was available but without natural ventilation it’s just moving hot air around. Security and comfort need a better balance in this property long term.

The staff were great even contacted us to say we left some belongings .the bed comfy and and nice shower .the rooms could do with fresh paint but that is all perfect for when working away and need somewhere friendly and honest

Staff rang us to let us know that we'd left some keys in the room, and they were returned to us within 2 days. There is now a fan in each room.

It is really tired and unloved and the idea of having no receptionist doesn’t really work. It makes it feel like a hostel rather than a hotel, especially as there are no meals provided. We stayed on a really hot July day and the ground floor was unbearably hot.

Excellent base to tour the north Cotswolds. Staff lovely and very helpful. Suggested take aways from local Chinese/Indian that we could eat in the ex bar area. Excellent idea and really nice after a day on the road.

Was exceptionally hot during the heatwave (37degrees)without air con. However, reflected in the price we paid. Fans were available and staff going out of their way to accommodate difficult guests.

Nice and quiet ,free parking is a bonus.

Attending a function in the area so location is perfect,stayed here many times in the past . It’s a shame the hotel seems a little bit more run down lately, new option is a complimentary breakfast- porridge, pastry, apple. We will be back for 1 night in the winter !

Bathroom products had run out. Staff don’t come in till 9.30am. Glasses in bedrooms very very small. Remote control didn’t work very well.

The studio apartment had a fridge and microwave. It was nicely presented.

On one of the hottest days of the year, the bathroom radiator was on full and the thermostat did not appear to be working - it stayed hot all night.

Bathroom radiator was very hot on a heatwave weekend it would not turn off and hot water in the sink was burning and would not turn down. Public areas looked tired. No breakfast available.
